Chapter 3
Bella was sitting in her room and thinking hard about what she chose to do. The only negative thing was, that she could bring back some enemies and then there could be war. But Marcus's and Bella's longing to be with their mates was too strong. Even if she brought back enemies, they could be dealt with. So , tomorrow Bella will enter stasis and try to find Aro. In her mind, she hoped, that Aro and Dydime are together and easily located. But knowing Aro, he will be waiting for her somewhere.
Suddenly there was a knock on her door, which stopped her thoughts.
-Come in.
The door opened and there were all her kids. Seraphin and Kylie came and sat by my side and hugged me. They rarely left their mates now, because I could feel their fear of losing them like I lost Aro. Even though we had no enemies anymore, there still was fear in all our hearts. Catalina, Tristan and Luciano come inside and sit down on the floor in front of me. I look at all my children together and take a big breath, even though I don't need it. With my powers I shut the door and lock it, so no one bothers us now. Kylie and Lena(Catalina) have tears in their eyes. My sons try to be strong, but I can feel their fear for me and hope to see Aro. The silence continues, but in that silence I can hear our souls come together as one, because of fear and hope. Finally, I decided to say something:
-Children, you have to be strong, while I am gone. Luciano and Tristan, be brave when ruling over everyone. Kylie and Lena, don't cry and smile more. Seraphin, be there for everyone. I don't know how long I will be gone, but I hope to return soon. You all know, that the spirit world is dangerous and I could bring back some enemies. But I will bring back your father and his sister. My powers don't show what will happen after I enter the spirit listened to me carefully. I smiled at them and we had a big group hug. This was it. Tonight I will have time with my family, but in the morning I will enter stasis. From my visions I know, that Seraphin and Kylie will stand guard and then change. Only my children will be guarding me. At first I refused to have guards, because we have no enemies anymore, but Caius overruled me.
For the whole night we had fun, we talked about ourselves, our adventures, the past. About everything. Nobody talked about the negative things or their fear about the morning. Nobody knew how the spirit world looked like, but there were stories, that it looks different to everyone. The spirit world looked like paradise to everyone, but everyone's own paradise. It will trick the person to stay and be happy. But I knew, that I will not stay no matter what.
Finally the morning came and , after long hugs, tears and goodbyes, I closed my eyes in my room and willed myself to enter stasis. I could feel myself letting go of my body and flying in my mind somewhere. Then suddenly I could feel the sun on my body, hear the sea and a voice in my head:
-Welcome, young one. My name is Lilith and I am your mother. I am the mother of all vampires and this is my paradise. I can't let you enter your paradise, because you have a noble cause. You will have one hour to locate the two vampires you want to bring back. But be warned, if you fail to find them, you will never be able to return and try again. My daughter, I must warn you. There will be vampires, who will try to stop you. But because of me, I will try to hold back anyone, who tries to return with you. Good luck!
With that I opened my eyes and looked around me. It really was a paradise for vampires. There were many of them , but nobody looked at me. It was a beach resort with a blood bar. Nobody sparkled here and could eat and drink anything. For many it could be paradise, but my paradise was where was Aro and our family. Speaking of Aro, I should try and locate him. Maybe by smell. I took a big breath and there it was. Faint , but still there. A smell of pinewoods and parchment. Aro , my Aro was here. I followed the trail of smell to a room. But there was another smell with him. I was worried about that , but knocked on the door.
I could hear footsteps coming. They were moving in human pace, making me a bit impatient, but finally the door opened. There stood a woman with Aro's black hair and fair features. Her eyes were violet, just like Seraphin's. And then I heard a familiar gasp. I looked behind her and saw my Aro. He was breathtaking. His black hair were in a pony tail and he was wearing white shirt and black pants. He was looking at me with surprise and love. Then I was in his arms , crying and he was holding me close and kissing my face , all the while murmuring:
-Isabella, my Isabella…..so long….never go away…
After about 30 minutes of our reunion, I remembered about Lilith's warning and turned to the other vampire. Dydime. She looked at us with love and smiled at me. Then I turned to Aro and said:
-Aro, you are coming back with me. Dydime, Marcus misses you very much. Come back with me.
They both nodded their heads. While we were traveling back to the place I woke up , I told them everything. Aro was over the moon about our triplets and couldn't wait to meet them. Dydime was the same, but much stronger was her longing to see and be with Marcus. When we were almost to the place, I could hear someone shouting:
-Bella, stop! You escaped once , but not again!
It was Vladimir with Kate. Edward was coming with them. I saw them along with Aro and Dydime. We took of running and there it was. The towel on which I woke upon. Me, Aro and Dydime touched it and then all was black.
The only thing I was worrying about was, if we all made it and no enemies were returned. Then someone was talking to me and there were lots of crying and sobbing in the background. I felt someone touch me face and caress my cheeks. I would know that hand and caress anywhere. It was Aro, he was back with me. I opened my eyes and there he was, caressing my cheek and looking at me. Around him were our children and they were all crying with joy. We all had a huge group hug and I looked around my room. Everyone from the Volturi was in here and crying tears of joy. The I saw Marcus and he was holding Dydime and kissing her face all over, while murmuring in Italian. Finally our family was complete and nothing could destroy it. After Aro let go of me and Marcus let go of Dydime while still holding her hand, I beckoned Tristan, Lena and Luciano forward. They all had tears in their eyes and they came launching at me and Aro. Kylie and Seraphin soon followed them. Aro was so happy to see his children. He found out only some minutes ago about the triplets and now was meeting them, while still hugging Seraphin and Kylie. He was touching me and all our children, because we were missed by him the most. After the bug hugs, Dydime came and was introduced to my children. They had heard stories about her and launched at her yelling
-Aunt Dydime!
It was funny to watch. Everything was finally over and we were a big happy family again. From now on everything looked fine and I could just concentrate on Aro and our family.
