Chapter 1 Adventure Time with Finn and Jake and Cinnamon Bun
"Wake up Cinnamon Bun!'",the Princess said in her song-like voice as she shook me gently.
"Wha?",I muttered softly,for I felt a little dazed.
She smiled at me,"Today's the big day."
Then it hit me. I threw of the covers,much to the Princess's surprise and ran across the room to my small dinner table.
"Hurry up and eat your breakfast Cinnamon and Jake will be here any moment.I hope you appreciate me bending the rules for you!" She looked at me. I smiled at her, a smile that said "I couldn't love you more for this", and she smiled back,appreciatively.
I sighed with content as I munched on the chocolate cake Pepp But had prepared for me,then, I was off.
As Finn,Jake and I approached the Main Gate, I heard gasps coming from around me. It was obvious the Candy People were surprised I was allowed to leave the Candy looks of jealousy came across the faces of the people.
"How come Cinnamon Bun gets to leave the kingdom and we can't. After all, we're much smarter than he is.
I felt a stab of pain then tears poured down my face. They were ruining my special day and I was not about to stand there and take it.
"Watch your mouth!", I screamed,as I shoved Mr. Cupcake. He got up off the ground and slapped me in the face.
Ärrrghhhh!", I bellowed, and just as I was about to punch him in the face, a soft hand stopped me.
I almost wet my pants when I turned around and saw Princess Bubblegum.
I knew what this meant. Since I went AWOL she would not allow me to leave the Candy Kingdom and I wouldn't get to have my long awaited adventure. I was too hurt to cry because I knew crying wouldn't solve this problem...
