A/N: I'm baaaaaack! Hope you guys enjoy this :)

Disclaimer: As much as I'd like to, I do not own Harry Potter

Viola whipped around and grabbed the door knob, even though she knew it was no use. She heard the lock click. She was trapped. She turned around and let herself slip down the door until she was sitting on the ground. She looked up and realized she was being watched.

"Hey look, fresh meat," said an especially tall girl towards the front. She started walking towards Viola. She quickly stood up, trying to mask the fear that was now building up more rapidly.

"Don't scare her," said a voice from behind the girl. Viola couldn't see who it was, owing to the fact that the tall girl was now directly in front of her. Her nose was less than an inch away from Viola's when she said mockingly, "What's wrong princess? Not used to being shoved around by big scawy guys?" She laughed as she shoved Viola back against the door.

"Bite me," Viola said, shoving her back. She took too much abuse today, at least now she could actually fight back.

"Well look at that, the kittens got claws. Would you like a saucer of milk?"

Viola stepped forward to do, well, she didn't really know. But she was going to do SOMETHING until she was interrupted by another person.

"Stop it," Said the red headed figure standing between them. The taller girl held her gaze with Viola for a few seconds before storming off into another room.

"I'm sorry about her," Said the red head turning around. "She has kinda has a temper. She also doesn't like newbies too much."

"Wait, what? I, what? Where am I?" Viola stuttered. All the confusion and questions of the day were now crashing down on her, making it almost impossible to make actual words come out of her mouth.

"It's okay. Come sit down," she said leading Viola over to a broken folding chair. She sat down hesitantly. "We'll explain everything," the girl said again. Viola then came to the realization that they weren't alone. She looked around and saw what looked like at least a half dozen girls, all about her age. That's when the second wave of confusion flooded over her.

"Oh my god, what is going on?"

"I said we'd explain it. Well, most of it. Honestly, even we don't know the half of it. But anyway, I'm Sami, otherwise know as Four," she said taking a seat in a folding chair across from Viola. But Viola couldn't keep her eyes from wandering all across the room to the other girls that were scattered all around. Some were in folding chairs like hers, some on the floor, some sitting on random tables and other odds and ends.

"Wait," her attention now back on Sami. "What do you mean by Four? And does it have anything to do why Creepy One and Two called me Nine on the way in?"

"First off, Creepy One and Two were Death Eaters, most likely Bellatrix and another cohort. And second, yes it does. Since they don't really care enough to learn our names, we each have a number. Like I said, I'm Four. That girl who just stormed off is One. Her real name's Lauren. That's Two and Three," she said pointing to the identical twins sitting on the desk in the corner. "Their real names are Sophie and Sarah. Even though they're twins, they were kidnapped at different times."

"And I'm Five," said a dark-haired girl standing up from her spot on the floor. "Also known as Jaime." There was a short silence.

"And Six?" Viola asked.

"Well, thats the thing." Sami said slowly. "There is no six... anymore. She was always a feisty one... Then there was an incident with the Death Eaters…. And now there's no more six…"

"Oh, I'm so sorry."

"It's okay. It happened a while ago... so I guess most of us have accepted it..." Sami said.

"Plus she wasn't here for that long, so it's not like most of got to know her," said Jaime behind her.

"Well, maybe some of us knew her before coming here!" Sami shouted suddenly.

"I'm sorry. I know that's a touchy subject," Jaime said softly before returning to her spot on the floor.

"So," Sami said composing herself. "Moving on. I'm pretty sure Seven, also known as Meredith, is taking a nap in the other room. And I wouldn't disturb her, she's pretty nice unless she doesn't get her eight hours. That's Eight behind the book." She said referring to a smaller girl curled up in the corner with a book. "Her real name's Nicole, and she's a major bookworm." Nicole rolled her eyes.

Sami turned back to Viola. "And that brings us back to you. Nine. Otherwise known as...?"

"Viola. My name's Viola."

"Hmm. Interesting name."

"More interesting than Sami?"

"It is short for Samantha."

"Fine then," Viola said, smiling for the first time since she got here. Which reminded her...

"By the way, where are we?"

"Oh, yeah. We're at Malfoy Manor."

"Malfoy Manor? As in the Malfoys?" Sami nods. "But why would Voldemort-" gasps and shrieks were heard around the room.

"Don't say his name!" Jaime yelled.

"Sorry. Why would You-Know-Who be at Malfoy Mannor holding a ton of teenage girls hostage?" Viola put extra emphasis You-Know-Who for the sake of the other girls. Viola had never really gotten the the whole, "don't say his name" concept. People have names so you can call them by them, so why should it be different for old Voldy? Viola had never had any discomfort using his name- it just didn't affect her the same way others did. Why? She never knew the answer. All she knew that everyone else cringed when she did use his real name.

"As for the first part of your question, the Malfoys have always been loyal Death Eaters. So when he needed a place to perform a task they were probably the first to volunteer," said Twin Number One, Sophie. Or was it Sarah?

"And as for the second," Twin Two started. "We aren't really sure."

"Then what do you know?" Viola said taking a seat on a nearby chair.

"Well, we know we're all fourteen and should be at our fourth year at Hogwarts," said Jaime.

"What do you mean should be? How long have you guys been here?" Viola stared with disbelief.

"Well, some people-," Sami started.

"Lauren," Jaime whispered while pointing to the door behind her hand.

Sami cleared her throat. "-Have been here since first year. The rest of us were taken between then and now."

Viola let out a half hearted laugh. "That's kind of self explanatory."

Sami smiled. "Anyway, we're all fourteen and don't have a family."

"Meaning?"

"No mom or dad. Either never had one or they're dead. I'm guessing it's the same for you?"

"Yeah," Viola said biting her lip. There was a moment of silence

"You should probably get some rest. I don't think he was done questioning you, so he'll be back for you tomorrow," Sami said getting up and heading towards the other room.

"You mean there's more?" Viola shuddered at the thought of being that close to those cold, dead, snake eyes again.

"Unfortunately, yes. Come on, there are cots in the other room." She beckons, and Viola decides to follow. Sami pointed to a cot on the other side of the room, and Viola smiled weakly. With that, Sami left the room. Viola slowly made her way to the cot, which was dirty and frayed with only a thin gray blanket on top.

Better than sleeping on the ground, Viola thought. She layed down and tried her best to get comfy, falling asleep almost immediately. Her dreams were filled with snakes and screaming.

Yay I finally finished another chapter! Thanks to anyone who hung in there or is just reading this for the first time. I have no intentions of abandoning this fanfic, it's just I don't have a lot of free time to write. I can't stop thinking about this and even when I'm not updating I'm still working the plot! So don't loose faith in me! Ahh!

Alright I had to get that out, thank you very much. I will try to update ASAP, but I'm a very busy person so I'll do what I can.

Thanks! -The Ben Ben

P.S. If there are any Starkids reading this you'll realize how many references I made in this chapter :)
