Author's note: Sorry for the long abscene! I just became busy. Anyway, I decided to remake chapters 3 and 4. And don't worry though, Itachi and Sakura are going to to get together. Just be patient. Because rushing it will kill the story, right? Anyway, enjoy!

Her eyes shot wide open and Sakura sat up. She gazed around. She was in a hotel room. The morning light shone through the window. Sakura gazed down to see that she was still dressed in her ANBU uniform. She pulled the covers off and lowered her feet to the floor.
Sakura tried to remember what had happened before passing out. She remembered bumping into Itachi. Him 'confessing' that he had a crush on her and her falling into his arms because her weak legs gave out. She sighed.
Sakura decided to just leave. To head back to Konoha. I must hurry before that Uchiha decides to come around.
Sakura began to gather her belongings. Her kunai pouch, her katana and it's sheathe and her ANBU mask. She put the sheathe on her back. She placed the pouch on the back end of her 'ninja belt'. She strapped on her open-toed shoes. And lastly, Sakura put the masked on, tightening the strings.
Sakura gazed into a mirror hanging on a wall. She wondered why Itachi was nice enough just to get her a hotel room. And not to leave her unconscious body on the road.
Then again, if he had just left me there on the road, it would raise suspension.
Sakura sighed then headed out the hotel room. A few minutes later, as Sakura was nearly to the gate of the village, she heard something. A conversation. She paused and spun around.
Sakura peered at the stand from which the conversation was coming from. Two men-wearing Akatsuki cloaks-were chatting quietly about something. Sakura looked around for a place to hide that's near them so she could hear the conversation better.
She spotted a bush. The bush stood near the stand. Sakura wondered how she could hide in that bush without the two Akatsuki members noticing. She looked around and saw a huge crowded of people heading her way.
Sakura watched them approached and disappeared into the crowd. Meanwhile, the two Akatsuki members were focusing their attention to the crowd. "So much people. What is this, a circus or something?" One of the Akatsuki members said.
"Yay! A circus! Tobi love the circus!" The other member shouted happily. The blonde member narrowed his eye at him. "Yeah. Because you belong to the circus. You freak, yeah." He said. Meanwhile, Sakura hid in the bush.
Sakura tried to stay as quiet as possible. "Anyway, Tobi. We're going to invade the village by air. You know, on my clay bird. But you have to stay calm and quiet when we do." The blonde whispered.
"But Senpai. Tobi's afraid of heights." The other Akatsuki member, Tobi replied. "But you wanted to ride my bird. You said it yourself! So you'll have to get over your fright somehow or you're going to have to enter the town on foot like the rest of the Akatsuki, un." The Blonde explained.
Sakura blinked. They're going to invade a village? What village? I hope it isn't Konoha. But then again, our Hokage is a Jinchuuriki!
"I have a better idea. How about we enter the village on Kisame's wave? That way, all the Akatsuki members can enter without walking." Tobi said, smiling underneath his orange-swirling mask. The Blonde blinked.
"And what gives you an idea that I will ride Kisame's wave? There's no way that I'm going to ride on Kisame's vomit! Besides, what if we crash into walls? Huh, un?" The Blonde placed his straw hat on his head and stood up. Tobi pulled up his hood.
"Anyway, we should get out of this storm. I can't quite recall when we would attack Konoha but I know it's sooner than later, un." The Blonde said. Sakura gaped her mouth from beneath her mask. I should of known. The Akatsuki are planning to attack Konoha. I must get back there and warn everyone before it's too late!
The rain came down in sheets. The two Akatsuki started to leave but a sneeze made them stopped. They both looked at the bush. Damn it. I guess I'm catching a cold. I hope they didn't hear me sneeze.
Unforunately for Sakura, they did. The Blonde pushed the bush open to reveal the spying Haruno. Tobi looked over his shoulder. "Look what we have here. A spy. Not just an ordinary spy but a ANBU spy, yeah."
Sakura stared and reached her hand into her kunai pouch. "Deidara-Senpai, what shall we do with this spy?" Tobi asked. The Blonde looked at Tobi. "You mean me. Because I do all the objectives on our missions. You don't do shit." Deidara glared at Tobi.
Deidara looked back at Sakura to see that she had equipped a kunai. He smirked. "And you think I'm threatened by that knife of yours? Heh. I got something way better than that." Deidara pulled an object from his bag. As Sakura stared, she began to recognize what the object is.
A bird that seems to be made of clay. The bird turned it's attention to her. Sakura blinked. What the hell is that thing?
Suddenly, Deidara threw the bird on her. The bird landed on Sakura's ANBU vest. Deidara and Tobi jumped back. Deidara put his hands together and shouted. "Keiksu!" Before Sakura could react, the bird exploded.
Deidara and Tobi watched as Sakura flew many feets away from her orignal spot. Tobi giggled. "Do that again, Senpai!" Deidara began to walk away. "No. Let's go Tobi-kun, un." He grabbed Tobi's collar and began to walk away.

"And as I smacked the man with my sword a couple of times, his head flew off his neck. And I wasn't trying to decapitate him." Kisame said, walking with Itachi. Kisame chuckled. "Funny, huh?" Itachi didn't reply.
Suddenly, something fell from the sky and landed infront of them. They stopped short and stared. "What the hell was that?" Kisame said, venturing closer. Itachi walked up as Kisame examined the 'thing'. Kisame stood up quickly.
"Looks like Deidara blew someone up." Itachi peered down to examine the person. He noticed that the ANBU's mask was half destroyed. Itachi took the remaining mask off and bent down farther to examine their face. His eyes widened in surprised.
"Come on Itachi. Let's go. The sooner we get back to the hideout, the sooner I can change into some dry clothes." Kisame tugged his partner's sleeve. Itachi didn't respond. Kisame tapped his shoulder. "Come on, Itachi. Let's go."
"You can go without me. I'll be there later." Itachi said, still staring down at unconscious Sakura. Kisame shrugged. "I don't know when you started to care about other people. Seeya later." Kisame turned and left.
Itachi sighed then got down. He put Sakura into his arms then he stood up. Damn it, Deidara. Always blowing people up even when they're not doing him some harm.
Itachi looked up as the rain came down in sheets. The wind blew hard, blowing Itachi's straw hat off his head. She must stay here to recover. Otherwise, she'll never make it back home.
Itachi began to carry Sakura away. Deja vu, right?

"And where the heck is Sakura? It's been a few days since she went on her mission." Naruto said, gazing out the window. It was four days later. Naruto expected her home a few days ago but she did not appear. His assistant stood near him, a concerned expression on their face.
"She was on a C-ranked mission so I do not understand why she hasn't returned." The assistant shrugged. "Who knows? Maybe she encountered some Akatsuki members." The Assistant suggested. Naruto spun around. He stared at his assistant. "And why would they tried to attack her? I mean, the old woman wasn't a Jinchuuriki! So, there's no reason for them to attack them." Naruto protested.
"But... maybe they are using Sakura as a hostage. You know, so you could go after them. They'll send out a message saying, 'Give us your Hokage and we'll free the girl.' Or something like that." The Assistant suggested. Naruto thought about it. Hmm. Maybe my assistant is right. But there has to be another reason for her abscene. I'm not going to accept that one. Not yet, anyway.
Naruto nodded. "Maybe. But for now, we'll just say that she's M.I.A. Hopefully, we can find her unharmed." Naruto turned back to the window. "Do you need anything, Hokage-sama?" The assistant asked. Naruto shook his head. "No thanks. You can go now." Naruto replied.
The Assistant bowed, then left Naruto's office, closing the door softly behind 'em. Naruto continued to gaze out the window in silence. A gentle breeze blew the tree tops. Naruto sighed. Hopefully Sakura isn't the arms of an Akatsuki members. I don't want to lose another best friend. I already lost Sasuke...
