Taking a long deep breath she realized who was sitting in the booth in front of her. "What are doing here?" She spoke softly trying to speak over the lump that had suddenly formed in her throat. Since she left she was always so careful to make sure that she never worked on the days that the WWE was in town. She was sure they weren't so him being there threw her for a loop. She shifted uncomfortably from foot to foot hoping that the apron she was wearing was covering her enough to hide the fact that she was expecting.

He looked up at his ex-wife and took a long deep breath. "I came looking for you. Just like I have been doing for the last six months. Someone told me that they saw you here and acting on whatever instinct that I had left I made my way down here. Sure enough I saw you slip in the door. Your father is ready to kill me because he blames me for you leaving and he has no idea where you are. And no idea what you are doing." He shook his head for a minute looking at her for a moment. "Stephanie, What are you doing here?"

Rolling the pen around in her hand she watched him for a minute. "What does it look like I am doing, I am working. And you have no right being here. So you can leave." She spoke simply.

"No right to be here. I am eating and that gives me a right to be here." Hunter quickly answered back. He really didn't care about eating at the resturant he just cared about her. He studied her a minute and realized that something was different about her. Something that he could not exactly put his finger on it.

She sighed softly pulling out the pad and writing on it. "What would you like?" She looked at him as he told her his order. Two eggs, toast and a coffee. It was the same thing that he ate every morning when they were together. She quickly took the order and headed up to the resturant. "Donna I can't take this okay.. I am not feeling so well. I need you to take this order. I promise I will do the night shift tonight."

Donna looked at her and nodded. "Go ahead Steph, I will take care of this." She had a feeling that the man that was back there was the man that Stephanie had talked about so many times before.

"Thank you. I owe you big time." She thanked her as she agreed and ran out of the store hoping Hunter didn't see her. She was not ready to talk to him about all of this right now.

But it was too late, he was already following her out of the building. "Stephanie." He called out her name one and then repeated it a few more times only louder. Finally catching up to her "Where are you going Stephanie, and Why are you running from me?" He grabbed her arm spinning her around and finally looked down at her stomach. He blinked a few times as his fingers caught her coat opening it and exposing the swollen stomach that she had "Oh my god. You are pregnant."
