Flaming body, Frozen heart
I'm sorry I haven't posted in a while. You know friends, gaming, friends, girls, life, all that gets in the way of what's really important, FLINN (am I right?) anyways, I'm boring, you wanna read this so I'm not gonna stop you … ^_^ Have fun
"A burning sensation"
After spending the day mostly making out, hugging, and talking Finn and FP fall asleep on the couch together while watching "Heat Signature 2".
Finn's body ached. He slowly opened his eyes and looked around. It was his house but it was snowing outside and there was a warm glow emanating from somewhere in the room. He tried to get up, but soon realized there was a fire elemental sleeping on the couch with him and his flame shield was flickering off. He felt a burning sensation and quickly recoiled from the source of his pain, but also his love.
She felt something slip out from under her and smelled burning flesh. "WAIT, BURNING FLESH" her eyes shot open as she realized it was Finn and he had a large burn on his arm, "OH MY GROB! FINN ARE YOU OKAY?!" She screamed, concern pouring into her voice "Yeah FP I'm fine" he said in a pained but loving voice "I have a pretty high burn tolerance" "Finn we need a solution to your flammability" She stated. "Maybe PB can help us, with all her sciencey knology stuff" he said, and with that they set out for the Candy Kingdom.
After walking a fair distance they were finally at the walls of the kingdom, PB was standing on her balcony intently staring at them, as if expecting them. She then disappeared into the palace again. "Huh that was weird" he said "PB was just like standing there…" "Hi guys" the candy princess said, suddenly appearing out of a door in the gatehouse. "But you… How… Palace?" he stammered confusedly "Teleporters, you dingus" the gum lady explained "oh…" he grumbled, though not fully understanding.
Flame Princess stared at the two in silence, not quite understanding what they were talking about, but then interjected, "So princess, you wouldn't, umm, have any like thingy that'll make Finn immune to fire or something like that, would you?" "Let me think" the princess said, staring blankly into nothingness. "no, I'm afraid not" she said sadly "but I have heard of an ice warlock deep in the ice kingdom who is said to be able to make fire not burn" "GREAT" FP replied excitedly, tugging at Finns arm but only burning him slightly. "FP don't you want to consider this a little bit before you gust rush into it like that." "Finn… I would do anything to be with you." "Really, you'd defy nature for me?" he asked "Finn we've done this before" "Oh right, whatevs"
As Finn looked across the grasslands he couldn't even see the ice kingdom, "Ugg this is gonna be like such a long walk," he groaned. They walked in silence for several minutes until Finn asked "Hey FP, how come you didn't like explode when we were kissing yesterday" "Oh, umm I don't know but I guess maybe it wasn't my first kiss so I didn't like tots freak out or whatevs, also you were wearing flame shield so it didn't feel quite as real… dunno?" "Oh, ok…" he replied. The silence returned. "You know we kinda just rushed out whith the instructions 'Deep within the Ice Kingdom,' it's kind of a big place." She remarked, "Where do you think we should… Finn?" she couldn't see him and started panicking she turned around to start looking for him only so find him walking out from behind a rock "Nope. No warlocks back there… I'm outta ideas." She face palmed "Oh actually one mire idea we should ask Simon" it was a decent idea so they set off for the largest of the distant mountains.
So I wrote the first part of this chapter before the end of last year. Don't worry I'm an active writer now so no more 9 month breaks. Though my writing style has surely changed and the characters along with it, I hope you enjoy it all the same as always plz R&R ^_^ Peace Off
