A Robin's Quest
Chapter 3
LIttle while earlier...
Hmm what was the name of that firebird?
"I GOT IT WOAH!"
-CRASH-
"Hey kid! Why don't watch were you're going!"
"Oh yeaH? Maybe you should watch were your going old man!"
"I'M 25 YEARS OLD! YOUR LIKE 10!"
"I'M 13! YOUR STILL OLDER THAN ME! OLD MAN!"
I started to stand up until I saw the was really tall and kinda muscalrish. He had coal black hair with couple of his bangs in the front are white and piercing green/blue eyes. He had a angry expression on his face and apparently a bike fetish. Oh shiz,I'm doomed. I quickly got up as fast as flash, got on my bike, and started driving it away. If I would have known better, he looked pretty scary. He apparently noticed my departure and got even angrier and shot a glare at me and exlaimed, "GET BACK HERE YOU LITTLE BRAT!" He quicly went back into the store he was in and out came two more people. one was a woman with tan skin and really lond red hair. She also had green eyes. She was wearing short shorts and a puple tank top with nice black sandals. The other person was a man with red hair and green eyes as well. He was waering a blue baseball cape with a red slevless shirt and jeans with combat boots. He also had a jacket on. The guy I crashed into, lets call him log cause with his expession it looks like he has a log up his butt. The girl will be barbie and the other guy will be ken, since he was making out with barbie in the store.
Alright so what was going down was log was yelling at barbie and ken to get me or something. As soon they saw me, they understund was going on. They got all serious and this is when it got scary. Barbie just stated flying and had these lasers coming out of her hand, Ken had took out a bow with arowss and got ready to fire at me, when log got out his motorbike from some random alley way and whipped out a gun, getting ready to fire at me... OH SHIZ!
I put the pedal to the metal and rode away as fast as I could go, almost falling off of my back a couple of times until I felt something on my shoulder. It was a bright orange bird with red details on it. For some wiered reason, it gave me confidence and courge. It alos reminded me of the bird about earlier, The Phoneix. Hmmmmm, Phoniex, that's got a nice ring to it. I think I just found my name. That's great for me , but I still got those people behind me. I finally looked behind, front, left and right to me . Appently they only did that to scare me or there was some bad guy in front of me. That's so nice of them.
I biked on over to the Gotham Mall and parked my bike. I got into the mall and got ready to get my costume to match my name of Phoneix. Lets see, A Phoniex's colors are mostly constited of red, orange, and sometimes yellow. I entred the HOT HERO STORE. It was a store in gotham dedicated to superheroes. It was run by crazy obbsed fans, but they have really good stuff and they are actually cool.
I went over to the costume sections and took a good look at the costumes. There were costumes of most of the Justice Leaugers and even some Teen Titans. The reason why I went into the store because there were some rumor that HOT HERO STORE is actually a superhero store for superheroes. I wanted to see if the rumor was true, so then they could make my Phoenix costume, since I'm one of thier regular costumers.
I went to the cashier and told them about the rumor. He seemed shocked and surpisous looking. To try to calm him down, I gave him a water bottle. He seemed ok after that and it looked like he trusted me. He then waved his hand to the left, as some sort of gesture to follow him. I was kinda sketchy but I accepted. The guy then led me to an elavator and there reavled a secret button. He asked me why was I here anyway and so I just showed him the note in response. He had finally understood and smiled. He then told me that he would help with my costume and that he would keep my identity a secret. The elvator finally stopped and the door opened to find an empty room with a lot a fabric and sewing materials. Some of the fabric was labled FIRE-PROOF and some others were WATER-PROOF. I grabbed some red, orange, and yellow from the EVERYTHING-PROOF shelf and got to work on my costume.
-TIME SKIP- 2HRS LATER-
During the making of my costume, the man explianed to me that HOT HERO STORE dosen't really make costumes for superheroes. He said that the costumes they make for the store are accurate enough to look and be like a superhero costume. He also explianed to me the fire, water, and evrything proof really are proof to thier specific things. He also told me that the fabrics were for newcoming superheroes. Ok so enough chit chat, i'll tell you what my costume looks like.
My costume is a bright red jumpsuit with my Phoenix Symbol on my chest and a red skirt connecte to the jumpsuit so people will know I'm a girl. I have orange gloves that go like about 3 in before my elbow and orange combat boots that go 3 in right before my knees. I also have a red domino mask, but just in case I had red contacts on undrneath if people are manageable to take off my mask and an orange cape. Now people will know and fear me as The Phoneix.
