"Something's in the air, I can feel it" Naruto said grabbing his ring and leaving his apartment 'Mami, something's up I'm going to investigate, I'll be back later okay hime?'
"okay, just be safe' Mami said as Naruto transformed after jumping off the balcony. He soared up into the sky and scanned the city
"Witch detected, northern warehouse district, alert Madoka Kaname detected in local area of witch" the ring said
"SHIT!" Naruto shouted flying off at top speed before looking down to see a lot of people "Analyse quickly"
"Subjects seem to be marked by witch" Ring said as Naruto quickly joined the crowd.
'At this rate I have to blend in and make sure Madoka and her friend are not hurt in the process' he thought keeping an eye on the two girls, one of them was out of it. 'Are they drugged. No this has to be the marks on their neck' Naruto though as the crowd stopped before a bucket with three bottles. 'No don't tell me, switch to mental mode and tell me what are in those bottles
'Acknowledge scanning. Substance one contains Sodium Hypochlorite. Substance two contains Hydrochloric Acid. Warning! if said substances are combine the result will be Chlorine gas' the ring said
'Shit, if they breathe in the gas it will react with the water in their lungs forming Hydrochloric Acid which will burn their lungs killing me; give me a solution here ring!'
'Analysing enviro-WARNING Madoka Kaname is dangerous proximity to Chlorine gas'
'WHAT!" Naruto nearly screamed seeing Madoka chucking the bucket out the window. 'Good girl'
"Alert Threat detected, warning Witch Barrier in 5 minutes and counting' the ring said as Naruto summoned a bo-staff and twirled it.
"Time to save the girl, start the clock" Naruto said jumping into the crowd using the will bo-staff to knock a few heads together making them slump out cold. "Moadoka get to cover" Naruto shouted
"Okay" Madoka said as Narutio blocked off several more knocking the around.
"Warning Witch Labyrinth now activated" the ring said
"Shit where?" Naruto asked as he carefully lowered the last person to the ground as the ring pointed to where Madoka took cover. "Crap, what do the runes say?"
"Rune Translation: Kirsten" the ring said as what appeared to be a bubbly puddle formed in front of Naruto.
"I'm going in, Let's do this" Naruto said switching to his Green Lantern persona. Walking through the puddle he found it to be a massive tower of water, carousel and TVs. Soon the familiars were swarming him already. Naruto quickly fired off several ring blasts
"Warning ring energy at 75%"
"WHAT I charged you this morning!" Naruto said summoning a hatchet and started to cut at the winged familiar as he saw Madoka's body being pulled like taffy. "Crap; Ring any chance of reaching Madoka?"
"Negative, alert Puella Magi detected"
"Homura, please let it be" Naruto begged as a blue streak flew past him "That wasn't Homura was it?"
"Negative, scanning new Puella Magi" Ring said "Warning Ring current at 60%"
"Understood" Naruto said as he finally reached Madoka to see the new magical slashing the familiars. "Bullshit" he whispered seeing Sayaka in a Puella Magi costume holding a cutlass as she swung it around looking every where
"Behind you" Naruto said throwing one of his hand axes before swing the other into another familiar
"Okay, I found the Witch, I'm sorry that I'm late and couldn't help you. So now rest in peace" Sayaka said slashing the witch destroying her. Once the labyrinth dissolved with Sayaka picking up the grief see and smiled embarrassed. Naruto frowned thinking that Homura was nearby; but the ring couldn't pick up her magical energy signature.
"Sorry for making you fight Green Lantern" Sayaka said bashfully
"No worries, I was already here anyway" Naruto said
"Wait, where's Naruto?" Madoka panicked. "Was he out there Sayaka?"
"I didn't see him out there sorry Madoka" Sayaka said
"Don't worry" Naruto said changing back "I'm okay"
To say Sayaka and Madoka was stunned would be an understatement
"You're the green lantern, Mami's boyfriend is the freaking Green Lantern" Sayaka gasped.
"I didn't see this coming, but how did "
"Six Days" Naruto said
"What happens in six days?"
"All the cards are laid on the table. Everything and anything you've wanted to know and wanted not to know" Naruto said
"Alright we'll be there" Sayaka said with Madoka nodding
"Good, now I have something to do" Naruto said leading his kohai out of there "Now are you able to get home safely, in fact whoever is closest is where you two should stay tonight"
"My house then" Sayaka said
"What are you going to do?" Madoka asked
"I'm just checking up on Homura, something seemed off with her" Naruto explained before leaving "Get home safely girls"
"Well do, come on Madoka."
"Homura?" Naruto asked noticing the door was opened. he looked around when he saw something in the dark so he willed a handgun into his hand "Homura?" he asked again as a noise was heard. Naruto quickly turned the lights on, revealing Homura slumped on the ground in her pyjamas clutching her heart. But what threw Naruto off was the emotion in her eyes: fear
"SHIT!" he shouted dialling 119 "I need an ambulance, I don't know the address, wait" he quickly dashed off finding the address. Once he was done with that he went and examined Homura and told the operator, "She's got a heart condition which has recently skyrocketed. She's been taking medication for it but I don't know for how long. Alright" Naruto said grabbing the medication and relaying the information to the operator and was told to wait for the paramedics. Naruto figured she just ran out and was panicking giving her this attack.
"Hold on Homura" Naruto said before noticing her gem darkened. 'No not now, not here' the ring-slinger said as a bolt of will energy purified Homura's soul gem and calmed her down, during which a star flashed on the wall behind Homura's soul gem. Naruto recognised it from his research. But for now he had to help Homura. Softly stroking her onyx hair he smiled softly "Easy Homura they'll be here soon"
Once the ambulance loaded Homura up Naruto left. Deciding to see her in the morning, so he quickly walked inside to clean up and leave. While he did he looked around. On the walls were drawings of something that gave him the shivers; it was like the hand of death had grabbed his shadow and tugged at it a bit.
"This is some pretty dark shit Ms Akemi, are you waiting for or are you dreading it" Naruto said scanning it with his ring after checking it was clear of the pest he had encountered. "Is this why you've looped time, and a better question is how does my Green Lantern powers affect it?" he asked leaving and locking the door
'Is everything okay?" Mami asked
'Yeah is the transfer student alright?' Sayaka asked
"Since when can Sayaka interact with us.
'She was talking to me when Homura asked for help, and I sensed you were nearby
'Since when does Naruto have telpath, did he make'
"No Sayaka I did not, and you'll find out why in six days"
"That seems specific" Madoka said joining in on Sayaka's telepathy line.
"It's just that I need that amount of time to plan what I'm going to say, because its a freaking lot"
"Oh okay" madoka said "Thank you Naruto
"Anytime Maddy" Naruto said ending the conversation before seeing the plushie alien. "Don't you have anything else to do, like I don't lick your balls clean"
"Why would I do something so rude in public, so tell me Naruto Uzumaki what are you hidingh from Me?" Kyubey asked.
"This" Naruto smirked.
Naruto suddenly picture Kyubey and a forest
'Well this isn't a secret all my contracts know I like the park and woods.' Kyubey said
"Look up" Naruto chuckled making Kyubey come eye to with a massive beast the size of a skyscraper "Kyubey meet Kyubi"
'That is nothing like me" Kyubey said
"No, Kyubi as in Kyubi no Kitsune: the Nine tailed Fox" Naruto said as the massive fox charged a ball of light in its mouth "I know this is childish but what the heck imma firin mah lazer"
"Did you just use a meme?" Kyubey asked as the fox roared unleashing a beam of red and black light at the pain in the ass
"Yeah, so what; anyway you wanted to know what I'm hiding; you're looking at it. I am this thing trapped inside this human shell. The closest thing to a race I have is demon" Naruto said
"Impossible, there no such thing" Kyubey said
"Yeah you're right. I just wanted to check something" Naruto said ending the mental image "But I did find something interesting" he continued as he showed Kyubey what he found. Hitomi in a towel looking into a mirror
"I wish Kyosuke was my boyfriend, but who am I kidding he'll probably choose Sayaka." the girl said as the image fade away.
"You will not contract with this girl, do you hear me" Naruto growled.
"Try and stop me, after all Sayaka and her share the desire for the same boy"
"You smug bastard, okay grant me wish"
"I'm sorry but I cannot contract with males"
"Then you will not interact with this girl"
"There you are right she has no potential to be a Puella Magi, just yet"
"I'm warning you" Naruto said "You will not contract with her or any other girl at my school you got it you bastard?"
"Agreed, for now; for I know not why but you are a wild card. And my race cannot comprehend Wild-Cards"
"Good, because I'm here to make sure you don't hurt anyone else. Including Madoka"
"Then you will fail, after all my race has seen to it that Madoka becomes a magical girl, it will happen" Kyubey said
"Try and stop them then however you like. It will only lead to my victory" Naruto said
