Retribution

Chapter 3

I do not own Star Wars or related characters. That honor belongs to Lucas Arts and Bioware.

Nar Shaddaa, the moon Nal Hutta, home to criminals and refugees alike. Tracking Goto would be easy. Once she had found the computer construct, Revan copied the frequency into a datapad left on the moon, entering a set code would summon him directly to her. Walking to the entertainment sector, she found the pazaak den. Gave the current password to the bouncer, walked straight to the bartender and requested the left items. A datapad, set of clothes and a access card. Swiftly moving to the center of the Nar Shaddaa, Revan allowed a moment to soak in the force. Feeling the sorrow, pain and rage of the moon's core beneath her feet, a ping in the Force was felt. A decision had been made by those that dared to interfere with her mission. The dark jedi would become the hunted. Frustration was boiling to the surface and spilling over, as an electrical current. Zapping the nearby particles in the air, the energy was surging upwards to the next walk way. Goto's droid announced its' presence with a series of beeps and whistles before speaking with a metallic ring. "Revan, you have returned at last. Apologies but my ship was destroyed by the exile a few years ago. I have not been able to recuperate the loss. May I enquire why you are here?"

Regaining control of her emotions, Revan stopped the outflow around her. Nodding in amusement now to Goto's displeasure, "I need information. You will use all of your connections to get it. Understood?" It wasn't a question. Since she knew of his true identity the construct for a moment seem to vibrate in anger. "Of course."

"Don't get cocky Goto. I may have to pay you a visit in person." Smirking, she handed over a small datapad with the parameters to be followed. "I will expect a follow up in two days' time." Turning away from the black floating droid, she found the apartments. Slide the access card into the door. Hissing open, the sudden rush of air entering the room stirred the dust. "Welcome home." She muttered using her cloak to shield her nose, as the door slid shut behind her.

Meanwhile the remaining Jedi, Carth and Canderous were in hyper space. Roughly four hours away from the shady moon. Carth was pacing in the cargo hold, unsure how to approach his love. She recognized him if only for moment. He would attempt to use that to get her to remember all of what they shared. Bastilla and Meetra mediated in the woman's dormitories. Meetra had asked Mira and Visas to remain behind for this mission. Atton was preparing to turn off the auto pilot but stopped for moment as Mandalore stood in the cockpit looking straight ahead. His helmet was off but his shining silver armor was a little much to look at. Unsure if the mandolorian wanted to talk or not, Atton stayed silent. But Canderous was finally the one who broke the silence. "I would have followed her beyond the outer rim. If I had ignored her when she told me I should rebuild the clans, perhaps we wouldn't be in this predicament."

A realization hit Atton. "You love her don't you? That's why you followed Meetra. You hoped she would lead you to Revan."

Unabashed by his words, Canderous simply nodded. I will love her till the end of days.
