Hours before...
Sandry's will was unshakable. She was determined to get out of this mess of a life. My friends have betrayed and ignored me. I will become a servant-wife if stay. I have to do something! With her mind in the shape of scissors, she cut her life-strings. Sandry was gone.
Currently...
Fin had fled the scene.
The servants he left, had come to the empress in a panic. Berenene, in turn, had sent for the three mages. Tris and Daja entered the room first, for Briar feared what he would see. Daja looked at Sandry's corpse with much pain. To see her saati-to know she cut her own life-threads...was just to much to bear.
"She-she had tried to contact me, to help her... But I yelled at her, for disturbing me," Tris mumbled. "How could I do that to her?"
"I did the same thing. I was with Rizu and didn't want to be distracted by one of her silly little problems," murmured Daja. Briar stumbled into the dusty room. He sow the corpse and fell to his knees. He crawled over to Sandry and held her in his arms.
With shameless tears slipping down his cheeks, and sobs racking his body, Briar told the other two, The girls, in the weeks we've been together, they were just distractions. In truth, I only like one girl...Sandry. I just, never got to tell her I loved her.
