AN:

I'm sorry for the belated update! School was hectic this week and I had to update on my other short story Hooked.

I'd like to thank all my reviewers, but especially iizninja. Your review made me SOOOOO happy!!

I'd also like to thank everyone who read my previous AN.

I'm also changing the POV from First Person Puck to Third Person Puck. This is due to the fact that Michael Buckley writes in Third Person Sabrina, and I would like for this to be as close to the real thing as it can be.

However, that is subject to change, due to your opinion. Review and tell me if you liked it better in third or first person, please.

Lastly, I'd like to apologize for the long ANs in the previous chapters. I hope for this to be the last one. The previous ones were only to clear up my mistakes and any confusion.

Thanks for reading this,

Book 1 – Chapter 6 – Pages 129-132

As Puck was closing in on the old lady's front porch, returning from his mountain search, he heard the two Grimm girls arguing. Something about locks...

"What's wrong?" the short Grimm who had previously been laying on Elvis asks, sitting up.

"It's jammed" Grimm said, while making a useless attempt at knocking the door in with her shoulder.

"Are you sure you unlocked them all?" mini-Grimm asked. At this, Puck could see the anger washing over Grimm's face.

"Well, it's not opening. Maybe the back door," Grimm offered.

This was the prime moment, Puck thought, to step in, being careful not to make a sound while approaching them. The idea was to startle them. "You've forgotten the secret," He said, hovering above them, landing gently down.

"What do you want?" Grimm said.

She always had that bad attitude. It was worse than the old lady's Alpaca Surprise last month. Blech.

Puck decided to inform the Grimm sisters of his previous whereabouts. "I did a flyby, all the way up into the mountains. I found some tracks, but no giant," He said, in a bored tone."I sent some pixies to keep searching without me."

Instead of getting showered in thanks like he had expected, Grimm just ignored him and made a fruitless attempt to open the door again. Once again, failing, Grimm huffed and puffed in aggravation.

Puck sighed. These girls didn't even know how to open the front door? "You have to tell the house you are home."

"Of course!" said mini-Grimm, realization washing over her face.

She knocked three times on the door. "We're home," she said, just as Puck had seen the old lady do so many times before. With that, the door swung open.

Mini-Grimm turned around to face Puck. "How did you know that?" she asked, in suspicion.

"The old lady and I are close. She tells me everything."

With that, Elvis leaped to his feet and bound into the house, heading for the kitchen, nearly knocking the girls over in the process. The sisters followed with Puck in tow, and he entered the house, slamming the door behind him.

"Now, I know I'm one of the bad guys," Puck boasted as he plopped down onto the plush recliner sitting in the living room. "But, the old lady does provide me with a meal from time to time. Not that I feel any loyalty, but if she were to get eaten by a giant, my free lunches would disappear. So, we should probably get started."

"We? What do you mean we?" Grimm questioned in a shrill voice.

"Of course, you two will have to keep this to yourselves, I do have a reputation as the worst of the worst." he said. "If word got out that the Trickster was helping the heroes... well, it would be scandalous." Puck explained.

"First things first. I want you two to prepare a hearty meal so that I will have plenty of energy to kill the giant," he ordered.

Grimm was fuming. "You've got to be kidding," she said.

"The old lady always makes lunch when a mystery is afoot. I know its not the most glamorous work, but I think you two are best suited for domestic tasks." Puck decided.

"What does domestic tasks mean?" mini-Grimm asked her sister.

"The way he means it is women's work," Grimm spat. And mini-Grimm snarled in return.

"Besides, as your leader I need to save my energy for the battle," Puck scoffed.

"Leader! No one made you leader. No one even said they wanted your help!" Grimm shouted.

Who did this girl think she was, being so ungrateful? Here he was, the Trickster King, offering help to the good guys. He was risking his entire reputation for them!

"You may not want it, but you need it," Puck yelled back, even though they were only a mere foot away from each other. "The two of you can't even get into your own house. Do you think you'll strike fear into a giant?"

"Maybe if you two keep shouting, the giant will come to us," mini-Grimm said in an accusing tone.

There was only a silence as Puck and Sabrina glared daggers at each other, only to have it broken by little-Grimm.

"Who's hungry?" mini-Grimm asked. "I'm going to go do some domestic tasks for myself."

Puck liked the way this girl thought.

As a matter of fact, Puck loved the way this girl thought.
