Across town Wyatt had headed over to the restaurant to talk to Chris unaware that he was at P3. The restaurant was relatively quiet with only a few regulars in. Wyatt wanted to check in with Chris, with all the demon attacks and general bustle of Halliwell manor none of the inhabitants had really sat down together in over a month. Henry was practising for his Detective's exams, Chris was working or fighting demons, Wyatt had been out partying celebrating his medical exams being over only stopping to fight the demons and Isobelle had been working hard at college, P3 and attempting to predict the demons next moves. They all had lives without each other despite two of the four working for the family businesses. Wyatt sat down and sighed. He had made the effort to come see Chris and now Chris was nowhere to be seen. No doubt he was in the kitchen and would be out at some point. Waiters came and went as Wyatt waited for his brother to venture out from the kitchen. Chris loved cooking and with Isobelle taking over the running of P3 Chris had been able to focus on making a career out of it. The restaurant had benefited immensely in the few months since Isobelle had started helping out. The supply costs were down thanks to Isobelle's contacts and they had received a glowing review in the local paper after Isobelle organised a critic to visit without Chris' knowledge. Half an hour passed before Wyatt started to get annoyed. What was keeping Chris in the kitchen?

'Is Chris in the kitchen?' He finally asked as the waiter passed him with a customer's order.

'No, he went out, he said something about going to see Isobelle at the club. Maybe he's trying to get her to cover again, she was brilliant last time,' The waiter answered.

Wyatt couldn't help but notice how the waiter had praised Isobelle and almost seemed to hope the last bit was true. Seconds later and Chris and Isobelle walked into the restaurant and Wyatt noticed the waiters eyes light up as he spotted Isobelle with Chris.

'Been busy Mike?' Chris asked as Isobelle joined Wyatt at the table he had been sat at for some thirty minutes waiting for Chris. The waiter shrugged.

'Hey,' She greeted the elder Halliwell brother as she sat.

'Hi. Thought you had stocktake?'

'Took a break, Chris managed to persuade me to grab lunch,' Isobelle shrugged.

'Wow he persuaded you to leave a job half done,' Wyatt laughed.

'More like three quarters done actually.' Isobelle answered sarcastically surprising Wyatt. She understood Wyatt's surprise. The Halliwell's all knew she didn't like leaving a job incomplete but she wasn't going to let Wyatt have all the fun.

'Three quarters?' Chris asked as he joined his brother and Isobelle at the table, choosing the seat between them both. It probably had not been the best idea. Wyatt and Isobelle seemed to be having their usual banter. Isobelle also appeared to be winning.

'Stocktake left three quarters through so that Isobelle could come to lunch.' Wyatt answered Chris. 'How do you convince her?'

'I ask. All she can say is yes or no,' Chris shrugged.

'And I said yes so get over it… Anyway what are you doing here shouldn't you be revising for exams or something?'

Wyatt was surprised by her response, she was being defensive and he had no clue why.

'My exams were last week…'

'Well maybe now you'll focus on helping us out with our shared problems then.'

'What's that supposed to mean?!' Wyatt fumed. This lunch was fast turning into an argument.

'Oh I don't know how about instead of partying all the time you help out at home every once in a while?!' Melissa responded angrily without knowing where the anger came from.

'What the…' Wyatt sat back in his seat shocked at Isobelle's outburst. Where had that come from?

'You know what I better finish at P3 with the stocktake before I hurt Wyatt's delicate feelings!' Isobelle stood up quickly her chair crashing to the ground from the speed in which she had stood startling Chris who had regretfully sat between his brother and his friend.

'Isobelle!' Chris called after his friend as she stormed off towards the restaurant exit while Wyatt could only shake his head in disbelief.

'What's got her knickers in a twist?'

'Oh I don't know Wyatt maybe the fact she feels you aren't as committed to this family or her as much as you should be or maybe it's just your double standards.' Chris snapped at his elder brother, upset at yet another lunch turning into an argument and Wyatt being as stubborn and inconsiderate as usual.
