I think that you should explain a bit more how does worl these perks
Had the MC some initial perks?, and they are like the points to use in some other gamer-like stories?
If I understand correctly, the MC began with 10 perks/points, and s/he used 1 to remove the curse or hatred, 5 for Uzumaki's bloodline, and 4 for Kenjutsu buff right
Personally, I think that your MC should save these perks for now, till comprove how can get more of them and decide if s/he can get them quite easily or not
To be quite complicate, save till get the rinnegan, and if they can be gotten with hard work, when you have the chance buy Senju and Kaguya's clan bloodlines, for buff in strength
About your Saku's character page
I think that it should be enough to put it just finished each arc, except she has a big change
I'm pretty sure at the beginning he was saying that I should explain how dose these perks work well for the perks I have a description on the character page I'm sorry if that's not what you meant, and no he still has stat points. So I did win the fight but In got chewed out for using a technique with the power of a B-rank at a pre academy test but luckily these are war times, so they still let me pass and well I'm probably be an amazing asset in the future so yeah, and don't worry Aoi was fine he protected himself with a clay shield but it drained so much chakra that he has to rest for the rest of the day, but he should still past.
"Listen up brats the next part of the second test will be the same thing expect anything goes that is non-lethal" barked Daicon staring at me when he said the last part. "Chika Yamanaka versus Saku Uchiha" announced Daicon, so I get to be first again.
"Fire and Water Release: Song Of Fire And Ice" I yelled at the very beginning of the match as two twin spirals of fire and water shoot towards Chika. "Wind Release: Great Breakthrough" yelled Chika as she unleashed a huge gust of wind to counter my jutsu. "Lightning Release: Great Thunder Fang" I yelled out as I drew my katana and slashed forward while at the same time channelling lightning chakra to it releasing it once it has swung towards the ground making a lightning blade shoot forwards that cut through both jutsus. "Crap" said Chika as she jumped sideways to avoid the lightning blade that still cut her on the leg.
"Fire Release: Phoenix Sage Fire" I yelled as several fire balls shoot towards Chika "Wind Release: Leaf Tornado" I yelled again as the fire balls start to spin around Chika completely trapping her in a sphere of fire. "Wind Release: Fire Starter" I yelled as the fire erupted scorching everything around it "and I'm calling that Fire Release: Great Flame Eruption" I said as I started to jump away from the flames I made. "You are terrifying the only reason I'm still standing is because I put up a water barrier in time" said Chika who was seriously burnt from the flames. Seeing that Chika was distracted I jumped towards her when I got close enough I swung my sword at her, once she realised what was going on she ducked and tried to uppercut me which failed miserably when I grabbed her wrist threw her away then used Plasma Release: Spear Storm as hundreds of plasma spears shoot towards Chika which disappear once they make contact with her skin leaving a small burn mark (hey learning to use a never seen before kekkei genkai is hard).
"Surprise" I said to the audience with a smirk as there dumbfounded at the fact a brand new kekkei genkai was used. So your probably wondering how I created Plasma Release well my affinity is fire and my secondary affinity is lightning, so I was messing around and I somehow created plasma release which isn't as OP as you would think, yet once I can create basically sun's with it and throw it at people then it will be OP AS HELL.
So I knocked Chika unconscious she's ok just burnt skin but somehow I knocked someone unconscious by burning just there skin, wait plasma isn't radioactive is it oh god what if I did permanent damage note to self don't play with plasma without doing research on it. Well Chika is fine just burns which is a relief because I don't want to have ended a ninja career so early on. Anyways the next test was chakra control which I promptly passed by running on water while having 10 leafs sticking to me with 50 other leafs in the air being held by chakra strings, and that was the last test we'll find out if we passed or not but I think I passed.

I don't think 3-year olds are meant to have those stats I mean most of my possible classmates are 8, and they are from lv 5-7 and most stats from 20-30 with Aoi lv 9 and 26-32 stats and Chika 27-34 stats and lv 9. Speaking of stats I'm thinking for choosing medic-nin for my next perk because before the war in the "real" world I read a fanfiction where the main character was a medic-nin, and they were badass. "Hi aren't you Saku" said a woman I think I recognised from the Uchiha compound "Umm yeah that's me" I replied before using observe on her.

But anyways sorry if I get the stats weird is you compare them so don't think that a lv 10 is 2x stronger than a lv 5 just understand lv 2-3 is your average 10 year old 4-5 is your average adult 7-9 is your average genin 10-25 is chunin 26-50 is jounin and 50+ is your elite jounin, ANBU captains, Kage's, etc but still don't take that too seriously that's just a rough estimate any ways I'll see you next chapter.
