I'm soo sorry for not updating so soon alot has happen since the last time I updated, but don't think I abandoned this story, it's just it's going to be awhile till I up date. Also tell me if it's hard to read the dialogue then I'll change it. I promise it won't hurt my feels, unless you put it in a rude way... then that's a different story, but anyways now on, so on to the story! Also Happy Holidays everyone! Chapter 3: Is there danger or a new bother in the water?
Last time on Digimon Digital Monsters...
"Your right but who's gonna go and tell Joe that?" Matt asks, I sigh,"I'm on it..." I walk over to my cousin and grab him by the collar and drag him away from the phone, back with the group. "Come on you. It's time to go." "Luna! Wait! No! I could have got someone or someone gonna call us or-" "Joe! If we stay here any longer then Shellmon gonna get us and I'm pretty sure you don't want that." " right ya but..." "But, nothing. Look we need to find a place safe to spend the night, and besides if there is phones here, then there must be people here. Ok?" "Ya ok..." "Are you guys ready!" "Ok let's go!" "Digimon!" and we began our adventure, unknown to us what 's going to happen next...
*Luna's Pov.*
As we continued on we our journey. we still haven't found any humans, just digimon with a terrible attitude, but we still haven't lost hope on finding someone out here to help us. Right now we're taking a break on the cliff side, looking out to the sea. "Yo Agumon!" "What up Tai?" "I liked you when your Greymon, no offense but why don't you stay that way?" "I can't." "Hum" "But even superheros need a rest." Then being a clumsy Tai is a times, began to lean forward, off the cliff, but lucky Agumon was close enough to catch Tai from falling off.
We all laugh at this, then we feel this great shakes and then rhino look digimon suddenly comes bursting in on my left side. Matt going and pushes me lightly behind him and I blush a bit. "Who's that digimon?" Izzy asks."That's Monochromon, but don't worry about him, he's a lay back digimon." Tentmon inform us."Umm, are you sure about that?" I asked unsure about it."Roar!""Though it is wise to be cautious with a Monochromon. They do tend to be a bit nett when their hungry." Tentmon admits."Then he must be staving because he looks really mad!" Tai says a bit panicked."And I think he wants to eat us!" Mimi says worriedly"Roar!"
Then we hear foot steps, behind us, coming toward us, we turn around to see another Monochromon! "There's two of them. We're caught between a rock and two sets of teeth." Matt says."RUN!" Tai yells out. We all quickly run behind the a rock, and just in time too, because right then the two Monochromon charged at each other, growling, and tossing pieces of rocks at each other. "Something most have set those Monochromon off." Says Tai."They're fighting over territory." Tentmon inform him. "Well they can have it. then" Palmon says as she and Mimi turn and run away, with the rest of us following behind, and I being as the clumsy me at the most worse time ever trip just after T.k.
"Ouch..." "Luna you ok?" Labramon asked me worrisome. "Yay, I'm fine." Matt notices that I and fallen behind, runs to me, helps me up and tugs me along to catch up with the rest. "Come on Luna. You don't want to be left behind." "R-right." I replied blushing a bit.
We continue to run a bit more, til we were sure in a far off, safe distance, as when we walked again. It was til the sun was beginning to set when I realized that Matt was still holding my hand. I look down and blush a bit, "Umm, Matt?" "Yay?""You can let go of my hand now..." "Huh? Oh ya, sorry right... But just make sure you keep up ok?" I peered up to see Matt blushing a bit. Did I make the self-proclaim cool Matt blush?! "Ok Matt, and thanks for helping me." "No problem, just... come on."
As we continued to walk, everyone began to get tired. "I don't walk this much, unless, I'm at a mall. And as you can see we're no way near one." "Mimi, stop whining." Tai tells her annoyed"No, my feet hurt." "Maybe if you take off your boots and socks maybe you'll feel better Mimi; it's much more practically I think." Acumen tells her."I'm not walk in dirt, with my bare feet!" "I love the feel of dirt beneath my feet, specially in between my toes." Palmon tells Mimi. "Gross!"
"It appears we maybe losing our light source." Izzy says as he and Sora look up at the sky."What a weird sunset." Sora consumed."This whole island is weird! And who knows what will come out at night." Izzy examines. "Hold on, I can detect water near by, stay close as I check it out." Tentmon says as he flies up above the tree tops. "Yes, as I was right, there is a fresh clean water lake, with many yummy fish. It's a perfect camp site." Tentmon tells us as he flies back down. "Maybe, I can finally soak my poor acing feet." Mimi tells Palmon. "Yay! We get to swim! Oof!" "Gomamon, wait! Make sure it's safe!" "That's why I think we should keep walking and stop the whining." Matt says making a good point."Everyone's hungry! We have to find some food." Tai decides."That is a good plan, I like that plan a lot." Joe says.
We then, continued on till we came to the spot Tentmon saw earlier. "It should be safe here to rest for the night.""Yay, I love camping outside!" Soar says excitedly. "If I won't walk in dirt what makes you think, I'll sleep on it." Mimi complains once again."Mimi, do you see a hotel here." Tai asks here,when in the distance, a fairly loudSiss, joint us to see a troll cart, with that we quickly move to investigate it, to see if there was anybody there to help us. "Bummer! It's empty!" Tai examines."Totally empty." Soar says."No trolly car is this clean." Izzy says looking closely at the trolly cart. "Oh goody, these cushions are comfy!" Mimi says pleasantly."Something wrong here. Remember those telephones..." Tai tells us but as I gaze across the reflected sunset lake, my mind began to think about the camping trip I use to go on with my parents before... "Luna!" "Huh?" I look down to see Labramon staring up at me worriedly, "Are you ok? You look like you were about to cry." "Oh, it's nothing Labramon, I'm fine I promise." I tell, but she still looks unsure "Ok well, I'm going with Biyomon and Gabumon to get some fruit, are you sure you're ok?" "Yes I promise, Labramon and that's fine, I'm just gonna go and relax by the lake ok?""Ok..., I'll see you in a bit." I begin to walk away, and head toward to a small bile of rock by the water. Why was I thinking about that, it the past it should stay there! But still... I can't forget them.

"Wow you have such a pretty voice Luna!" "Gah!" I yell out, almost falling into the lake, "T.K! What are you doing here?" "I'm fishing here with Izzy." I look over T.K's head to see in the distance, Izzy with a fishing pole, yelling down at Gumamon. "Oh I see, have you guys catch any fish so far T.K?" "Just four fish so far, but since Izzy got mad at Gumamon for swimming close by, and scaring the fish away." "Oh, I see. Let me see if I can help out." I walk over to way Izzy is, with T.K trailing right behind me.
Come on Luna, you can do this; just go up to him and ask if he needs some help. You can do this, you can do this... Then I feel my shyness cover me like a huge tidal wave. I- I- I can't do this... Tai! Joe! Where are they?! I feel myself tremble all over as I stop in my tracks. T.K must as notice because then I feel a small, warm, comforting hand grab onto mine. I look down to see that I was right; T.K flashed a comforting smile reassuring me that everything was alright, and tugged me along with him.
"Hey Izzy! Look who I found to help us!" Says T.K happily."Oh hello um, Luna, right?" I nod in reply. "It's really generous of you of helping us but we won't be able to get any fishing done if Gumamon here is splashing around, warning the fish." Izzy tells me."Gumamon?" I walk up toward the edge of the lake. "Gumamon, I thought Joe tolled you not to get in the water." "Oh y-ya, I forgot... sorry..." Gumamon replies nevelisly , I giggle a bit at it. "It's fine Gumamon but you better get out before Joe finds out." "Yay, your right, thanks Luna." "It's nothing really." Gumamon gets out slowly and tells Izzy sorry and crawls back to the camp site; I turn back to Izzy and T.K. "Problem solve..." "Wow, thank you Luna! Now back to fishing T.K." "Right!"
We were able to catch a couple of more fish till it was almost completely dark, when we went back to the camp site. "Hey look it!" T.k examines."We caught a lot of fish." Izzy says equally excited."Awesome Izzy! It's eat them!" Tai says. With that we ate our fish dinner, well fruit for the digimon, after a while Patamon, Palmon and Gumamon were asleep, and I noticed T.K was starting to nod off, so I lightly shook him to wake him up. "You tired?" He nods sleepy in reply, so I turn my back, take off my hat and kneel a bit. "Here, climb on."
As I stand up, adjusting T.K in my arms when Izzy said, "Wait a second!" All of us turn our attention to Izzy. "I think we should take turns standing guard." "Alright who wants to go first?" Joe asks."How about each of us stand guard for an hour." Tai adjusted."Not T.K." Matt says. T.K. then reaches over to tug on Matt shirt a bit "Ah come on Matt! Me too!" "No way your to young and you need your rest.""But Matt-" "He's right T.K. and plus your about fall asleep right now and you'll need strength for tomorrow." I tell T.K ."Ah ok..."
"I'm getting cold and I need a warm blanket to sleep." Mimi complained loudly. "Hey Gabumon, you better watch it or Mimi might come and sneak up on you and steal your fur. So if you feel a little tug, it might be her about to cut your tail off." "Stop Tai that not funny!" Then out of anger Matt runs over and pushes Tai away from Gabumon. "Quit it!" "What you bugging about?""Gabumon told you to stop! So knock it off!" "Hey! You can't tell me what to do!"And with that both Tai and Matt grabbed each other by the collars, both giving each other a death glare.
"You guys stop fighting!" Both T.K and I yell out too them; which they realize what their were doing and just like little kindergartens when mad, turn their backs on each other. "You both make good guards. So you goes first?" Joe asks."I will!" "I'm next!" I let out a sigh of relief, thank goodness Joe was able to calm them and solve this peacefully.
"Hey T.K., let's go to troll car to get some sleep ok?" "Yay, ok. Come on Patamon." "You too Labramon." As I walk closer to the toll car T.K. asks me, "What was the name of that song you were singing earlier, it sounded really pretty." "Oh that, well, its name is call legend of the mermaid , my mom use to sing it to me when I was younger." "Why doesn't she sing it to you any more?" "Well, um... It's because she went and moved to live somewhere else; a better place than here.""Oh, that sounds like what happen to my parents; I live with my mom outside of the city, while Matt and my dad live within the city."
"Oh I see... well at lest you get to be with your brother." "Yay, he's the best; one day I want to be just a awesome as he is..." I look over my shoulder to see T.K. dozing off; I smile at this and climb aboard the troll cart. I go and kneel down by one of the seats trying to get him on there without waking him up when, "Here, let me help."Matt whispers to me and gently grabs T.K. off my back and lays him down. "Thanks." "Your welcome." Then he turns and take a sit a little away to keep an eye on T.K, as the others enter, bringing in some big palm tree leaves and lay them in the middle of the trolly cart.
"I can't sleep with all of you here!" Mimi complains about. "Quit complaining. So it's not perfect, just be we have a place to sleep." Soar tells here."That's right Mimi." Izzy says agreeing with Sora. "Well, good night." Joe tells everyone."Goodnight." I replied and as I was about to lay down next to my cousin was when I realized I didn't have my hat. I looked all round me but couldn't find it; but then I remembered, It's back at the camp site, Hello Luna! So I quickly as I can sunk out, and was able to get unnoticed by Tai and Agumon, and quickly crossed the land-made bridge to our camp site.
When I was looking in the bushes I thought I heard foot steps run by here, but when I looked up I didn't anyone, so I just shrugged it off then I found my hat. "Oh there you are." I grab it and get up, putting it back on my head when I hear a Harmonia playing in the distance. It sounds so peaceful and sad. I followed the sound to where I found Matt staring off in the distance.
"Matt?" "Huh? Oh Luna, what you're doing here?" "I could ask you the same thing." I go over and sit right besides him. "I was looking for my hat. You?" "Jrust couldn't see sleep." We stared at the lake for awhile then Matt spoke up. "Thanks""Huh? What for?" "For looking out for T.K when I couldn't." Matt sighs tiredly."How do you do it?" "Do what?" "To get T.K to listen to you, get along with him easily, everything!" "Oh that well, really I don't really know. I guess because I usually babysit Kari, Tai's little sister, both of them are the same age so I guess he reminds me of her."
"Aggg! I'm such a terrible brother ever! T.K. must think the same too." Matt mummers underneath his hands. I place a hand on his shoulder."That's not true Matt, in fact he thinks your the greatest person ever." Matt slowly lifts up his head up and looks at me amazed "Really?" I nod and smile at him. "Yup, look Matt, nobody is perfect. Like take my cousin for example, even though we're not siblings but since I grew up with him and saw him more as my brother than as my cousin; and you know every well that Joe isn't exactly the greatest person ever, but he was always there for me when I was sad, and scared and always tried to cheer me up. And for that I'll always know that he'll be there for me when I'm scared, even though he isn't the bravest person ever but I can still count on him. And I think that's what T.K. sees in you Matt." "Woah..." "Well, I'm going to sleep now. Goodnight." I get up and begin to walk away. "Hey Luna!" I stop and look back. "Yay?" "Thank you, for everything your pretty cool person." Matt tells me with a smirk. I blush when I hear this and quickly turn away and walk back to the trolly cart. Thumb-thumb. Oh why does he and Tai make my heart about to burst?! I thought to myself.
I was on the land-made bridge, half way to the trolly cart when the ground began to shake,"What's going on?!" so I quickly ran to the island when this big serpent comes out of the water! "Luna!" I look over to see everyone get out of the trolly cart, and Labramon running over to me. "Labramon who is that?" "That's Seadramon!" "We're gonna get eaten for sure!" Mimi cries out. "GRAHHH!" "Hold on tight we're going on a ride." Agumon tells us."It's like we're on a monster long board." Tai replies.
"He's pulling us along with his tail, I don't think he realizes that we are here."Izzy informed us. "Perhaps not, he's a bit tense; as long as he doesn't see us then we're safe." Trenton cautiously. "Don't be too sure."Agumon says. "You guys jinxed us, now he knows we are here."Tentmon yells at Tai and Agumon. "What? I didn't do anything." Acumen and Tai says at the same time. It turns out that red leaf thing was actually Seadramon's tail! Yup we're died meat.
"I guess he does know we're here!" Izzy says a bit panicking. Once he's tail was free the island stop moving, and that was when I notice we're! suck in the middle of the lake! And with Seadramon in the water, there no way of getting out. "Look out! He's coming back, and he is not happy!" Tai tells us was we felt a thump beneath us, sending us to telephone poles!"Uggg. You don't think there is any way we can trick him into pushing us back to shore do you?" Izzy asks dizzy. "Get ready he is attacking!" "Come on guys, let's send him back to the fishes." Acumen tells the other digimon.
"Spiral twister! Ha!" "Boom Bubble! Pop!" "Poison Ivy!" "Super Shocker!" "Retri Bark!" "Piper Breath!" Our digimon yell out as they attack Seadramon, but none of their attack seem to have any affect on him."Agumon, digivole!" "I've been trying but I can't seem to do it this time Tai." "You have to!" "Maybe my body hasn't recovered from the last fight." "But if you can't help us, then how are we gonna stop Seadramon?!" "T.K! T.K over here!" Huh? Is that Matt, I thought as I followed T.K and Gumamon to the other side of island, to see Matt and Gabumon swimming toward us!
"Matt be careful!" I call out. "There is a monster in the- Wow, uff" There was a great force that shake the island so much at both T.K and I fell in to the water. I hold on to my hat and tried my best to swim up;then I felt someone put their head underneath my arm and help me up to the surface. "Cough-cough" "Are you ok?" Then I felt someone put their arm around me, holding me up; I open my eyes to meet blue worried eyes staring back at me."Um... y-yay, thanks..." I quickly move out of his grasp, letting my wet hair cover my blushing face. "Get out fast! It's Seadramon, he's back!" "Gumamon go!""Right." Then Gumamon, with T.K. now his back, swims back to the island. "Luna, make sure T.K doesn't follow me in the water." "Right." As I swim back, I hear Matt taunting Seadramon, bringing him away from the rest of us. Oh god, please be safe Matt.
"Luna! Are you ok?!" Joe asks me as he helps me out of the water, "Yay, just wet." "Oh good, I was worry about how I was to explain this to mom." I sweat drop,good to know you care... "Blue Blaster!" I look over to see Gabumon attack Seadramon, but was knocked away then, grabbed Matt and drag him underwater! I see T.K begin to move toward the water, so me Patamon, and Gumamon grab on to T.K, "No T.K! It's too dangerous to go in!" "But it is all my fault! Matt was only trying to save me, I'll never forgive myself." "T.K..."
"Oh no." I look up and see Matt wrapped around in the tail, being strangled. Matt! I thought as I watched horrified." Oh no, that's not good; Seadramon may be a bubble brain but once he finds his prey he never lets go." Tentmon tells us, really Tentmon really?! I thought as I sweat drop. "Gabumon!" I hear Matt call out, then a bright light surrounded Gabumon. Is he... digivoling?! "Gabumon digivole to Garurumon!" And there stood a giant wolf with white and navy blue stripes and quickly ran knock Matt out of Seadramon's tail and attack Seadramon.
As Matt swims to shore safely. "Matt are you ok?" T.k asks him worriedly. "Yay, but where's Gabumon?" Matt asks us when a roar erupted into the air. "Gura!" We all turn and watch Garurumon beat Seadramon up, then transform back to Gabumon. "Gabumon, you did it! You digivole to help save me." Matt praises him. "Thank you Gabumon for saving my brother!" T.k thanks him."Any time little friend." "Matt you were so awesome against that monster!" "You think so?" Matt asks a bit flushed. "Yay, and your the man!" Albumin tells Matt "And your the wolfman!" We all laugh at the joke between those two. "Hahaha , very funny, but exactly how are we gonna get back?" Joe question us. "Just watch!" Gumamon says then jumps into the water and calls out for his fish friends, and they move the island back to the shore line.
Once we got the the shore, we found a nice shady spot to sleep at, and just as I was about lay down. "Hey Luna!" I hear Matt call out to me. "Huh?" I turn to face him. "Thanks for everything." "No problem Matt..." I tell him as lay down with Labramon by my side, and fall into deep sleep, with the sound of the harmonica luning me to sleep. I'm glad everything turned out well in the end, I just hope tomorrow isn't going to be this crazy...
