The hall was silent to the point you can hear the hearthbeats of the people, or Devil, inside. It was a second ago as the main mastermind behind the assault revealed himself. The Devils wanted to say something, but his crew demonstrated what happens to the ones that say something without their permission. The Soldier of Infinity, a.k.a. Ryota, was calmly walking toward the guessts with his Reaper Shotguns ready to fire any moment.
"What's the matter people? This is supposed to be a wedding, a time where you can be happy. And look at you now. Powerless. Can die any second. If it weren't so pathetic, I would have been lauhting." said Ryota as he was now standing at the center of the hall. "You all act so powerfull and full of them self, even going so far to start claiming some places on Earth as yours. That alone is a reason to kill you all." he pointed his Shotguns at Sirzech, who started to slightly have a bad feeling. The man in front of him was somehow familiar to him. "You have something that belongs to me." Ryota was now standing in front of Sirzech as he pointed his guns at him and outstretched his hand. "My gauntled, now."
"Look, there must be misunderstanding. I don't know about any gauntled or who you are. So please, if you could retreat your "army" and we could all forget about this incident." Sirzech tried to play diplomatic as he knew that when he got his powers back he could defeat them. What he didn't know that when will the poison lose it's effect. The answere:
When the Soldier of Infinity says so.
There was a minute of silence as the Soldier still had him at gun-point while the Ravagers looked like they were holding they breath. It was the next moment revealed why.
All of them burst out in a fit of laughter. Even the Soldier was laughting. It lasted almost a entire minute as they calmed down and Ryota took a deep breath and glared at him. Well, since a helmet prevented the Devil King from actually seeing his face, he asumed that he did. And the gun pointed at his head was also a dead giveaway.
"Now tell me, why? Why the hell should we surrender? From my point of view, we can turn the Underworld into a wasteland with no sign of life. And if you don't belive me, then just try to make a move. I dare you. One move and I will make sure that every Devil dies." seein that he didn't make any move or said anything, Ryota continued. "Good. Now this is how we are going to do it. You will give me the gauntled, you will make sure every damn Devil leaves Earh and doesn't ever even think about going there any time soon."
"You don't understand. Let's say that I know about the gauntled that you want and decide to give it to you ..."
"You know about it and WILL give it." interrupted Ryota.
"... I can't just forbbid them of entering the Earth." once he finished, Sirzech noticed that the Soldier pointed at the dead bodies the Ravagers killed.
"You sure? Because I'm damn sure I just fixed that problem."
"You do realise that the moment your poison, you will be in big trouble." threatend Sirzech as the Soldier was still calmyl standing his ground.
"You do realise that I can shoot you this very moment." countered the Soldier as they both glared at each other.
The Soldier was hosted one of his guns while keeping the other aimed at Sirzech, and answered a call by pressing his finger on the side of his helm.
[We just recived the answere from one of the scoouting groups. They say that they found one of the Stones, or more specific a Fragment, together with a very interesting contract that you will find usefull.] answered Lala as only Ryota could hear her.
"Good, send them here." answered Ryota as he ended his call and noticed a slight movement on his left side. He wasted no time in taking out his hosted gun and shoot a warning shoot in front of the person, who revealed to be a blonde girl who was trying to sneak to the guy Ryota killed.
"If you didn't hear me the first time, any kind of power is negated by the poison. So even if you managed to get to him, we would have noticed and killed you." he then too a deep breath and relased a heavy sigh "Look, you people apparently don't know in what kind of situation you are in. Not only can we kill your entire fucking race in just a few minutes with no effort. So this is the last warning I ever give you." sadi Ryota as he heard a car stoping outside. After a minute as a another group of Ravagers entered the hall and made they way toward Ryota and Yondu, who joined Ryota to her their news.
"Report." said Ryota as two soldiers gave them a piece of paper that looked like a contract and a small box with some runes on it.
"When we were searching for a Stone we came across this contract laying next where we found this box. We thought that the concept of it will greatly interest you. And the box, we can only say that you can at least cross one of them from your list." said whap appeared to be the leader of the squad as Ryota and Yondu inspcted the box and contract. Ryota was examinating the box while Yondu read the contract, the more he read the more his smile grew.
"Looks like we have a new lead for the Stones, Soldier." said Yondu as he passed the piece of paper to Ryota who quickly read what was writen on it. When he was over the crumbled the contract in his hand. Yondu and the Ravagers knew that it will take a lot to make him angry, but when he gets angry. Lets just say that the Grand Master never got to meet his new contestants for his Contest.
"Where?" asked Ryota in a quiet tone.
"Where what sir?" the squad leader asked while backing away slightly.
"Where did you find those two?" asked Ryota with more anger in his voice.
"We found it in a office in the mansion of his family. It was hiden in a safe. Talk about cliche." answered the leader as he backed away from Ryota who now held both the box and contract in his hand. He turned towards Yondu.
"Prepare for Phase 2." with those simple word Yondu walked away a few feets back and took out a high-tech looking device. The Devils were confused what the device could do, but the Ravagers and Ryota knew what it is. It was something similar to a video-camer that would give every being in the Underworld a clear picture what Ryota was about to do.
"Time to get this show on the road everybody." said Ryota as the raised the contract first. "What we have here is a contract made by the Leaders of the Devils, Angels and Fallen Angels. It was made in secret that only the Leaders know about it. And juging by your expressions, you really didn't know. And the contest of it even more shocking. It says that each Faction will get two of the Stones that you found. And one of the Stone..." he then raised the box "... is here. Sealed. Why? Because you soo called "Strongest Devils" can't control the power of them. Man, talk about pathetic. But what is more pathetic is that you gave those unknown Stones to the other two Factions who maybe have the power to control it. Is that the way some leaders should act? Practicly selling your people for power. Now time for me to make a confesion. Everyone of you was taken hostage by a simple human" not only did Ryota lower the picture of their leaders by a large margine, but he know stomped on their pride by revealing him being a lowly human.
A lowly human who fought against many beings that can not be described with words and became one of the most wanted space mercenary who has on his side three might space forces, with one alone who can make plantes fall on their knees.
Talk about irony.
Every one in the room was shocked about that, but not more that the Four Great Satans. They weren't sure what would the people think about them and their way of leading people. But the Soldier wasn't finished.
"You don't have to worry about the other Factions. They don't have the power to control the stones. Only I do. And I'm about to show that to you."
Without warning, he threw the box in the air, aimed his gun at it and shoot a blast. While the ones who sealed the Stones (FYI one of the older Devils like Bael, Belial, Agares, etc.) thought that nothing ON Earth could destroy it, they never thought about the forces BEYOND Earth. That was the reason why his guns managed to break it and reveal a small yellow stone that bassicly radiated power. To the Devils they had the though that it had the power to rival even God's. They were very, very, very wrong.
The Mind Stone (or more specific Mind Fragment) dropped in Ryota's hand and he placed it on a small opening on his right hand's backside, where it was apsorbed in the armor.
[One down, five more to go. The Mind Stone is fully syncrognized with the armor. You can use it with no drawback.] said Lala as Ryota's armor gained yellow lines, which quickly dissapeared indicating that he can use the Stones power. He then turned toward Sirzech.
""I don't know anything about the gauntled." you say? Well this Stone was in the gauntled. So you lied to me." he wasted no time in lifting the Devil Leader by his throath and slowly choke him. Some Devils tryed to help him, but they were killed the next moment.
"Time to find out what else your hiding from me." this was the first time he used one of the Stones in a long time. He forgot how it feel how it feeled. It was a good feeling. When he finished, he activated a device that made a portal in which the Ravagers slowly megan to go through, of course not after plundering the entire building.
Before the Soldier could leave he turner around facing the Devils with a smug look. Well, he certanly had a smug aura around him.
"FYI I canceled the poison around the time I got the Stone. So you were afraid of me, a puny human, to the pont you couldn't attack me." before he walked through the portal he did the only thing a boy his age did it. He flipped the Devil's with both of his hands. "To-da-lo muthafucaaaaaaaaaars" and dissapeared from their vision, Mr. Chow style.
(A small forest in Italy, near the Vatica)
We can see Ryota, still in his armor except his helmet, leaning on a tree as he held a weird scepter in his hand. He was currently waiting from one of his partners. Honestly, this one was his favorite of all the ones he had to work with.
He heard the sound of footsteps as he wasted no time to aim his Shotguns at the person who revealed to be a old man.
"Cut the act and return back." said Ryota as the old man got surrounded by a bright light. At his place stood a young man with slickt back black hair wearing a green armor.
"Must you allways be this serious?" said Loki, the REAL Norse God of Miscief, one of the many persons Ryota worked with.
"As long as we have a job, then yes." he threw the scepter towards Loki who caught it and examinated it. "Lala modified it. It works like previously, just it it is missing the Stone."
"I must admit i'm impresed by her work. To be able to recreate this without a Infinity Stone." said Loki as he was preparing to leave, but stoped and threw a small box towards Ryota. "There. Like I promised. Don't you dare not ask her. I prepared everything for it. It would be a waste that you cancel it."
Ryota looked inside the box and smiled. "Thanks Loki. I make sure to call you when I ask her."
"Just remember that I will be acting as a pries in the Vatican. Which remind me, I left the Crown of Surtur at your home. Ciao." and with that he left, not giving Ryota a chance to protest.
(Paris, France)
We can see both Ryota and Lala were walking towards their hotel, in which they booked a entire week to have their own private time. Lala made two robot dopplegangers to replace them. It was Ryota's idea to make it as he was planing of asking her a very immportant question.
"When you said that we are going Paris for a week I was very suprised, but it proved to be very nice." said Lala as she linked their hand's together, something that Ryota enjoyed very much.
"You talked about a trip to Paris a lot of time and I just couldn't ignore the wish of my princess." said Ryota as he hug her closer to him, something that she enjoyed. Even through he was not that much bigger that her. (she is 165 cm, while he is 170 cm)
They were crossing a bridge that was illuminated by the full moon. They stoped to look at the water bellow them. Ryota turned towards Lala to ask her the question, but just a look on her, illuminated by the moonlight, made him stop in his tracks. So gathering all of his courage and opened his mouth to askd her but like the Universe wanted he was interupted by some yelling ... and moaning.
"Hey! Let me go!"
"Not before you let go!"
Making sure that nobody was around, Ryota and Lala made they way bellow the bridge and came acroos a strange sight.
Two pink haired girl, one with short hair and one styled in pigtails, were comicly fighting on the ground. The fight was mostly about each one pulling the others tail. It didn't take much for the four of them making eye-conntact. Lala had a furious expression. Nana Astar Deviluke had a embarassed expresion with her face a little red. Momo Belia Deviluke had a suprised expresion with a strange twinkle in her eyes. Ryota had a suprised expression seeing those two here. The silence lasted a few second as Lala screamed with full rage.
"WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU TWO DOING HERE!?"
(Ryota's and Lala's hotel room)
After taking the two to their hotel room, they explained that they came to visit them but found out they weren't in Kuoh. But apparently their housekeeper told them were they went. That would be enough reasons to make Ryota fire her, if he had the guts to do that. He fought and argued with beings that could destroy entire armies and worlds, but she scares the living hell out of him.
Lala let out a sigh as she rubbed her forehead. "And you two decided to go here, not thinking that we wan't some private time?"
"Yup." answered both Momo and Nana at the same time as they looked around the room.
Nana was lazing around the living room looking through the TV channels while Momo was looking around their room.
"We can't do anything now. I go and book them a room for the week." Ryota was about to leave the room as the two guessts littelary jumped at him and pinned him to the ground.
"You can't! How should I then enjoy this room's properties?!" yelled/asked Nana.
"We came all the way here to visit you! You can't just throw me out!" yelled Momo as Lala noticed that she just mentioed Ryota. He was about to showe them from him, he noticed their teary eyes and sad look in their eyes. Those looks alone were enough for him to let it go.
"Fine. You can stay. But you have to behave, all right?" asked Ryota as they both nodded their head's while Lala had a mortified face.
A few minutes passed as they all prepared to go to bed. Momo and Nana would sleep in the guesst room while Lala and Ryota ...
"What do you mean I have to sleep on the couche?" asked Ryota as he held a blanked and pillow in his hands while Lala had her arms crossed.
"You decided to let them stay here. Now this is your punishment."
Ryota relased a sigh as he knew that he couldn't win a argument with her. "Fine. How long?"
Lala only smiled and winked. "Till I say so." and slamed the doors of the room leaving a defeated Ryota to go and sleep on the coutch.
Later the same night, we can see someone making their way towards Ryota, who was sleeping and trying to make himself confrontable. Seeing him like that, Lala started to feel pity for him as she knew that he just could't say no to any of the three sisters. So she threw him over her shoulder and carried him to their room, unware of a pair of eyes looking at them.
Next chapter up. Hope you enjoyed it like I did writing it. We saw Ryota gaining the Mind Stone from the Devils and seending Loki to the Vatican to steal something from them. Before you ask it's not a Stone, it's a someone. I leave the guessing for you, but I can only say that it isn't human. We also saw some more bonding bettwean Ryota and Lala. So next chapter, Ryota will start his plan involving the Fallen. Also, for those who are curious, I will mostly focus on the MCU and maybe, but only maybe add some other Marvel characters. Also like all Marvel series, you can except Stan Lee to make a appearance and he will have a pretty interesting role in this story. So comment because I like to hear your thouhts, but if you want to just flame leave.
