Oh My God. Im so sorry i never updated this story. Totally forgot about it because of exams and all but now that i'm free i'll be continuing this story throughly.
Naruto Appeared Behind the Third Hokage
The Third Hokage looked around him, 'They got me surrounded'
"What's wrong?" Asked Orochimaru as a giant snake appeared
The third Hokage jumped away before as the snake tried to strike him however he heard a silent kunai thrown near his back
FLASH
Naruto kicked his back before throwing another Kunai and appeared again in front of The Third Hokage before punching him. Hiruzen was thrown back but just as he was about to stand. BOOM!
"Do you like my art?" Asked Deidara as he Threw his bombs towards Hiruzen
'In this rate, the could kill me' Thought Hiruzen before a snake appeared behind him, He jumped away and used fire ball jutsu to kill the snake
"Naruto Listen to me! This is not who you a-" Hiruzen was cut off
"Don't listen to him Naruto!" Said Deidara
Naruto stood still for a few second...
"Come back to Konoha Naruto" Said Hiruzen
Orochimaru quickly attacked Hiruzen. Hiruzen dodged it quickly however,
"Rasengann!" Shouted Naruto
Hiruzen quickly dashed away dodging the wind style but suddenly Naruto turned into smoke. Orcohimaru strike him with snakes coming out from his Wrist. Hiruzen countered Orochimaru, he quickly jumped back and used Fire release phoenix sage technique. Orochimaru was hit by the fire. Hiruzen landed only to be bombed again by Deidara. Hiruzen can't see a thing as the smoke covered his vision but he did saw a flashing light going straight to him. He dashed out of the smoke dodging another rasengan. He thought he was safe before seeing a Yellow flash above him
"Giant Nine Tails Rasengan!" Shouted Two Naruto as they were holding a giant Rasengan covered with red Aura
"Agh!" Hiruzen spitted blood as his bones break
Naruto's Giant Rasengan was filled with Kurama's chakra. It was So strong that It didn't only hit Hiruzen it also destroyed the Roof below him and went through floors. Hiruzen went through all the floors, straight to the Ground. Unable too move with his spine broken.
"Ogh... Why Naruto... Why did you... Join... Them?" Asked Hiruzen
"None of your business" Replied Naruto
"You had so much... potential" Said Hiruzen
Seeing Naruto was being influenced by Hiruzen. Orochimaru and Deidara jumped down.
"Naruto you can leave" Said Orochimaru
Naruto nodded before disappearing in a yellow flash
"We are going to have some talk" Smirked Orochimaru
Naruto appeared on the roof. A few ANBU tried to attack him but they were no match for Naruto's Speed as he Cut their Throats. He jumped down to the field where Neji and Sasuke was Knocked Out
"I'll be Taking those eyes of yours, Thank you very much" Naruto smirked as he pulled out his Kunai
He then looked at the Uchiha, "And some of your Blood"
Orochimaru and Deidara appeared on the roof where the dead Anbu bodies were. They are carrying something... Horrifying
"You all see this?" Shouted Orochimaru as he shows every ANBU and people.
It was Hiruzen's head. People Began screaming. Orochimaru threw Hiruzen's Head. Naruto appeared next to him
"Time to go?" Asked Deidara
"Yes" Hissed Orochimaru
Naruto, Deidara and Orochimaru escaped Konoha Using Deidara's Creature. Leaving Konoha, devastated
( Hideout hours later )
"News already spread, Good job. Where did you drop Orochimaru?" Asked Konan
"In the Forest" Replied Deidara as he walks pass her
"Good job Naruto, Really impressive" Said Konan
"Thanks but can you do me a favor?" Asked Naruto
"What's that?" Konan raised her eyebrow
"Implant these to me" Naruto showed the Byakugan he was carrying
Konan's face look shocked but she nodded, "Come"
( Konoha )
"It was really him... How did he became so strong? He punched the Third Hokage through all those floors" Said Iruka to Kakashi
Kakashi Sighed, "It was surprising to me as well"
'sensei, why did this happen?' Thought Kakashi
"And have you heard what happened?" Asked Iruka
Kakashi looked at him, "Sadly, i have. Sasuke and Neji lost an eye. He took Sasuke's left eye and Neji's right eye"
A ceremony was Declared Later that Day. The Dead of the Third Hokage has been announced.
( days has passed after the events )
( Akatsuki Hideout)
"It works?" Asked Deidara
"Of course it does" Said Kisame while face palming
"I wasn't talking to you!" Replied Deidara harshly
"Hmph, i'm already liking these eyes. Afterall, Its a trophy too" Naruto smirked with his Byakugan and Three tomoe Sharingan... Activated
Itachi was shocked When he saw Naruto's eye. After all it was his brother's.
"I hope you take good care of those eyes you got Naruto" Said Itachi
"Sure" Replied Naruto as he sat down and put Sasuke's blood into a tube that connects to his vein
"I hope you will train him to use those eyes Itachi..." Said Pain
"I will" Replied Itachi
( Konoha )
The citizen of Konoha were shocked after the events. Especially about The dead of The Third Hokage.
"How did he became so strong?" Asked Sakura with some tear
"I'm not Sure. But one thing for sure he stole Neji and Sasuke's Eye" Said Kakashi
"He's going to implant it on himself..." Sakura looked down
Kakashi put his hand on her shoulder, "We'll take them down"
"Hey Kakashi" Guy suddenly appeared
Kakashi looked at him with a questioning look
"We need to talk with the others. He was your student you know" Said Guy
"Alright, Sakura go check up on Sasuke" Kakashi left her side and went with Guy
"We must take full precaution..." Said a Man, "The nine tails is siding with the Akatsuki... I need to find Naruto. I... We need to change his mind"
"We don't even have a Hokage yet. Unless you want to be Hokage Jiraiya" Said Iruka
"I'll find the Perfect person. For now we need to train every shinobi in the Village to their best especially Sasuke and Neji even though they lost an eye. By now Naruto must have implanted they're eyes to him" Said Jiraiya in a saddened tone
"I will train Sasuke and Neji then" Said Kakashi
Jiraiya agreed, "Alright i have to go find the new Hokage now" He jumped out of the window and to the roofs
"Who do you think it would be?" Asked Guy
"Not sure myself" Replied Kakashi
( Months passed )
"I'm surprised Naruto can use the Sharingan just like you Itachi. He doesn't use much chakra when using it or even feel tired. Its like he's an Uchiha himself" Said Sasori
"The Nine tails must've done something with Naruto. Probably Merging him with The Sharingan" Said Itachi
"That and his snakes. He could even surpass you" Said Sasori
Itachi just starred
( Almost every village are now tightly Guarded despite the fact that there has been no known Akatsuki attacks in the past few Years)
( Somewhere in a forest )
"I hope they haven't forgot about us" Said a man in an akatsuki robe wearing a Red and Black Fox mask that have three tomoe on its forehead
"With them guarding the Village tightly. I'm sure they all remember us" Replied Itachi
"Want to pay a visit?" Asked Kisame
"We have to Make sure first" Suddenly tiny snakes came out of his wrist
Itachi looked at the Snakes, "Spying huh?"
"Yup" Replied the Man as he removed his mask showing his Active eyes. Mangekyou Sharingan and Byakugan
"I'm getting bored" Replied Kisame
"I'm just making sure. Don't want to waste time you know" Said Naruto
A few minutes later the snake was back and went into Naruto's Wrist again
"Good, Yugito the two tails is going for a mission. She'll be out in a few minutes" Naruto Grinned
And he was right a few minutes later they saw Yugito running through the woods. Naruto put his mask on
"Chase her" Said Itachi
Naruto and Kisame nodded before chasing secretly
Yugito knew something was not right as her senses can feel others present near her. She stopped Running.
"Show yourselves!" Shouted Yugito
"As you wish my lady" Replied Naruto as He jumped down
She looked around and realized she was out numbered 3 to 1
"Akatsuki huh?" Yugito thew a smoke bomb but suddenly Naruto kicked her
"Hgh, How did you see me?" Asked Yugito
Naruto opened his mask showing his byakugan
"No wonder" Yugito quickly dodged The Kunai thrown by Itachi and hid behind a tree
"Amaterasu!" Said Naruto
"AGHHHH! Yugito screamed as her back was burned by the black flame
Kisame jumped and stomped her back
'I forgot. With his byakugan, he can see where i am' Said Yugito in her mind
"Want to give up? Asked Kisame
Yugito quickly kicked Kisame however Kisame jumped away, "If its a fight you want. Then you'll get a good one!" Yugito Transforms into the Two tails
"Hahahah" Naruto Laughed
The Two tails Jumped to them But she hit none. The Two tails then Shoots out fireballs at them
Kisame quickly used his water release to make five sharks that blocks all of the Fire
Itachi made a large Round amaterasu to Stop the Two tails from escaping
They all then jumped down again
Kisame smirk, "This should be fun"
The Two tails quickly tried to claw Naruto however Naruto jumped away
"That's all you got!?" Taunted Naruto before he made clones to confuse the two tails
Kisame dashed to the two tails and hit its back before Itachi threw a smoke bomb. The two tails is trying to figure out where they are. Before it knew anything Naruto with hundreds of clones strike the two tails with massive punch and kicks. Enraged the two tails made a spin while shooting fireballs. Making a spiral fire balls that went through every turn. Then the two tails jumped away finding no one in sight.
FLASH! Naruto appeared behid the two tails seemingly doing nothing but bothering it. The two tails turned to attack Naruto but he already disappeared in another yellow flash. FLASH! FLASH! FLASH! FLASH! FLASH! FLASH! FLASH! FLASH! Every time The two tails tried to attack Naruto disappeared however this time he was nowhere to be found
"HEY!" Shouted Naruto
The two tails turned its back to Naruto.
"Amaterasu!" Said Itachi burning The two tails back which is implanted with hundreds of Bombs that Naruto put.
KABOOOM! a large explosion erupted. With the Forest burned and the Two tails stunned Kisame quickly used water release: 1000 feeding sharks that attacks the two tails while Naruto and Itachi is planning the next move. Itachi jumped down to the ground after the attacks of the 1000 sharks is over. The two tails who is now enraged and heavily damaged jumped at Itachi but when it hits him he explodes. Turn out it was an illusion. The two tails saw another Itachi on a tree and quickly used fireballs at him however he already disappeared. It then tries to attack kisame and Naruto but also missed. This goes on for quite a while before The two tails is tired. And when it is tired... Itachi jumped down
"You didn't realize did you?" Asked Itachi before getting blown up by a fireball jutsu
"Still trying?" Asked Itachi
The two tails shot made a spin and shoots out Many fire balls around it
"Not giving up yet two tails?" Asked Itachi from behind the two tails who is now extremely weak and tired
It transforms back into Yugito before collapsing
"What is going on?" Asked Yugito
Naruto and Kisame jumped down next to Itachi
"Its called, Illusion" Said Naruto
Yugito tried to stand up before getting stomped by many Narutos
The Fight ended... With Yugito laying on the ground
"That was easy. Only took us 10 minutes" Said Kisame
"Yes but there will be Guards soon" Said Itachi
"How about you guys go grab her and Get the Two Tails. I'll hunt these Ninjas down" Said Naruto
"Go have fun. Don't forget to make a message" Replied Kisame as he grabbed Yugito and ran with Itachi
Naruto looked around him. Found himself Surrounded by Kumo ninjas. He threw two kunai to left and right and quickly teleport appearing right behind a ninja before stabbing his back. Naruto quickly teleports again to another person's back and stab it before throwing many other Kunai. It only took seconds for Naruto to kill 15 ninjas
"That was easy. Huh?" Naruto looked at one ninja who was still alive crawling for his live. Naruto walks to him.
"Give the Raikage a message will you? hahah" Naruto pulled out a kunai and shred open the kumo ninja's Armor before carving his back with a message. Saying:
"Dear, Raikage. How sad is it that you lost a jinchuuriki huh? Oh i remembered you still have another one don't you? Just want to make you remember that the Akatsuki still operates. Oh and tell everyone. Naruto was here"
Naruto left the man in tears after he carved the message. He disappeared... in a yellow Flash
