"Hey Luce we should probably head back before Happy comes here huh?" Natsu asked while looking down at Lucy while she was snuggled into him with her head on his lap.

"Hmm I guess so but you're so warm and cozy right now I don't want to move." Lucy groaned while turning her head to look up at him.

"Luce, you do realize that it's in the middle of summer and it's like 70 degrees out right? It doesn't affect me but I know for a fact that it affects you, weirdo." he said letting out a sigh.

"I know but your heat feels different. It feels comforting and soothing."

"Fine if you want I'll carry you if you want, because we really should be going the others." Natsu groaned as he started to move

"OK that sounds nice but you have to carry me on your back." she said eagerly with a bright smile on her face.

"OK jump on my back" said a happy Natsu as he was crouching down so she could get on. "Oof you do realize that you didn't need to jump right?" Natsu said as Lucy got comfortable laying her head on his right shoulder with her arms wrapped around his chest.

"I know I just felt like jumping on you."

"You know happy is wrong saying you're too heavy for him to carry you know?" Natsu asked as he started carrying her to where the others were.

"What do you mean Natsu?"

"I mean he shouldn't have a problem carrying you considering you way about 30 pounds less then me."

"How do you know that? I've never told anyone my wight." Lucy asked slightly bewildered by what he just said.

"I know what my weight is so I used to carry things that were at least that heavy on my back and you seem to be at least 3o pounds lighter than that."

"Oh OK now I don't have to hit you." Lucy said slowly drifting off to sleep by the comfort of her boyfriend's warmth.

"I wonder what's taking Lucy so long to talk to that pyromaniac?" Grey asked out loud to no one in particular.

"Hmm. Maybe he wasn't at the end of the trail like you told her?" Mira questioned to Grey.

"I doubt it he said he'd be there all day today." Grey told Mira before sensing someone come to his ice wall.

"Hey Ice prick do you wanna take down this wall." asked Natsu with slight irritation in his voice which Grey noticed along with his voice being slightly quieter than normal.

"Why don't you melt it with your fire Flame brain?" Grey asked with irritation in his voice.

"I don't wanna accidentally burn Luce dumb ass."

"Lucy can you move outta the way so he can melt the ice wall?" Grey asked Lucy which granted him no response other than Lucy sleepily saying Natsu's name.

"She can't move if she's sleeping on my back now can she Ice Stripper?"

"Fine hold on." with slight irritation Grey broke apart the ice wall showing a sleeping Lucy with her head against Natsu's shoulder with her arms around his chest with said person having a smile on his face. "So I take it you two are dating now, right?"

"Of course but no one here say anything about us, me and Luce will tomorrow OK?" Natsu said mainly looking at Mira.

"OK I won't" Mira said slightly downtrodden. "So I guess it's time to get back huh?"

"Of course but Grey can you help me with something?" Natsu asked Grey who just nodded "happy you can go back to the guild with Mira OK? I'll be there in a bit."

"Aye sir!" Exclaimed an extremely happy flying cat now that his friend was happy again.

After splitting up with Happy and Mira Grey and Natsu left towards Lucy's apartment with Lucy still sleeping on Natsu's back. "So why do you want me coming with ya to your girlfriends house?" asked Grey in a slightly irritated voice.

"Because I need someone to unlock her door for me and I can't necessarily jump through her window carrying her can I?" Natsu asked while Grey looked at Natsu shocked that he was actually being considerate for once.

"Wow you're actually being considerate for once but can't you unlock it while carrying her also?"

"Uh no I can't if you saw where my hands were to keep her from slipping off you would've realized that by now."

"OK fine but wanna talk about something while we walk?"

"Sure. When are you going to go out with Juvia hmm?" Natsu asked as Grey looked down before glaring at him.

"OK listen Natsu I do Like her but I'm not ready to go out with her yet." Grey was glaring into his friends eye's while Natsu just had his smile plastered on his face. "You know what? I'll ask her out once she stops stalking me OK?"

"Fine it's up to you Ice stripper." After that they walked in silence with Grey thinking about his blue haired stalker only to be broken by Lucy randomly sleepily say Natsu's name and then bury her head into his shoulder.

"looks like we're he Care to unlock the door?' Natsu asked as his friend went to open the door to Lucy's apartment all three went in through her living room to her small bedroom. Grey sat on the chair on the opposite side of the room as Natsu gently took Lucy off his back and put her on her bed under the covers. Looks like everything here is OK just put the key on her desk and we can leave.

"We're here everyone!" Natsu yelled with a smile on his face as Erza started walking towards Grey and Natsu pulling out one of her swords.

"Where is Lucy ?" Erza questioned Natsu with a sword at his neck

"She's at her apartment sleeping." Natsu said starting to get scared by the scarlet haired mage.

"Grey is Natsu telling the truth?"

"Yeah I had to go with him to unlock the door cuz he couldn't exactly jump through her window carrying her." Grey said in a monotone voice as Erza put her sword away.

As their conversation ended Natsu headed for the bar where Mira and Happy were with Happy eating a fish. "Hey guys. Neither of you have said anything right?"

"Nope not at all." The bar maid said in a cheery voice. "But it seems that the guild is back to it's normal self since you're here again." As soon as she finished an all out brawl had started in the guild because a table had been thrown at Grey. The Brawl had ended after 20 minutes suddenly as Erza stopped it by summoning her swords at everyone's necks even the ones who got knocked out

"You people should be in a more calm mood just because Natsu is back to normal doesn't mean you can wreck the guild hall!" she yelled while glaring at the guild with Mira just smiling. "What would we do if a client came in with us fighting each other?"

"But we haven't had a client come here in 4 years since I accidentally threw a chair at them." Natsu said looking down.

"Yes we all know. Now everyone clean up!" The scarlet hair mage yelled before everyone started cleaning as fast as they could.

"Hey Erza have you seen Lu since me and her left the guild a few hours ago?" The short bluenette asked walking up to Erza after just coming back to the guild walking over broken chairs.

"Oh no I haven't but Natsu said she's at home sleeping. Honestly I'm not surprised since she hadn't sleep since 7am yesterday."

"OK that's fine I'll just talk to her tomorrow when she comes in then." The script mage stated before walking away towards the bar where Natsu was talking to Mira and Happy.

"Ugh what time is it Natsu?" Lucy said stretching before noticing that he wasn't near her and that she was alone in her bed. "Hmm he probably dropped me off before heading to the guild. Too bad too I could've had some fun with him." She thought before laughing and putting her feet on her cold floor.

As she started walking towards her bathroom she looked at her clock. "Shit it's already 4:30 how long was I sleeping for? I guess I should go to the guild to See everyone. Hopefully Mira and the others haven't told the guild about Natsu and me yet." She thought to herself as she grabbed her apartment key and headed to the guild.

As she got to the guild she noticed that it was unusually quiet. As she opened the doors to the guild hall she realized why everyone was either knocked out because of one of the guilds brawls or cleaning up the guild from said brawl she reasoned before noticing where her salmon haired boyfriend was. She started walking slowly towards her trying not to have his dragon hearing pick up her walking.

As she got a few feet away she noticed that he was having a conversation with her blue haired friend. "Gotcha." she said as she grabbed onto his shoulders and placing a kiss on his cheek as he turned around to see her."Let me guess you already knew I was here didn't you." she sighed looking at Natsu who had his grin plastered on his face.

"Of course I did I could smell your scent." He laughed as he brought her into an embrace and kissed her on the lips which she then returned as Levy and Mira just looked on.

As happy looked up to see his two partners kissing he thought of an idea and decided fly around the guild "Eww Lucy and Natsu are kissing!" he yelled causing everyone's attention to turn to the couple kissing at the bar. As he noticed that everyone was looking he sat down on a table before accidentally falling asleep within minutes.

"OK everyone owes me a thousand Jewels!" Cana exclaimed walking towards the couple as they broke their kiss blush forming on their faces as everyone groaned as they rummaged through their pockets to give the gambler her money.

"So you guys are finally dating huh?" Erza asked sitting down next Lucy who had moved to the bar stool next to Natsu. "So that's why Natsu wanted to talk to you in private." Erza finished in a slightly sad tone as Mira had given her a piece of strawberry cake. "Thanks Mira."

"No problem. Is there something wrong?" Mira asked as the three other mages looked at Erza.

"It's nothing just that the only guy I've ever had feelings for is now probably dead an the bottom of the ocean. Plus even if he was still alive he'll be wanted by the magic council after all he's done. She sighed as both Lucy and Natsu realized who she was talking about gave each other worried looks.

"Hey Erza what was he like before he got controlled by Zeref. There had to be reasons why you fell for him right?" Lucy asked as Levy left to help cleanup the guild knowing that she didn't need to lsten on this conversation.

"Well he was a lot like Natsu except he was actually smart."

"Whats that supposed to mean!" He exclaimed which caused Lucy to elbow him in the gut. Getting the hint he decided to not say anything

"Well he always cared for his friends and would take the blame for everything. But the one thing that always will stick in my mind was that He gave me my last name because at that point I didn't have one."

"Awe that's kinda cute. Did he give you that name because of your hair." Lucy asked while putting her head on Natsu's shoulder.

"Yes. He told me that my hair was one of the most beautiful things he's seen." She said in an almost whisper with blush forming. As Erza turns to her cake she hears a loud grumble from her right. "Lucy was that you?" Erza asked with a smirk on her face.

"Yeah it was. I haven't eaten since we were waiting for the train so I'm kinda starving." Lucy explained with embarrassment in her voice. As soon as she finished she turned to look at Natsu only to find that he had stood up. "Natsu what are doing?" Lucy asked with a worried tone knowing that something was up with his trademark grin on his face.

"Well should we go get something to eat?" he asked pulling her off the bench and onto her feet.

"Sure lets go." she said as they walked out of the guild smiling holding hands while smiling."

"Hey Erza they make a perfect couple don't you think?" Mira asked the Scarlet hair woman as she ate her cake.

"Hey Mira sorry to bring this up all of a sudden but if Lisanna was still alive, do you think that he would've still gotten together with Lucy?" Erza asked as Mira looked slightly shocked by her question.

After a few minutes of searching for an answer she responded "I think that Natsu would still be with Lucy even if my sister was still alive. Looking at those two happy like that makes me think that they were meant for each other."

"I think you're right. Let's just hope Lucy can keep that idiot in line."
