Third Chapter. I think This is the shortest chapter in this.
I don't OWN!
Enjoy!
Luna seemed to glide across the deck, her pale moonshine-esque hair was being blown slightly on the wind. Her smile was soft and ever present. Ginny couldn't help but watch as this ethereal goddess moved around flawlessly as she spared with Ron.
Her sword was a dangerous weapon that shone a silver-white in the twilight. Her feet were bare and made no sound, which added to the lovely deadliness that is Luna.
"Hello Ginny." Luna spoke softly as she sat next to the redhead with her meal.
"Oh, hello Luna. How are you?" Ginny didn't look up.
"Ginny?" Luna's voice was soft, with a hint of confusion.
"What happened at the docks?" She pulled her legs up and tucked them under her chin, her food forgotten.
Ginny marveled at how small Luna actually was.
"Oh,"
They had parted from the crew and made their way through the crowds arm in arm.
Food, that was their goal. That was what was on her mind, until some jerk tried to grab her arm.
"Let go of me." She said calmly, glaring at the man. He was tall. He wore typical pirate clothes and smelled much worse.
"I don't think so miss." He slurred, before pulling her closer. None of the men around her tried to help, she sneered. She really didn't want to loose her cover so soon.
Before she could grab her sword, a create smashed against the man's head. He dropped her and grabbed his now bleeding forehead.
"Who the hell!" He roared. Luna pointed in a random direction.
"A guy about a foot shorter then you, he ran that way." Luna said sweetly. The guy ran off without another word.
Luna smiled at Ginny, before brushing the dust off her skirt. She took Ginny's arm in her own before the two continued on.
"I was just helping." Luna whispered.
Ginny had started avoiding the other girl around the time her brother started his tryst with Viktor, afraid that she just saw her as someone who needed protecting, someone who couldn't protect.
"Did I ever thank you for that?" Ginny asked, setting her plate to the side. Luna didn't look up.
Ginny moved closer, on her hands and knees now as she crawled the few feet between them. She stopped and reached to take Luna's face in her hand. She lifted her head up until they were eye to eye.
"Thank you." Ginny whispered, before leaning in to kiss the other girl.
Ginny and Luna became entangled. The boy howled and wolf whistled, prompting a small grin from Luna and a scowl from Ginny.
The two girls looked at each other, Luna's grin softening into a small timid smile, Ginny's scowl softening into a mirrored smile. Another kiss, this one firmer then the last. They broke away with uneven breaths.
The third kiss was hard and fast and more teeth then Ginny had ever suspected from the serene girl.
The two found themselves tumbling into Ginny's bunk, their clothes were gone and their hands wandering.
They fell into a deep sleep hours later, tangled together under their covers.
Hermione's call came loud and clear the next morning, they were being boarded.
Wam! They're being boarded!
