The "kin of your kin" prophecy won't happen I'm trying to find the right words to use for Badgerpaw,Flamepaw and Dashpaw
I twiched what Darkstripe did in the books and my own headcannons and ocs to make things more fun for poor badgerpaw
1. He killed swiftpaw himself (he let the dogs rip him apart)
2. Helped Tigerstar kill Brindleface
3. He killed Bushflight (killed by a blow to the neck)and Twigtail (killed by a blow to the head by rocks Darkstripe pushed out to hit her) (Owlshine's litter-mates)
Badgerpaw's p.o.v
Badgerpaw staggered to her paws her fear and shock made her dizzy,she looked at the ambered eyed Tom who looked concerned
"Why would you do that badgerpaw you could have been killed" he voice was sharp but it was full of confusion, The dark furred apprentice sighed as she sat by him
"It would be better off that way no cat wants me around" she met his gaze "the clan would probably cheer in my death"
Brambleclaw looked at her with horror but also understanding, "That's not true your littermates would miss you longtail would miss firestar would I would miss you"
Badgerpaw looked at him with miserable eyes "Firestar would probably be happy to have me gone I was a mistake after all"
Brambleclaw licked her ears gently "He would be as miserable as Longtail would be, your not the only one with a traitor for a father you know" Badgerpaw nodded she knew all too well about the dark tabby's heritage
"Can you walk?" Badgerpaw tried to stand but the shock made her legs give out.
Brambleclaw couldn't help but chuckle as he picked up the dark furred apprentice and made his way back to camp.
No one p.o.v
"Where were you I was worried sick" Longtail meowed licking her kit "Mom" Badgerpaw whined but was grateful for her mother's love.
Dashpaw and flamepaw smiled grateful at brambleclaw for watching their sister.
It was hard to find a cat that didn't insult or sneer at her in this clan or not.
Firestar nodded to brambleclaw "Thank you brambleclaw for looking after her"
Brambleclaw only smiled
he would keep what really happened to himself and badgerpaw ,he knew that's what she wanted so he would respect it.
Flamepaw's p.o.v
Flamepaw padded into the nursery a squirrel in her mouth, "Hey owlshine hey sandstorm" she mewed She was then 'attacked' by five kits.
Nightkit,Batkit and Morningkit were at her right side while Shadekit and Sparrowkit were on her left. "Hey Flamepaw" they all squeaked with joy
Sandstorm purred with amusment "Kits let Flamepaw walk will you" Flamepaw smiled "It's fine I don't mind" she said this as she let the bigger kits (Batkit,morningkit and Nightkit) knocked her over onto her belly.
"Surrender" Batkit mewed his little paws on her belly her holding down with the help of Morningkit
"I give I give" Flamepaw responed her voice filled with mock fear and joy
"Yay we are the strongest" Batkit mewed proudly
"Stronger then me?" They all turned to see Firestar who had a amused expression
"Not now but one day" Batkit mewed with stride Nightkit batted at her brother's ears "He's our leader of course he's the strongest cat in the forest"
Firestar purred "I wouldn't say that" Flamepaw stood up her whiskers twitching in amusement at the kits debate Morningkit, Shadekit and Sparrowkit stood next to her being pulled closer by her tail all the kits adorned her and she loved them a lot
Firestar turned his gaze on his daughter "Didn't Ravenwing give you a hunting assignment" Flamepaw froze "Y..yeah I kinda forgot I just had to see the kits" she stammered Sandstorm purred "That kind of mind could make you a good mother one day Flamepaw always making sure the kits are fine is a good trait to have" Owlshine nodded
"But you should also focus on your training before then" Flamepaw nodded she mind wandered to Ashfur's face she had been crushing on him for a while it looked like he felt the same but she wasn't sure she then shook herself back to reality "I know, I'll do my assignment before Ravenwing finds out" The grown cats laughed a little and wished her luck.
I'll train hard to be the best warrior I can be One that Ashfur will love as his mate
