Within a flash, the first four pairings jumped off the cliff, but it wasn't long before Chris realised that Izzy had landed outside of the safe zone and was surrounded by man eating bears. "GRRRRRRRRRR!" the bears roared, "GRRRRRRRRRR!".

"I'm used to grizzly bears, and I know how to scare them away, so I can win this thing!"

At that moment, Izzy grabbed Ella and took her to the bears, who was growling ferociously. "I need you to sing a lullaby to these bears, they need to go to sleep," Izzy whispered at such a low voice. Ella nodded. She didn't want Chris to know, as singing was banned from the competition in Total Drama: Pahkitew Island, the season she debuted in. Ella began to quietly sing:
"Hush, hush, little bears,
You give us the scares,
But don't worry, each little one,
As my job is done…"
Suddenly, the bears fell asleep, so the two girls started creeping up the rocks. However, by the time that they managed to get back up onto the surface, the other three teams (the Bass, the Moose, and the Badgers) were finished with the challenge, with the Badgers claiming the victory, after Ethan just finished 5 seconds before Logan, who was on the Moose.

"I'm not impressed that we lost big time. I would have loved to get revenge on Amy, as she and the Moose placed 3rd, just in front of us, in which we came last. It was all thanks to Ella, who SANG quietly, however, I could hear her sing only, like, a line. It was also thanks to Izzy, who helped Ella secretly. One of them must go home tonight. One of them must go."

"Here, at the 'Haunted Bushwhacker Ceremony', there are sticks to represent your safety from elimination. If I call your name, I'll throw a stick to you. The person who doesn't get a stick must walk through the 'Mystery Door of Shame', and never return…EVER!" Chris explained to the Gophers. He called the contestants' names and threw one stick each to them.
"Rodney, Justin, Alejandro, B, Samey, Heather, Isabella, Dwayne, Mike, Gwen, Courtney, Rock, Geoff, Junior, Elijah, Noah, Gerry, Sierra, Duncan, Anne Maria and Bridgette," he called out the people that were safe.
"Ella, and Izzy, you guys are in the bottom two. One of you is going home tonight," Chris spoke to the two girls, "However, Ella, you sang to the bears and made them go to sleep, and singing is still banned from the competition. SO THAT MEANS YOU'RE DISQUALIFED!". Chris was not impressed with Ella's performance, however, when Chef Hatchet showed Ella the path to the 'Mystery Door of Shame', she started singing the same song she sang when she got eliminated in Total Drama: Pahkitew Island:
"My time on the show is finished and done,
but that's not to say I didn't have fun.
I'll do my best not to cry.
But now I have to say goodbye.
I came on Total Drama and survived it just fine,
with only minor damage to the base of my spine.
I gave it my best try, but now I have to say goodbye.
I'll miss you all from tall to small,
and even this little gnome.
