Her name is Mirabelle Aleksandra Mikaelson- Lykaios, daughter of Kol Mikaelson. Damon and Mirabelle met when she was leaving her parents 5 wedding ceremony.
Kol Mikaelson had Mirabelle 50 or so years into being a vampire. Kol had met a beautiful Enchantress, he not only had fell in love with her, but he married her. Her name is Bathseba Calypso Lykaios. Kol and Bathseba had 7 children by the time Mirabelle met Damon, with Mirabelle as the youngest.
