Oh my gosh, it seriously has been forever. My apogies, I've been busy with summer and then back to school, not to mention the fact that I have finished up multiple fanfictions in my absence to this one. But I'm going to continue this one now. I hope you're all enjoying it.
Bumper woke up, groaning softly to himself. He hadn't talked to Amy in what felt like ages and each morning, he hated waking up even more. He didn't like not seeing her, not hearing her, not feeling her. It didn't feel right to him. He decided, this morning, that he would try a different tecnique instead of chasing her down. Today, he would go to her friends. He knew they hated him but he didn't care, he needed to talk to Amy, no matter what it took. He'd waited outside her room for hours on multiple occasions and he'd still had no luck. He was almost out of options and her friends was one of the only ones he still had left.
He slid out of bed, preparing himself for the rest of the day before exiting the room. Bumper hurried off to the cafeteria for breakfast, his mind running rapid and wild.
When he spotted Donald and Stacie, he immediately approached them. "Stacie, I need you to talk to Amy for me." He said quickly.
Stacie stared at him for a moment. "She doesn't really want to talk to you." She said softly. Bumper nodded his head in understanding. "I know. That's why I need you to do it for me." He said.
Stacie thought for a moment before shaking her head. "She'll ignore me. She thinks you were leading her on. She really did care about you, Bumper. She might have even loved you. But you said it was a mistake." She replied.
Bumper shook his head. "No, it wasn't a mistake. I loved her too, I still do. I mean, she said it was a mistake too. I just.." He rambled on, cutting himself off with a soft sigh. "I messed up." He mumbled softly.
Stacie nodded her head before sighing. "I'll talk to her. Or I'll try to, anyways." She offered, smiling slightly at him.
A grin spread across Bumper's face. "Oh my god, thank you, Stacie. Really, thank you. You're a life saver." He said, kissing her cheek. Donald rolled his eyes slightly, putting an arm around Stacie.
She smiled, laughing slightly at the two. "Yeah, I know." She chimed, playfully rolling her eyes.
Bumper grinned, sitting down across from them. "So, when are you going to talk to her?" He asked eagerly. His face lit up like a christmas tree as soon as he saw Amy enter the room.
Stacie groaned, glancing at Donald. "I'll be back." She said, placing a kiss on his lips with a happy hum before heading off to Amy.
"Amy, wait up!" She chirped, walking over to her friend.
"What is it?" Amy asked with a soft groaned, turning to the tall brunette.
Stacie smiled widely at her friend. "So, I may have just spoken to Bumper and he's like head over freaking heels for you. He came over to me, begging me to speak to you and he said he regrets calling the kiss a mistake and that he's in love with you." She explained, glancing at the guys.
Amy looked at them as well before quickly look away and shaking her head. "That's not fair. He can't just pick and choose when he wants to have feelings for me. It's all the time or not at all." She replied softly. She snuck one last glance at Bumper before walking off towards the Bella's table.
Stacie frowned, walking back over to the boys. "She said that you can't pick and choose when you have feelings for her." She said.
Bumper sighed, shaking his head. "I have feelings for her all day every day. She is the very first thing I think of in the morning and the very last thing I think of at night and there is not a thing in the world changing that." Bumper replied honestly.
"Tell her that. It'll mean so much more coming from you." Stacie replied softly, nodding encouragingly at him.
Bumper nodded, heading towards Amy.
Before he could make it to her, of course, she was gone.
Bumper cursed himself for not being quicker, all he wanted was for her to know how he felt but he knew it wasn't possible. So he'd wait for her to come to him. Maybe she would.
So basically, next chapter will probably conclude this story because I'm just really not feeling this story so once they get together, I can just end it. Anyways, thanks for reading. Updates soon.
