Chapter 3:

Still in the village, the sun has set and Inuyasha's group made a fire.

Koga is joining them, with his wolf pack nearby and Ginta and Hakkaku are also there, already asleep with the wolf pack.

Rin is sitting with them, while Sesshomaru keeps his distance to himself, with a small green imp demon named Jaken nearby.

Allie is sitting next to Koga, while Heiri is sitting between Inuyasha and Miroku.

Ani's sitting next to Kagome and Shippo sits on the other side of her. Kirara, now a kitten-sized cat, is lying between Ani and Shippo.

And Ashuri's sitting next to Rin, with a two-headed dragon demon named A-Un lying behind them, both of his heads lying next to the latter.

"So, who are you guys?" Allie asks. "Well, pretty lady, I'm Koga. I'm the young leader of the Eastern Wolf Tribe, and those two are Hakkaku and Ginta."

"Oh, well, it's nice to meet you, Koga." Says Heiri.

"Yes, really nice." Allie says, blushing.

"Are you alright, Allie?" Asks Ashuri.

"Uh, yeah. I'm just fine." Allie says. "So, your name's Allie? I actually think your name is very pretty and it suits a lovely lady like yourself." Says Koga. Allie just blushes even more. "Well, actually, my name is Alektra. Only, I prefer to be called Allie. But, thank you anyway, Koga." "So, where are you from, Allie?" Koga asks. "Oh, um. I'm from the East myself. I come from the Eastern Kingdom itself, actually." Says Allie. "I see, it's nice to meet someone else that's from the East and that's the same type of demon as you." Koga says. "I think so, too." Says Allie.

Ashuri and Heiri glance over at her.

"Not that I don't mind traveling with you. I like being with you two, honest." Allie says.

"Well, before this all starts getting out of hand. My name's Kagome and I'm actually not from this time. My real time is in the future of Japan, where man has created many useful things. Things that you don't have in this time."

"Are you a priestess, Kagome?" Asks Heiri.

"I guess, you can say that." Kagome says. "Well, you already met me, but I'm Shippo. I'm a fox demon. I've been traveling with Kagome and Inuyasha ever since two demons called the Thunder Brothers killed my father." "My name is Ani, it's nice to meet you guys."

"So Ani, what kind of demoness are you?" Asks Sango.

"I'm a rabbit demoness." Ani says.

"She's no threat, she's only a half-demoness. I can smell it." Says Inuyasha.

"You should talk, mutt-face! You're a half-demon, too." Koga says.

"Hey, Koga! Butt out, will ya! This conversation doesn't concern you anyway!" Says Inuyasha. "Inuyasha, sit boy!" Kagome says. Inuyasha is then face first to the ground. "Why?" Asks Inuyasha. Heiri's laughing. "And this is Inuyasha. He's a half-dog demon, just like Koga said." Kagome says.

"I'm Sango and that's Kirara, it's nice to meet you all."

"It's nice to meet you too, Sango. And you too, Kirara." Says Ani.

"You're a demon slayer, aren't you?" Heiri asks.

"Yes." Says Sango.

"And what about you, Monk?" Allie asks.

"My name is Miroku, it's nice to meet all of you lovely ladies."

"I'm Rin and this is A-Un. We travel with Master Jaken and Lord Sesshomaru over there." Ashuri is looking over her shoulder at Sesshomaru and then back over to the group.

"What about you, Demoness?" Asks Inuyasha.

"It's Ashuri, I'm from the West. In a kingdom known as Arashi." "Hey, Lord Sesshomaru is from the West, too. He's the Lord of the Western Lands." Rin says. "I see." Says Ashuri.

"What about you?" Inuyasha asks, addressing Heiri, who is sitting next to him. "Oh, my name is Heiri and it's nice to meet you, Inuyasha. I'm a dog-wolf quarter-demoness, actually." "Oh, so where are you from?" Asks Inuyasha. "Well, um. I'm originally from the South, but when I was four, I got separated from my parents. So, I've pretty much been on my own ever since." Heiri says. "I'm so sorry that you lost your parents at such a young age and have been all alone this whole time. A pretty lady like yourself, shouldn't have had to go through all that." Says Miroku. "I wasn't entirely alone. After a couple of years of being on my own, I stumbled into Ashuri's kingdom. It was a rough start between us for a while, but she eventually came around. Allie and I never had a problem with each other though." Heiri says. She then has a funny look on her face, Miroku's groping her butt. "Miroku!" Says Sango. She smacks Miroku's hand and he pulls his hand away. "I'm sorry. It's this hand, I can't control it around pretty women." Miroku says. He then takes Heiri's hands and bows to her, in an apology. "I'm truly sorry, Heiri. Only, would you do me the honor and consider bearing my child." Says Miroku. "Uh…" Heiri says. Miroku soon gets slapped in the back of the head. "I am ashamed of myself." Says Miroku.

"Anyway, what can you tell us about this Naraku?" Allie asks.

"Naraku's just a bastard, he's the main reason for all our problems. Miroku's wind tunnel, Sango's village being destroyed and her friends and family being killed, except for her brother Kohaku. Both Sesshomaru and Koga have had their fair share of Naraku's evil schemes, too." Says Inuyasha. "Why do you ask?" Kagome asks. "Well, um. That bat demoness that he took with him. She's sort of an old friend of ours and we were wondering what he's capable of and what he does exactly." Says Heiri. "Well, he's capable of many things. He can create incarnations from himself, incarnations like Kagura. He also likes to take advantage and manipulate anyone by luring them in or showing them fake kindness, treating them as if he's the only one who understands them. I'm guessing that's what he probably did with your friend." Inuyasha says.

Allie's eyes are starting to tear up, Koga notices this. "Hey, you okay?" Asks Koga. "Yes, it's just. She's closer to me than anyone can imagine." Allie says.

"Why's that? She your best friend or somethin'?" Asks Inuyasha.

"Not exactly, she's my younger sister. My parents adopted her and well, we've always had a close bond with each other." Allie says. "Oh, I see. Well, I'm sorry about that, but did she ever have anything wrong with her?" Asks Koga. "Like what?" Allie asks.

"Like for instance, has she always been that quiet? I mean, can she even speak at all?" Asks Inuyasha.

"Yes, Inuyasha. She can speak, I just don't know why she was that quiet and never said a word to any of us. She could have at least said something." Allie says.

"If I may ask, it's pertaining to the bat demoness. I noticed that she was wearing a rosary and I'm quite curious about this. A rosary is meant to either purify demons or keep them from running amok. So, why does she wear it?" Asks Miroku.

Allie sighs and closes her eyes, sadly. "She's had that thing since before my dad found her. My dad believes that she went through some sort of ordeal. We soon found out that, that thing can't be removed, not even by her. The pups of the village within the kingdom would always tease her about it and sometimes they would try and take it off of her, but it never so much as loosened. So, I really don't know much about it. I've even asked her about it, but she doesn't seem to know anything about it, either." Allie says.

"I see." Says Miroku. Inuyasha grips at his necklace, tightly. "It almost sounds like my Beads of Subjugation. I can't take them off no matter how hard I try." Inuyasha says. "So, what do you guys know about Bankotsu?" Asks Heiri. "We thought Bankotsu was dead, but he was the leader of the Band of Seven, a group of mercenaries that murdered many people. He's the only one left of the Band of Seven, as far as I know anyway." Inuyasha says. "That other girl looked like she belonged to the Band of Seven, who was she?" Asks Kagome.

"That was Nadia, she's an old friend of mine. She helped me out once when I was on my own. She was just a child then, but she was strong and she brought me home with her. Of course, her dad didn't approve of me because I was a demoness, but Nadia and her mom didn't care. So, her and her mom helped me out for a few months and then I left. She was the first friend that I made." Heiri says.

"I know her, too. She got caught in a snow storm one time, all alone and freezing to death. So me being as nice as I am, I brought her into my house and had her stay with me until winter was over. She did and then as soon as spring came, she left. That was the last time I saw her, until today that is." Says Ani.

"Did Nadia and Adrian ever know each other?" Koga asks. "I'm not sure. Adrian never mentioned knowing any humans or anyone named Nadia." Says Allie. "Well, who knows. It's been quite some time since you've seen her last. So there's possibly a chance that they met through that timing." Koga says. "That's a possibility. I just hope she's alright. If something would ever happen to her, I don't know what I would do." Says Allie. Koga hugs her around her shoulders. "It'll be okay Allie, you'll see. If it makes you feel any better, I'll help you get her back if you want." Koga says. "Thank you, Koga." Says Allie.
