I really wasn't planning to come back to this story because I thought I was doing a horrible job. Might as well finish what I started though right? Disclaimer, I own nothing but a dead succulent. Shout out to all the bad plant parents out there. And...begin!
She couldn't understand. She knew she wasn't as analytical as Blossom. She couldn't read a situation as well, but Buttercup was quick minded. This boy confused her. What does he mean by that?
felt that building stinging in the air and rather than try to diffuse it, he slowly backed out of the room. "Not my business, not my business" he repeated to himself like a mantra. It was as if he was trying to convince himself not to intervene. He knoew his limits. The tall and rather lanky man went unnoticed by the two young adults.
Butch sighed and crossed his toned arms. Buttercup caught a glint of somehow on his forearm. It was a small symbol. Something akin to a family crest. It was good against his skin as he made no move to cover it.
"Buttercup Catalina Gorgoi-Utonium. Fourth Generation along with your two sisters. I can't believe you would forget me. Your fiance of all people." Butch crawled. His face blank and unchanging as he gave Buttercup information she never knew.
At the word "fiance" Buttercup promptly passed out for the first time in her life.
Few minutes later
Buttercup groaned as she slowly opened her eyes. Her head, though not in pain, whirled around. It felt as if her head hit concrete. Oh, wait. It did! The last thing she could remember was that guy Butch telling her things he shouldn't know and things she didn't know. She needed answers NOW!
Butch keeled over her with a deeply concerned look. It let up when he saw her eyes open and blink a couple of times before settling of him. He could see the shock and disbelief in her eyes as what he previously said was process by her jump-starting mind.
"You alright Butterbabe? You passed out and hit your head before I could get to you. Superspeed is not my forte just so you know. That's more of a Boomer thing." Butch sighed. She was alright. He could feel her heart, as he had been for the past fourteen years. It was steady in its beats.
"Explain everything to me Butch. Right now." Buttercup demanded. Her panic levels were rising, which the early ever did. It rang in her voice and Buttercup grimaced at the sound.
"Magic word babe." Butch laughed. He wasn't even taking her seriously! Buttercup had half a mind to believe he was lying to her from the begining. With that thought, she pushed herself off the ground and began to pack her things.
Her mind was on one track right now. 'Go to the dorm and tell the girl's, right now. Tell them, and question everything' She thought. She locked eyes with Butch, and slightly recoiled again at the thought of having a glance she knew absolutely nothing about.
Butch noticed her intentions and blocked the doorway with his body. Large and immovable, he gazed at the woman his heart was connected to. He came to the fast conclusion that the girls had something blocking their memories. Did someone put a seal on them? If so, for what reason?
Grabbing her shoulders and forcing her to pay attention to him, he told her everything he knew. Buttercup listen to every single word.
Scene Change
Blossom could not believe what her green eyed sister was telling her, nor could should believe the sight of the three young men sitting on their small couch. She could not help to stare at the redheaded boy who wore his baseball cap backwards. She gawked at the resemblance between the girls and boys in the room. Blossom couldbt help but keep her eyes on the young man with fiery red eyes and dark red hair.
Bubbles sat starry eyed. She believed her sister's words, and would ever so often take a glance at the blond boy sipping on the last can of Arizonia iced tea in their dorm. The pink tinge on both blonds' cheeks did not go unnoticed by anyone in the room. Blossom briefly thought it was cute.
The pink eyed girl sighed her classic sigh and decided something once her sister finished her recount of everything the burly green eyed boy told her less than an hour ago.
"Girls" She announced. "We need to go see mom and dad." A simple phone call would suffice. Call and let them know your coming then use the Connection to transport there. Easy pesy, and is these boys were right about there respective heat connections, transporting with them should go smoothly.
All three girls agreed. Sarah and John Gorgoi-Utonium had alot of explaining to do.
Short, I know! I'm sorry! It's like 5 in the morning and I have not slept...But I had to at least get something done. Review please!
