AN: Surprise, not dead!* *dodges behind a boulder as knives and pitchforks fly*

I'm sorry for being gone too long, but I had my 12th Boards. To make up for my absence, I present you with this chapter.

Thank you for all the follows and favorites! I adore them! :) :)

Just the thought of another day...

How did we end up this way?

What did we wrong, God?

You have seen hell and made it back

How to forget? We can't forget..

-One Ok Rock

Gray sighed, running a hand through his hair. The train ride to Harijion was taking hours! Unluckily for him, he'd never been a patient person. Feeling his ADHD kicking in, he got up and started pacing the length of his carriage. Lucky for him, there were no other passengers in his compartment. The weather was becoming more and more odd, and hence people refused to venture much out of their homes. So, he was the one of the few who were travelling from town to town for fulfillment of odd jobs. After what seemed like hours, the train lurched to a stop and gave a long hoot. Gray slung his backpack over his shoulder and climbed out with a huff.

Scrounging in his pocket, he found the mission paper crumpled like a ball. He carefully opened the paper and read the details again. Mind set, he whistled his way out of the station and into the bustling hubbub city that was Harijion.

First things first, he made his way to the inn and booked a room. That being done, he took the keys the receptionist handed him and walking into his room, threw his backpack on the bed and made straight for the bath.

Stepping out, he quickly dressed himself and fell into a dreamless sleep, his exhaustion and toll of the past few days, catching up with him.

When he woke up, it was already noon and from his window, he saw the sky begin to darken, as if welcoming him back into the realm of living. As quickly as it had come, it went away, leaving nothing but a dazed Gray in its wake, who blinked owlishly at the window.

He sat up and deciding his mind needed some clearing, he stepped out of his room and made way out of the hotel.

AT FAIRY TAIL

Juvia was talking animatedly about something with Lyon, her arms waving wildly, in order to emphasize her point. Lyon was watching her with a dreamy look on his face. His eyes never left her face. He was so lucky to have this woman by his side.

She was like a ball of sunshine into his gloomy and boring life. The sunshine he always craved, and the one which he knew which his kouhai also secretly craved. Suddenly he stood up and embraced Juvia in a tight hug. Juvia's muttering immediately ceased and she blushed bright red. She tried pushing him off her, but he held on tight. Sighing, she let her head rest on his shoulder. Suddenly, someone huffed and yelled at them.

"Oi, get a room, you two."

They immediately let go of each other, both blushing furiously. Juvia played with her hands and Lyon made a show of running his hand through his hair, trying to smooth it out.

"Well, I'll see you later, Juvia-chan~"

"Juvia thinks that would be better.. wait, Juvia has told Lyon-sama to stop calling her Juvia-chan."(1)

Lyon stuttered and stopped for a moment, blush returning, before turning and walking away briskly, his eyes glittering with happiness.

Reviews:

Rain of the Forest: I miss the old FT. I miss the Team Natsu that cared for all guild members, and were not so self-cself-centred on Lucy. I swear, Lucy's like an obsession, an unnecessary obsession, an obsession we could really do without.

DreamscomeTRUEEE: Thank you for such an amazing review! I really feel ya. Lucy is not a bad character, but that's where the good points end. Her character is the one that's gradually trying to replace Erza, Gray, and all other peole Natsu holds close in his heart. It's like Naruto manga all over again, where Hinata, who's nothing more than a mere side character and not at all important, takes the centre spot of attention, just because her Voice happens to be that of Nana Mizuki. F****** B*******!

Dark Starlight Nekomata: Thank you for such a wonderful review! I'm so happy you love this little ficcy of mine. Hope you'll stick around for more. Thank you again!

Guest: Thanks for the review! I'm wondering that too... :P :P
