Ch. 3- Dinner With Eve

That evening Dean called Sam. He was now at Bobby's.

"Hey, Sammy, could you and Bobby come down here?" Dean asked.

"What's wrong?" replied Sam almost in a panic.

"Nothing. Eve just needs some help."

"What kind of help?"

"Moving stuff kind of help. Something normal for a change."

"And where does this Eve intend to move her stuff?" asked Sam. There was a moment of silence.

"Put Bobby on the phone please." Sam sighed, but did as Dean said.

"Hello?"

"Bobby, would you happen to be able to spear a room for our new and very beautiful comrade?" Dean asked.

"Dean!" he replied frustrated with that he would ask that kind of a favor.

"Please! She needs just one bedroom. Just a place to set up a bed and put her clothes." explained Dean hoping he'd agree.

"Fine!" he snapped reluctantly.

"Thanks, Bobby. You're the best."

"Whatever." Then the phone went back to Sam.

"Dean is this really such a wise idea? We don't even know her."

"She needs some one Sam. She's alone in the world, and I know she'll be of help."

"How?! Because Castiel said so!"

"No! Because-! Urgh! Just trust me Sammy!"

"Alright. I'll call you back tomorrow for the directions."

"Thatta boy, Sammy." As Dean hung up, he smelt a wonderful aroma coming from down stairs. He wandered down in search of what it was and where it came from.

He came face to face with Eve at the bottom of the staircase. She was turning over some ground beef and onions in a skillet.

"Are you hungry? I'm making taco salad." She turned the temperature down on the meat then went to the kitchen counter where a large bowl sat. She opened a small container of sour cream, and dumped it in. Then a whole bag of shredded Mexican style cheese went in. She went back to the meat which was obviously done now.

"You cook?!" he asked in shock.

"Yeah. People tell me I'm pretty good. I pale in comparison to my mother-in-law though. And my husband used to make amazing bar-b-que." She poured the meat and onions in the bowl, then put a bag of shredded lettuce in too. She mixed it together before she crumbled some chips and put them in. She mixed it again. At this point Dean looked through the cabinets for a plate. "Next to the sink. The big cabinet."

He opened it and pulled out a white plate. Eve stepped back as he loaded his plate. Then she put some extra chips on the side.

"Oooh!" moaned Dean. "Thank you, God!" Then he sat down on one of the steps on the staircase. He took a big bite. "Emm! This is awesome!" he said with a full mouth.

Eve served herself a plate then signaled for him to follow her. She led him into a small room down stairs. It had a couch, a flat screen TV, and a surround sound system. He plopped down in front of it in awe. Eve put her plate down on a small table and went back into the other room. She soon returned with a beer and a wine cooler.

"Oh! Marry me!" cried Dean.

"Shut up!" she replied as she handed him the beer. Then she went to a shelf next to the TV. It was fill with movies.

"No chick flicks!" said Dean as she put a movie in.

"I highly doubt that Alien Vs Predator is a chick flick!" As the movie started Eve sat down next to Dean on the couch, and began to eat her food. He looked at her. "What?!"

"You are a babe, you cook, you fetch beer, and you like violent movies? Where have you been all my life?"

"I clean too."

"Stop! This deal is getting too sweet!" She giggled but after a moment became serious.

"We can't." she stated. "I need to remain celibate. Please don't make it harder on me than it has to be." Dean sat back and just ate his taco salad.

It was late in the night when Dean woke up. He looked to his left to see Eve asleep on her side of the couch. The Alien Vs Predator menu played over and over again. He couldn't help, but stare at her. Her long multi blond locks framed he sweet face. He scooted closer unable to resist her beauty.

"No!" he told himself. "What would Sammy do?" He thought for a long moment, then he got up, slowly and gently he picked Eve up. He carried her out of the small room down a dark hall into her room. He set her on her bed softly. He tucked her in before he went to the wall in search of the light switch. Finally he found it, but he looked at Eve again as his hand was on it.

"Don't!" snapped the voice of Castiel.

"Damn it!" cried Dean then he turned off the light. He stumble once as he tried to find the door, but he made it. He closed the door behind him and went upstairs after turning off the stuff in the small room.
