A Harmony headcannon

Harry could see her walking down the aisle, looking amazing, as always, in her dress. Her hair fell down her shoulders in tumbling waves, and her eyes shone with happiness.
He remembered the first time he'd met her, on the train to Hogwarts, how she had stunned him into silence with the way she spoke. He remembered the annoyance he had felt at his friend Ron for pushing her away, when he knew he wanted to be near her. His relief when they were finally all friends...
He saw in his mind her face after they had left Malfoy Manor, the pain etched on it, and vowed he would never let her get hurt ever again. It broke his heart to see her so weak.
Harry had always love Hermione. She was so much more solid than Ron, more there than Luna and more intelligent than Ginny
He was on the verge of tears as she reached the alter where he was standing, and took hold of Ron's arm.
Hermione could never be Harry's... But his heart would always belong to her.
