A/N: SO as the despriction says, this is a reboot of the pervious story. While it was okay it was really on organized so I feel like this one will be much better. If you were a previous viewer for this story, sorry, but this one will be the one better one. But I think this one will be much better in comparison so stick around.
I don't own anything
-Mario's POV-
Mario didn't like to describe himself.
Yeah, he would accept the word hero. Or plumber or referee or one of the many jobs he gained over the years. But when it came to his personality he couldn't describe himself.
If there was one thing he learned during his very crazy and storytold life is this...
People change and are always changing.
It's a whole process of growing to become a person. Not like you aren't a person but to become you and to be proud of what you are. And even then you might change. So many factors can change people. Love, hate, fear, happiness. They were all things that could change someone for better or for worse. And they happen so often that , even if a little bit, a person changes. And big things are always made up of little things. And sure, people like to joke around about being jerkish to each other but sometimes they become what they pretend to be.
So yes, people change.
You just have to learn to adjust.
And Mario never thought about how he acted or if he changed. Yes, he cared about others, and yes, he loved Princess Peach. But he really did love his brother.
And making he feel like he didn't made him feel like he should have thought about change.
Had he really changed so much that he turned into a jerk?
He never noticed it before, but when he thought about it, he could see how Luigi would think the way he did. Never saying his name in any of his speeches, also putting him down, leaving him behind while he went out on a big adventure. But he didn't do those things because he didn't love him! He was just...
Joking around.
...
Whenever Luigi gets angry about something, it's best to leave him alone to cool down.
...Or did that change too?
Princess Peach thought that even as a princess she really didn't have many expectations put on her. Sure she had to go to meetings to represent the Mushroom Kingdom, but how long has it been since the last one?
2 or 3 years?
The residents were so peaceful that there were no crimes committed other then the occasional Bowser attack, which was always handled by Mario so it didn't cause much worry. And even some of the baddies like Goombas and Koopas were turning into nice residents of the Mushroom Kingdom, making Bowser's Army steadily decrease over the years.
It's a good thing right?
Peach always had a weird feeling about Bowser. One second he was annoying and brutal to his minions, the next he was helping them to destroy evil. He was very noble when he wanted to be, and cared for his son, Bowser Jr., but was so set on ruling the world and destroying the Mushroom Kingdom that she couldn't stand him.
Not to mention the fact that he had a crush on her.
It was her fault really. She remembered when she met Bowser, getting an invitation to his castle. Although it was placed in a lava world surrounded by active volcanoes, the meeting wasn't that bad. He was nice and courteous, and treated her like a princess.
It was until he asked for her hand in marriage that things went array.
She thought that she was nice about it, but her heart belonged to her hero. And Bowser seemed okay when she left, but soon after she was kidnapped by him.
And so happen the events of Super Mario Bros.
After that, Bowser became more and more resilient, chasing after her and kidnapping her, the entire time in captivity trying to win her over. But Peach still disliked Bowser, it was only because of her pure heart that she refused to hate him.
One thing she learned about him though, it was that he was really good about coming at the wrong times. With Mario out searching for Luigi, and the Toads being...Toads, the kingdom was virtually defenseless.
So now she had to wait patiently and hope for Mario's return.
She wondered if Luigi was alright though.
Luigi and her haven't been as close as her and Mario, but he was still a good friend. It wasn't like she never acknowledged the fact that he was a great asset to the kingdom, and a dear friend to her. But she should have done more.
Mario does have a whole month devoted to him.
But that's what happens when you are lovestruck. Everything else around you doesn't exist and won't exist until you win the guy over.
...
Poor Luigi..
Luigi walked down the path to Frosted Glacier, a place surrounded by snow and the stars. Due to it being at the peak of the planet, it is hardly ever darktime there. How did Luigi get there?
Warp pipes are convient.
He remember finding this place while on a recent adventure with Mario, loving the cool breeze and the pretty night sky lights above. Since then he would always come here whenever he needed to cool down (get it? :P). He never told anyone that he comes here, not even Mario. Which right now is a blessing. Now he had time to think.
...
Although the more he thought, the less it made sense. Daisy and Mario? Luigi saw first hand how hard Mario fell for Peach, always following her, saving her.
Why suddenly change?
While he himself was in love with Daisy and didn't have the confidence to tell her, he did notice that she didn't talk to Mario that much unless it what polite conversation during sporting events. That's about it though.
Plus, although he didn't intend to tell her, what would Peach say? She would be heart broken!
Of course, all of these were great questions that Luigi asked himself, but he didn't have the patience to go investigate them right now.
All he needed was the stars.
Bowser outright laughed at the display of anger from the Green Mario towards Mario. Of course during that night he sent in a for spies to surveillance the castle, as he always did.
The Mushroom Kingdom's security wasn't really the best.
And if he didn't, he would have missed out on the show!
Anyone who displays that much anger towards Mario was a friend in his book. Using the word "friend" loosely of course because they could easily be manipulated into a minion. People are always the most manipulative when they are upset.
Though he did know that controlling the Green Mario would be difficult without magic. He could use it but magic always ended up backfiring on him in the long run. Now that he thought about it, controlling the Green Mario fully would be impossible without magic, he did love him and all.
But that's when Bowser formulated a plan.
First, he needed to track down that Green Mario.
Er.. what's he name?
Weegee?
Yeah, Weegee.
Bowser called for his son in the most loving voice he could muster.
"JUNIOR GET DOWN HERE!"
And began to gather his troops in search of the Green Thunder.
