Nothing Even Matters Chapter 3: Lisa's family is here
Lisa's POV
"I'm coming! I'm coming!" I yelled as someone repeatedly knocked on the door of my apartment. I ran down to the front door and opened it to see my cousin, Isabelle standing there.
"Cuz!" She exclaimed as she hugged me. I pushed her off of me.
"What are you doing here Isabelle?" I asked mad. I hated most of my family, and then Isabelle waltzs in like nothing has happened between us. I hate her the most in my family. She is always trying to outdo me in everything. She pushes her way into the apartment.
"This is a really cool apartment cuz. I'm really going to enjoy hanging out here for a month." She said sitting down on the couch.
"A month?" I asked mad.
"Actually six weeks." I got even more mad. "Didn't you hear cuz? I got this big part in a movie, and we're filming here for a while then going to London to film for seven more weeks. It's really no big deal, but shouldn't you keep up with what your family is doing. Sheesh."
"Well if you're so high and mighty because you keep up with what your family is doing, what's the name of my boyfriend?"
"You don't have one because you were dating Logan Mitchell, and it's all over the internet that they broke up with their girlfriends. You guys weren't pretty enough anyways." My jaw dropped. "Oh don't worry honey. I'm not going to go after your boyfriend. Why should I when I heard One Direction is here? They're much better in my opinion." I really wanted to punch her in the face right now.
"They are not better, and you know that! They're just more popular!" I exclaimed.
"True true. I think your ex-boyfriend was really cute. Maybe when he gets back, he'll really leave you and come to me."
"I really hate you." I said going to my bedroom to hopefully to start on the ending of my book.
"Love you too cuz!" I heard her yell back to me.
Kylie's POV
"Lisa I need to talk to you!" I yelled once I walked into my apartment. I saw a girl about my age sitting on the couch eating my fiber one bars and watching MTV. "Um who are you and why are you eating my fiber bars?" I asked.
"Oh I'm Isabelle. I'm Lisa's cousin. You must be Kylie, the fat girl that dated Kendall Knight." I looked at her angry. No wonder why Lisa hates her family so much.
"And you must me the-" She smirked at me. "You know what I don't need to stoop to your level. I'll loose 100 of my IQ points." She gasped. It was my turn to smirk. I went to my shared room with Lisa. "Hey I met your cousin." I said once I went in to our room. "She's such a joy." I said sarcastically.
"Be quiet I need to finish this chapter." She snapped back at me.
"But I came in here because we have a serious problem."
"I don't really want to hear it Kyles."
"One, Jett is really flirting with me and two, Carrie and Jamie are flirting with One Direction." I said anxiously.
"I said leave me alone!" Lisa said mad. Tears came into my eyes. "Gosh you are so annoying." I ran out of the apartment and to the park. After twenty minutes of crying, I felt a hand start rubbing my back. I looked up and saw Jett.
"Leave me alone Jett." I said trying to scoot away from him, but he wouldn't move.
"What's wrong?" He asked.
"Like you care."
"I do care. You are a friend of mine, and that's a great honor I should tell you. Let me take you out to lunch just as friends." I looked at him surprised.
"Just friends?"
"Just friends."
"Alright I may take you up on that offer." He smiled and stood up and offered his hand to me. I took his hand, and he led me to a diner, where we had a nice lunch.
