Ku Loon had spent a great day with Narcissa. They had gossiped, shopped, and planned the first date of their children.

"Oh this would fit Kagome perfectly," Narcissa said holding up a pale green sundress with white detailing. "She's always been a tiny thing."

"And Draco could wear this," Ku Loon suggested picking up robes with similar coloring. The mothers nodded their head in agreement.

"So tell me how has Kagome been?"

"Oh she's been a perfect angel, though she's been a little defiant as of late but I expected as much. It's humorous she's her father in academics and her grandfather in battle." she said with pride.

"I'm sure she's a force to duel," Narcissa had her back turned not noticing the other woman slightly freeze up before shaking it off. "Do you think we're done here?" she snapped her fingers for the clerk to wrap up the articles.

Lunch had continued normally albeit with a slightly tensed atmosphere as the young couple had a relentless glaring match. They had woken up prepared to be at each other's throats when they were forcibly separated Kagome now sat beside her grandfather, while Draco stayed beside Lucius.

Inutaisho pushed his plate away with a dignified sigh and slight bow of his head. "This has been a pleasant meeting, we will meet again tomorrow to discuss the Muggle law in more detail." The Dark Lord simply tipped his head in agreement. "Though I must inquire are you doing anything after this?"

"No, we're all free until tomorrow." Voldemort answered. "Why?"

"Oh just after lunch, my apprentice and I spar until late in the afternoon. I noticed your curiosity about that subject matter is all. If not there's ample opportunities." the dog demon ignored the intense glare he was getting from Kagome.

"I'll think about it," he answered noticing the relief that temporarily passed over the his heir's features.

"Understandable," he said rising, "Higurashi," he called making both the old man and teenage girl get up to leave with their master.

"Why would you offer that to them?" Kagome asked once they were back in the dog demon's office.

"There's no harm in letting them learn about another aspect of magic."

"Yes there is, he doesn't care about it nor will he understand it. He'll see it as barbaric and he'll force me to prematurely live in England so please, I'm begging you. Reverse your offer, say you're too busy with office work to mentor me at the moment." she pleaded with her master's, eyes wide like a puppy.

He clasped her shoulder, "He can't take you to Europe, you're under my tutelage that gives me power to override him."

"Besides what's the worse that can happen. If you're barbaric he'll disown you from his family and your engagement will be off with the Malfoy," her grandfather suggested with a shrug, smiling at the look of relief crossed her face. He had never been alright that Ku Loon had abandoned the warrior way in favor of being a wizard. He'd admit she wasn't the strongest or best at battle but her giving up was unforgivable. The only good thing she'd ever given him was his granddaughter, who she almost ruined, through that bullshit of being a proper pureblood. Higurashi are a untamable force not to be messed with. That's why he pushed Kagome so much, and she did not disappoint. He smiled to himself and she began to spar with Inutaisho. She was stronger than he was at that age, she's the daughter he wished he had originally.
