The long awaited next chapter is finally here. Thank you to all waiting so long for it.

Mikado turns back to the path that he just came from and starts back down. "Well, at least I know where I'm going to end up at the lady's place."

What Mikado didn't notice that the trees were different from the first time he walked this path. This time the trees are thick and dense. The trees are trying to tell Mikado not to come this way. Mikado keeps walking until he comes to a clearing. He gasps from surprise. He has come to the clearing but it is a different house than before. This is a small cottage made of stone. Where did the grand stone castle go? Mikado cautiously walks up to the front door.

Mikado is hesitant to knock on the door for there is a lot of noise coming from inside. He listens for a moment. He lifts his hand up to knock on the door when the door swings open.

Mikado's heartbeat picks up fast. A large black male stands in the doorway. "You like sushi?" He asks in a deep Russian voice.

"Uh, yeah." Mikado answers in a small voice.

A smile forms on the Russian's lips. "Come and eat sushi. Sushi good."

Mikado has a large hand on his shoulder leading him into the house. The Russian seat Mikado down at a table then goes to the kitchen. Much noise comes from the kitchen as the cook moves around making sushi.

Mikado looks around the inside of the house. It is a very homey house. He likes it very much. Mikado notices someone else is sitting at the table, watching at him.

"Hello." Mikado greets.

"Hello. The cook's fatty tuna is the best."

Mikado nods his head, not sure what else to do. "My name is Mikado Ryugamine." He mustn't forget his manners.

"Mikado Ryugamine." The person thinks for a moment. "Sounds like an air conditioner or something."

The big Russian comes into the dining room with two plates of sushi. "Here. Eat up." He places a plate in front of Mikado. He then goes to put the other plate down in front of the other person. The Russian stands watching Mikado.

The person across from Mikado digs in. "Mmmm. Fatty tuna."

Mikado picked up a piece of sushi. His eyes grow wide. The sushi is really good. "This is really good." Mikado tells the cook.

The cook smiles. "I told you sushi good. No humans in our dishes." He goes back to the kitchen.

Mikado watches the cook go back to the kitchen in fear. Mikado is done eating for now.

"Where are you going?"

Mikado looks up at the person across from him. "I'm looking for the Black Rabbit's head. Do you know where I can find it?"

"The Black Rabbit?" He stretches his arms up above his head. He laces his fingers together and rests them behind his head. He leans back in his chair. "Another useless hunt."

"Uh? What do you mean?"

"The Black Rabbit has sent many people to find its head. No one ever finds it." He stands up and walks to the door. "I must go. You could say that I have," he pauses to think, "a date." Then he leaves.

"Wait," Mikado calls after him.

Mikado runs to the door. He opens the door. To his surprise it is all the same as when he came. He doesn't get it. This place is so confusing. Mikado figures that he might as well go back the caterpillar and get back onto the right path.
