"I'm looking for Olivia Pope, where can I find her?" Cyrus turned around to see the tall red head in front of him.

"She's a bit busy right now. Any chance I can help you with something?" he asked her.

"Tell Olivia that I'm here and need to see her; it's urgent that I see her."

"Can I tell her your name?"

"She'll know." She walked over towards the corner sitting down to wait for her.

Cyrus took off quick out of the room up to the hotel room where Olivia was meeting with Fitz. As soon as the elevator opened he could hear them yelling again.

"Why are you so damn difficult to deal with?" Fitz screamed at Olivia. "You're impossible to work with!"

"I'm impossible? Me? Have you ever looked in the mirror or did you break that too? YOU do NOT get to CANCEL events with a five minute notice. YOU don't get to CANCEL anything! Your JOB is to look pretty for the cameras and do as I say. I know your schedule and where you need to be. I MADE the damn schedule. You have a debate tonight. In less than six hours you are supposed to be up in front of a thousand people stating why you should be President. You need to go meet those people and tell them in person at this lunch. You are such a baby!" Olivia yelled back.

"I hired you! You do what I say!"

"No. Cyrus hired me and he listens to me to make sure you win this election and from where I stand and what I see right now, it'd be a miracle to get you elected to a city council seat!"

"And just where are you standing? In front of me! I can't do anything without your permission?"

"Exactly! Don't even breathe without asking!"

Cyrus opened the door making them pause their fight. When he walked in Mellie was sitting on the bed closer to Olivia on one side of the room while Fitz cleared the table throwing everything on it to the floor.

"Let's take a break," Mellie announced. "Fitz and I will go get ready for this lunch…" he huffed knowing that she would take Olivia's side. "And go mingle with people for a bit. While we do, Liv can get some lunch and relax. Let us work the room and gain some supporters. We'll be good for the rest of the day and we can all regroup in before bed tonight."

"I think that's a good idea Mellie," Cyrus told them. "Liv, there's someone here for you down in the conference room. She said it's urgent."

"Who is it?"

"She didn't give me her name, just said that you would know."

"Shit," Liv muttered out loud, "tall, red head, demanding, has an attitude?"

"That's the one."

"I'll deal with her."

Olivia headed out of the room and went down with Cyrus following her. She found her friend in the corner of the room and pulled her out to the hall.

"Why are you here, Abby? I'm very busy here," Olivia scolded her.

"Edison said you missed three chemo sessions. So I tracked you down here. You HAVE to go to chemo. It's not an option, Liv," Abby told her. She took a step back and eyed her friend from head to toe. "You're wearing baggy clothes again, when did you eat last?"

Olivia crossed her arms before she answered. "I had a slice of toast."

"When?"

"Tuesday?" Olivia whispered.

"ARE YOU KIDDING?! The last time you ate was two days ago! Olivia you have to take better care of yourself. The chemo…" Abby started but Olivia jumped putting her hand over Abby's mouth as Mellie came out.

"Liv? Everything okay?" Mellie asked coming towards her and Abby.

"Everything's fine. Did you need my help with something?"

"Um," Mellie paused unsure of what to say. What she just heard was unsettling to her but if Olivia wanted her to know, she would say something, wouldn't she? "No, I was just headed down to the bathroom. I'll catch up with you later Liv."

When Mellie walked away out of ear shot, Olivia removed her hand from Abby's mouth. "You need to keep your voice down around here," Liv instructed her.

"So the candidate's wife doesn't know. Does Grant know?" Abby watched Olivia look everywhere but at her. "Does Cyrus even know that you're sick? Olivia! Someone around here has to know about this. You are complete shit at taking care of yourself and someone needs to keep an eye on you."

"I can take care of myself, Abby."

"Obviously you can't. If you haven't eaten in two days, you are not taking care of yourself. Go pack your bag; you're coming with me."

"Abby…"

"There's no but's Olivia. You have to take your illness seriously. This is not a joke and you're making it one. You cannot ditch a chemo appointment, let alone three and assume that everything will be fine. It doesn't work like that. Now go pack your bag and I'll tell your friend that I'm taking you with me for the next couple days."

"Abby I cannot just leave here for a couple days. Things will get incredibly crazy if I'm not here."

Abby stood still, holding her ground; making Olivia know she would not back down from this. "Cyrus can handle two days without you here. Now go pack and I'll inform him of the change. Now."

Olivia headed towards the elevator to go pack while Abby went into the conference room to find Cyrus. She spotted him next to Fitz talking with a few other supporters. Going over, she tapped Cyrus on the shoulder grabbing his attention and making both him and Fitz turn around.

"Yeah?"

"Olivia is coming with me for a couple days. She'll meet you at the next stop. I believe in New Jersey, correct?" Abby asked half wondering.

"We're in New Jersey next but Olivia can't leave here yet. We need her here," Cyrus told her. "And who the hell are you to just come in here and announce that Olivia's leaving."

"Cyrus, the lady is fine," Fitz said. "If Ms. Pope wants to leave then by all means take the bitch… I mean woman with you. I'm sure the rest of us can use a couple days or weeks without her."

By now Abby was beyond pissed off. She took two steps closer going face to face with Fitz. "That bitch that you're speaking about is my best friend. She is wasting the precious time that she has left on your sorry ass to get you elected and this is how you thank her? Do not ever, EVER, let me hear you talk about Olivia Pope like that again. Are we clear?"

Fitz was confused at who the woman in his face was but gave in by her intimidation. "Fine, take Ms. Pope with you. We'll be fine without her for a couple days, Cyrus."

Cyrus finally gave in, telling Abby to take Olivia and go. Liv came down with her bag ready to go. She got in the taxi with Abby and headed back to New York.

"So back to your apartment?" Liv asked her when they headed out of the airport.

"I've already called your doctor, he's going to stay late and administer your chemo session tonight," Abby informed her. "Then tomorrow you can be sick all day and I'll take care of you."

"You have to let me take care of myself Abby."

"And I would if I knew you would take care of yourself."

When the taxi pulled up to the hospital, Abby and Olivia got out heading up to the chemo section of the hospital and started her session. When they were done Olivia went home with Abby, sleeping in her guest room for the night.
