"Your brother mentioned going back to Canada the last time we saw him, but nobody is ever dumb enough to leave those kinds of hints." Dean spoke as he kept his gaze glued to the road ahead.

Ace had no clue where they were headed, but she knew Canada was not the place her brother would be. She sighed in response annoying the Hell out of the older Winchester boy.

"We know you talk, Ace. If you know something then please tell us." Sam softly addressed the stubborn girl.

Ace shot him a half smile, "Riker would not be going back to Canada unless it was a trap. I was a victim once."

"You were a victim of your brother?" Sam asked, baffled by the news.

"Brothers are the worst, but not all siblings are the same." Ace joked avoiding the question.

"Where would your brother be heading if not Canada?" Dean asked briefly glancing at her.

Ace refused to acknowledge his question. She didn't quite want to face her brother so soon.

"Ace, you have got to help us out. I know my brother is a jerk, but you don't have to talk to him." San reassured her all the while offending his brother.

"You don't have to tell me twice, but I can't help you out with that information. I only know Canada, and Florida like the back of my palms." Ace explained only half lying to Sam.

"Thank you, Ace. Now, was that so bad?" Sam grinned at the non-smiling girl.

Ace grew uneasy, and shifted in her seat, "much like you?"

Sam blinked a few times not quite grasping her meaning, "did you just insult me?"

Dean snickered at his brothers delayed reaction.

Ace shrugged, "depends on how you take it."

"I'm the nice one compared to my brother." Sam reminded her looking hurt for a brief millisecond.

Ace pursed her lips into a tight line as she took the younger Winchester boy in.

"Keep telling yourself that. We all have a dark side." Ace scoffed in disagreement.

Sam was offended by her words, "most people like me."

"Yeah, and I'm sure that's the truth, Sammy, but you also have a dark side like everybody else in the world." Ace smirked at him as his face twitched upon hearing her words.

"Hey! I'm the only one who gets to call my brother, Sammy." Dean countered, exchanging a glance with Sam.

"Whatever floats your boat, sweetheart." Ace breathed out a chuckle watching the driver go green with anger.

"Let me tell you something-" Dean started only for him to be cut off by the vehicle coming to a sudden stop. There was white smoke billowing out from the dead engine causing a look of horror to show on his face, "my car!"

Ace knew she shouldn't be prideful about his car dying, but she was.

Dean had a murderous look plastered on his face. He was ready to strangle the girl, but refrained from doing so.

"The car maybe old, but it's newly repaired. You see Dean recently fixed it up. This has to do with something else." Sam informed the redhead in an even tone of voice.

Ace knew the two were fed up with her so she was about to skip out.

"I have to go to the restroom." Ace emotionlessly stated, feeling a bit guilty about the current situation.

"You can hold it," Dean warned clearly unhappy.

Ace made sure neither of the two were watching when she snuck out of the vehicle. She had a vague idea of where she was letting her feet drag her too. She kept mindlessly walking until she spotted an all too familiar house show up in her vision. She got closer to the beige one story house, and saw no one was home which gave her free reign to waltz in.

"Is anyone home?" Ace shouted throughout the house. She was about to walk into the empty house when a throat being cleared captured her attention.

"You may not want to go in there, unarmed. Not a smart move on your part." Dean piped up from behind her.

Ace was infuriated as she chanced a glance at Sam. She caught a glimpse of the car, and wondered what had happened to it.

"Neither was sneaking off. I thought we were in this together." Sam groaned in his annoyance.

"Says who? The ghost fairy?" Ace snorted in amusement.

"The ghost fairy?" Dean chuckled at the very thought.

Sam shook his head in response at the two, "Ace, do you know this place?"

"Once upon a time, this home belonged to my half brother, and his family. Either, they took off to Canada with him or worst," Ace said glancing from one to the other.

"What could be worst?" Sam voiced.

"Death." Ace simply replied causing the tension to grow.

"I thought you said Riker wouldn't return to Canada." Dean spoke up, confused.

"Riker wouldn't especially since it's a trap, but it's better to be safe than sorry." Ace began to chew her fingernails.

"So we're headed to Canada?" Sam seemed worried by the thought.

"Looks that way, Sammy, boy." Dean slapped Sam's shoulder.

Ace rolled her eyes not wishing to go.

"Um, I'll stay here." Ace said motioning to the abandoned home.

"What?" Dean chuckled before turning serious, "afraid to travel cross-country with two guys?"

"It's not just that. I'd really rather not feel all of the emotions." Ace said, feeling cold all of a sudden.

"Ace, you don't have an option this time. You're coming with us since you'll be able to sense your idiot brother. Sam, would you like to do the honors?" Dean spoke sounding as agitated as could be.

Ace backed up into a corner all the while Sam wore a look of confusion.

"Do the honors of what? Knocking the poor girl out?" Sam asked seeming uncertain.

"Fine, I'll do it." Dean huffed, and walked over to Ace who was unable to put distance between them when he picked her up, and slung her over his shoulders like a rag doll. He shot Sam an annoyed glance who sighed in response.

Ace was unbearably uncomfortable, "what the hell? Put me down!"

"Keep your panties untwisted, shortcake." Dean chuckled upon throwing her down in the backseat of the car.

Ace disliked him further. Her hatred continued to grow for him.

Sam wore a look of unease as he slid into the passenger seat of the car.

"Was that really necessary?" San seemed to be bothered by his brother at the moment.

"Would you rather hang around here all day, and accomplish nothing?" Dean questioned his brother.

"Yeah, but there are other ways to go about things." Sam reminded his delinquent brother through gritted teeth.

Ace popped up, and decided to break the tension, "ya two gonna kiss yet?"

The two shot her a look as Dean started the car up.

"That's disgusting. We're brothers." Sam said as if she were a little kid.

"Ya, act more like lovers. I ship it." Ace giggled earning a look of annoyance from Dean.

"Ace, give us a break already." Sam sighed.

"There's an 'us.' How cute!" Ace chirped earning a look of disapproval from Sam.

"Ace, stop it. Please." Sam pleaded shutting his eyes.

Ace smirked at how easy it was to annoy the two. She planned to make it difficult for them since she had to deal with the emotions of the world on their mission.

"I'm sorry, but you bitches leave me with no choice." Ace spoke up after a long moment of silence.

"Hey, I'm nobody's bitch!" Dean corrected her in a warning tone, "Sam, might be, but I'm not."

Sam's eyes shot open, "how much longer to the motel?"

"Not too much longer." Dean informed Sam as Ace tried to think of something else witty to say.

"Where's the Ace of all trades going to sleep?" Sam shot his brother a curious look as he pulled into the parking lot of a motel.

"I can sleep in the woods or the car, but I ain't staying with you fools." Ace had her mind made up.

"Cute, but you are staying with us so you don't run off anymore." Dean announced while turning the car engine off.

"He's got a point." Sam agreed leaving her with no options.

"I thought I had at least two choices." Ace blurted, feeling less like a person.

"You left us with no options to provide you with. We have now is made up decisions instead for you, and us." Dean announced getting out of the car followed by Sam, and Ace.

"Does this mean you two will become lovers then?" Ace giggled after letting the question leave her lips.

"Not a chance." Sam shook his head in disagreement.

"You'll be sleeping in the bed with me, doll." Dean shot her a brief smile.

Ace felt herself drain of all color, "why can't I-"

"It's not up for debate." Dean cut her question off.

Sam had the same question in mind, but knew what his brother would respond with. He didn't bother asking the same question.

"Yes, father." Ace mimicked watching Dean pull a disgusted face at the very thought.

"I'm not your father." Dean blatantly stated.

"She was kidding." Sam was hoping his brother would chill out.

The night was going to be a long one.
