Can you believe that we're at numbers 61-80? I think I'll stop at 100, but who knows? Anyway, I would like to apologize ahead of time for all the Rico/Julien, I watched Kaboom and Kabust recently and was struck with a new story idea and decided to write a few little bits for it. I'm also sorry for focusing on Rico so much, he is my favorite, but I tried to use a lot of other characters to make up for it.

69 Close- is connected to 62 Secret and is highly suggestive

77- is a continuation of 69 Close

"To live is the rarest thing in the world. Most people exist, that is all." ― Oscar Wilde

61) Surprise

Skipper relied on his gut feelings more than anything else, which is why for the life of him, he couldn't understand how he didn't see the break-up coming. Then again, when it came to Marlene, she always managed to surprise him. In fact that's what made him fall for her in the first place.

62) Secret

My bed is far too empty for my liking- J

What do you want me to do about it?- R

I want you to come over and make it less empty. That's more of an order than a request btw –J

Rico chuckled to himself, he glanced over to Kowalski's room and saw that the scientist was sound asleep before sending his reply.

See you in 10 –R

63) Fantasy

Roy and Bing got to live their ultimate fantasy, getting to be a part of the Lunacorns, even if it had been a total accident. It's an understatement to say that Private was a bit jealous.

64) Imaginary

It was one part cute and one part creepy that Mort still had an imaginary friend at the age of ten, but no one dared to speak ill of Rodney less they wanted Mort to use his sad-eyes on them.

65) Lottery

Fred went a little crazy after winning the lottery and found himself near broke in two weeks; Julien probably wasn't the best influence at the time.

66) Confusion

Rico stared at the scene before him with wide eyes, he hadn't been this confused since he was fifteen and Miguel had kissed him.

68) Tension

Kowalski and Henrietta went from a typical rivalry into something creepy and unsettling. And by creepy and unsettling, an obvious sexual tension that made anyone in a twenty-foot radius uncomfortable and slightly nauseous.

69) Close

A groan caught in Rico's throat as Julien bucked up against him, the younger man's heels digging into lower back for leverage. Every touch, every kiss seemed to be fleeting. Clothes could not be removed fast enough and were thrown to the floor without a second thought. It had been several weeks since they had seen each other and even when they were finally skin-to-skin it felt like they still could not get close enough.

70) Rumors

Chuck Charles had heard stories of an elite task force stationed in New York for years and encouraged the interns at the news station to think they were just rumors. Even through reporting was in his nature, he knew when the truth was best thought to be nothing more than gossip.

71) Double Date

"You will pay for this Skipper, mark my works." Kowalski practically snarled at his commanding officer who at least had the decency to look embarrassed.

"In my defense did you even see how gorgeous Kitka looked in the light?"

"No, because I was too busy trying to comprehend you telling her that Rico and I were life partners." The migraine was already forming and they were still getting ready for dinner. How was Skipper their leader?

"Technically you and Rico are partners."

"In terms of mission assignments and weapon testing or development, not romantically or sexually. You know what I'm not even going to argue, because I'm getting a free dinner out of it."

"Wait, Rico already agreed to pay for you?" Before he could answer Skipper's question Rico appeared in the doorway and tapped his watch impatient.

"Ready?" He grunted and Skipper looked in the mirror one more time to straighten his bowtie while Kowalski rolled his eyes and made is way over Rico just ready for the night to be over. Even more so when Rico purred and gave him a wink.

"I don't put out on the first date, at least until the second drink." Skipper choked behind him and Kowalski couldn't help but smirk. He would make sure that the fearless leader would regret this.

72) Disappointment

Buck Rockgut was not what Skipper had expected; then again, the man had obviously gone insane during his years of waiting for the Red Squirrel.

73) Friendship

An unlikely friendship had formed between Leonard and Joey, it had taken some time (the two were polar opposites.) However, their mutual agreement that the Penguins did more harm than good was a quick bonding point. The only time they seemed to fight was when the discussion of which of the penguins was the worst of the group.

74) Dinner

Even after explaining to Private that the bones that made up Savio's jewelry were in fact human, the youngest of the team saw nothing wrong with accepting the man's dinner invitation.

75) Late Night

Skipper was always the first to wake up, which is why he was confused to hear the TV on as he walked down the stairs. Upon stepping quietly into the living room and over to the couch where he could now hear Rico snoring, a fond smile found its way onto his face. The younger man was sound asleep, stretched out on the couch with an arm draped over Kowalski, who was laying on top of him, also asleep.

For a moment, he considered waking them, but one glance at the papers scattered across the coffee table and floor it was clear that the two had put in a late night going over possible equipment for future missions. So instead, he grabbed the throw from the back of the couch and covered the two before turning off the TV and making his way to the kitchen for coffee.

76) Doctor

At first they thought it was just bad luck and then it was sabotage, but after seeing the new nurse, a stunning young woman named Shawna, the real reason for Private's increase in visits to the ER became clear.

77) Caught

"What in the name of Nixon's foreign policy?" Rico had been enjoying a blissful afterglow with Julien draped over his chest when Skipper burst into the room startling them both. Neither of them dared to breathe watching Skipper piece everything together, the commander's face turning red. "Get dressed and get your ass back to base, soldier. You have some serious explaining to do."

"Wait-"

"I'll deal with you later, Ringtail." Seeing Julien flinch caused Rico to glare at Skipper before bringing his attention back to the prince, he kissed Julien softly and whispered an apology against his lips. It had only been a matter of time before they were caught anyway.

78) Scars

Each of the Penguins had their fair share of scars, except for Private, who still looked young and free of battle fatigue. However, his eyes reflected that he had seen things he would rather forget, but never would.

79) Cry-Wolf

One of these days Skipper was going to ignore Julien's cries for help, but as Maurice began to shout as well it was clear that today was not that day.

80) Thanksgiving

When Private had first transferred from MI6, he had been unsure about American customs, particularly Thanksgiving. Which he had thought to be a pointless holiday that was only about eating as much food as possible in one sitting. However, once he took his place at the table surrounded by his team (which had become his family) and friends, he realized that there was a deeper meaning than he had realized.
