Glovis E16 – month 2.

Anakin stuck by his word when he said he was going to try and bring the old Padme back, destroy this Dark Princess. In that time, they had learned to work together, they weren't exactly in an environment where they could be enemies, it required team work and of course they would turn against each other every now and then, but ultimately, they did what they had to do to survive, which just so happened to be trusting each other. The Dark Princess began getting frustrated with herself, at times she could feel herself slipping away from the dark side and returning to the light, because of him. For Anakin it was quite the opposite, he got frustrated easier, angry easier and he was allowing himself to act on this frustration, the darker he was becoming, the lighter Padme was becoming. That wasn't just a coincidence, despite working together they had also been working against each other, getting inside each other's mind without either of them realising and this was what causing their 'mood swings.'

They had gone from city to city when after realizing that they where useless, their current location was a city called; Fort Clirrun, the Captial of Glovis E16. They had been there for a couple of days working on some telecommunication systems, Anakin had managed to get a few SOS calls out, but none reached the people or the planets he needed. By this time, he had let Padme out of her restraints, he had not given her any weapon back, all she was really interested in right now was Anakin doing all the work and her going on a shopping trip. I mean, who says you can't enjoy luxury as a sith? Anakin was growing impatient of useless calls and responses, so he decided to take a break, walk through the city himself. As he walked he didn't really see any unusual activity, in fact the civilians where rather confused as to whether Anakin was going to hurt them or not? He was allying with a sith lord after all, but he posed no threat. He was quickly stopped in his tracks when he saw the hooded Sith Lady talking to someone from the city, looking rather suspicious. He watched closely and took a mental picture of the individual she was talking to, but it wasn't long before their discussion had ended, and Padme had begun to walk in his direction, he quickly clocked where the individual was heading before turning to hide the fact that he was watching her, he looked through the parts being sold in front of him before hearing her voice behind him. "Following me?" Padme asked with an arch of an eyebrow, Anakin grinned turning around. "I'm a Jedi you are a Sith, it's kind off my duty." He nodded letting out a soft smile, she doing the same thing. The first bit of mutual affection they had shared for each other, which meant the light in Padme was coming through, he just had to use a bit of charm and things he knew where very personal to her. Step-by-Step. "But in this case, this was just a mere coincidence." He told her once more as he continued to slowly walk through the city, Padme following. "So, what plan do you have for us getting out of here?" She asked him, his eyebrows arched. "You assume I make a plan for us both? What plan do you have to get YOURSELF out of here?" He tormented, looking at her as they walked. "Have you ever considered the fact that I am following orders? My attempt in turning you to the dark side requires me to be with you constantly, give or take a few moments when I need to separate myself from your intolerable self. So, yes. A plan for us both, wherever you go…I go." She admitted in a cold way. "Key word; Attempt." He told her before walking off from her eventually getting back to the small sand covered house they where residing in.

That evening, whilst Padme was sleeping Anakin had left the house to the location of the alien like species that she had been talking to through the day. He was careful and quiet until the time was right, when he grabbed him and dragged him into a dark alley threatening his lightsaber to the mans throat. "What did she say to you?" He demanded, not ever going to hurt the 'innocent' but he needed the information. "I don't know what you are talking about." Anakin rolled his eyes at the male's response, "You do know I am holding a weapon that can end your life in an instant. I saw you talking with the Sith Lady this afternoon and I demand that you inform me of the information she gave you, or you may have the fate of the entire galaxy on your hands." Anakin seemed aggressive but more in persuasive, give me your information way, not in a harmful way. When the seemingly scared male didn't answer, Anakin sighed softly withdrawing his lightsaber. "Either way you are going to tell me. Willingly or I can get inside your mind and find out that way. I will not allow harm to come to you and if you help me now, I can assure you a generous reward will be gifted to you." Anakin hoped the softer approach worked, thankfully it did. "The Dark Princess, she told me a lot of things. To transmit to Chancellor Palpatine." He said in fear, more fear of what Padme would do if she found out he had told him, Anakin's eyebrows arched. "What did you say? What does Chancellor Palpatine have to do with this?" Anakin asked, already feeling like he knew, but refusing to believe it. "She told me he was her master, Master Skywalker. That he plans to destroy the Jedi order, and build his galactic empire." Anakin was shocked, he stayed silent for a moment, he couldn't believe it, but then again, all the signs where there, Palpatine knew too much of the dark side of the force, of the history of the Jedi order, things only force users would know, Anakin had always felt a strong connection to the chancellor, he just didn't know how. Finally, swallowing hard he finally spoke up again. "Anything else?" he questioned arching his eyebrows, the male shook his head before Anakin thanked him and released him, running his hand through his hair he let out a sigh, his heart racing fast at the news. He had to get back to Coruscant fast, he had to stop Palpatine before he destroyed everything, Anakin was distracted from his thoughts by a sharp electric pain in his arm, then another in his other arm, his legs and around his body. Looking around he saw he was in electrified chains with four guards of the city assisting Padme. "and the hero becomes the prisoner, how the tables have turned. Did you really think I was dumb enough to not notice you spying on me earlier?" Padme scowled to him, her dark hooded figure and her burning yellow eyes. "Debatable." Anakin furrowed his eyebrows in anger, not completely shocked by her betrayal, still frustrated by her actions. 1 step forward 2 steps back. "Take him away!" She demanded the guards who where only helping her due to a dangerous threat she had imposed on them all.

Obi-Wan had no luck in finding Anakin on Fegwa A16, he had one more major city to visit but his hopes weren't heightened, still he did have another planet to visit. After figuring that Anakin was not on this planet, Obi-wan returned to his ship and sent a holographic com link through to Windu. "Master Windu, I have had no luck in finding Anakin. Fegwa A16 is a lost cause, I will immediately start my search on Tholla Y16 and inform you of any updates." Obi wan told the Jedi master as he sat in his brown robe. "We still have much ground to cover here on Aspoth 416, but so far no signs of Skywalker. We cannot give up hope. We will find your Padawan." Windu assured his friend, seeing the worry in his face. "Oh, I have no concerns for Anakin's safety, I have trained him well, But I must admit I would find it more comforting when we know of his exact whereabouts." Obi-Wan admitted, her cared about Anakin like a son, he would feel a lot of ease to have his partner fighting by his side again. "I will keep you informed, good luck with the rest of your search." Windu nodded, "And you, master." Before the two Jedi knights ended their discussion and Obi-Wan began his flight into the atmosphere of Tholla Y16, a planet known for its trading amongst planets within their galaxy. It was quite popular when it came to the exporting of goods to Coruscant and considered to be Coruscant's sister planet. "Oddball do you copy?" Obi-Wan called out to his search party. "Copy, Master Kenobi." The leader of the search party responded back. "Tholla Y16 is a lot larger than Fegwa, I suggest we split up, you take half your team on the west side of the planet starting from the south and I will lead the other half over the east, from there we will search the north together." Obi-Wan ordered as they entered the atmosphere.

Anakin had been knocked unconscious from whatever substance was forced down his throat prior to his imprisonment, when he woke up he groaned at the pain coming from his head, the tight feeling of his wrists being restrained above his head and his vision a little blurry. When he could finally focus he saw Padme standing in front of him, "What do you want?" he groaned, not fearing her or her intentions. "To begin with your training of the dark side. Now you are aware of the emperor's identity, I can sense you have a powerful anger burning inside you, more powerful than you could even handle. This is the opportune moment." She smirked, looking at him. He let out a soft sight and looked to her, "Leave your empty threats for someone who desires them. I do not fear you or the emperor and I can assure you, you will never succeed in your 'master' plans." Anakin told her, "Consider myself admired by your fortitude, but you are foolish to believe you can ever defeat the power of the dark side." She responded to him, Anakin's eyebrows arched. "And what do you know of the dark side, Padme?! You were no Jedi before this, no force user, you were a senate who's only power was her voice. You want to know why the emperor wants me to join him? Because he knows you are no power to him, you can manipulate, and you can occasionally rise to physical conflict, but you could never match the power of a fully trained Jedi Knight. You are just an accessory, a temporary apprentice until he gets what he truly desires because that's how the dark side works Padme! You don't work for anybody, you work for yourself, you do not care for those around you, he has turned his back on the republic and he will happily turn his back on you. That is the difference between the dark side and the light, the Jedi will never turn their backs on you, never leave a man behind and most definitely never give up, it's the reason I haven't given up on you. Senator Padme Amidala is not made for the dark side, she is not the dark side, she is everything light within the force, I can feel it, I can see it, and whilst I consider myself admired by your fortitude, you are foolish to believe you truly are a sith lord." Anakin used her own words against her, told her everything she didn't want to hear or believe, but everything she needed to hear, Anakin could see how it affected her, the way her yellow eyes burned more with hatred and anger towards her master, yet softened when she realised that he was right. How her facial expressions changed from tense and corrupted to soft and gentle, how her ears perked at her true name, her true self, and how despite his weakness, despite him being held her prisoner, he still didn't fight it, fight her, he still tried to reach out to her. "I know you are still in there, I know the good in you has not left, I know you care for those you served, for those you protected, for me…you wouldn't still wear the jappor snippet I made you when I was ten under your robe otherwise…" He was cut off by her anger. "STOP THIS!" she called out, using a powerful spurt of force against him, it was like a hard hid just by the force, he flinched in pain but kept his eyes on her. She couldn't take his words anymore, before she stormed out closing the cell door behind her. "I'll get you back, Padme…" Anakin whispered to himself, before leaning his head back against the wall letting out a soft sigh.

I have some good news, I am aware the first few chapters have been more action based, more conflict between Anakin and Padme as they battle with their enemy status in their current situation, but I am happy to announce that Anidala romance will start to slowly occur in the coming chapters!
