Hey guys! Sorry for the delay, I havn't had acces to this computer in forever. But anyways, here is the next chapter...
Rachel had no idea what to do. And it looked like Finn didn't either. She looked at him with panic, looking aound for a place to hide.
"Umm, I'll just uh, stay in your room until he's gone. If that's okay with you." Rachel said quickly. Finn nodded and yelled to Jesse that he would be right there. Finn then went into his closet to change and Rachel looked around wondering where to go. It's not like she didn't want to see Finn change, because believe me, she did, but she felt like that would be very weird. She was in a relationship with another guy. So she went into Finn's bathroom, and awkwardly sat on the bathtub.
She positioned herself so she couldn't see Finn's body, although she wanted to. She peaked through the bathroom door to see if he was gone yet, but instead saw him pulling a shirt over an amazing body. She quietly gasped and stepped away from the door. She couldn't deny that she was very attracted to Finn, but she didn't know if she wanted to leave her boyfriend for him. They had chemistry, but she couldn't help but feel like Jesse was a safe choice. They already knew eachother, said they were in love, and it would just be bad if she fell in love with her boyfriends friend. But still, if she wasn't happy, why should she stay in the relationship? If Finn makes her happy, who's to say that they aren't right for eachother?
Finn walked downstairs to see Jesse waiting on his couch, holding out a beer.
"Hey Jesse." Finn said awkwardly. He had kissed his girlfriend quite a few times before this. And she was upstairs in his room. They both sat down and silently watched the football game. Until Jesse said,
" So what did you think of Rachel?" He asked. Finn promptly choked on his beer.
"Umm, yeah, she was, she was cool. She uh, seemed cool, I don't know, I mean, I don't know her very well." Finn stuttered. He looked down and waited for Jesse to respond.
"Are you okay?" Jesse asked and looked at Finn.
"What? Yeah, yeah I'm fine." Finn said. He needed to be better at lying. "Actually I have to go to the bathroom, so I'll be right back." He said and went to his room. He saw Rachel sitting on the floor reading one of his books. He smiled, even though she looked very bored. She looked up from the book and smiled. But that look quickly turned into a look of panic. She stood up and went to him.
"What are you doing? Did Jesse leave?" She asked.
"No. Are you okay up here? I can sneak you out if you want?" He asked sweetly. She shook her head.
"No, I'm fine, really." She said and smiled. "But, do you know when he's gonna leave?" She asked. Finn laughed and said that he would probably leave after the game. Finn then went back downstairs and awkwardly sat next to Jesse. They talked a little, but not much. Once the game was done, Jesse asked if he could stay the night.
"I think Rachel is gonna be at Santana's, so I'm gonna be all alone." Finn just stood there looking at him, knowing that if he stayed the night Rachel would have to wait even longer. But Finn just couldn't say no to anyone. So he said yes. Hours later, Jesse went to bed, and Finn did too.
When he went up to his room, he sighed and rubbed his hand through his brown hair. When he went into his room, he saw Rachel lying sideways on his bed, passed out. He laughed and put a blanket over her. He went to change and when he came back, she had woken up.
"Sorry Rach, I didn't mean to wake you." He said apoligeticly.
"It's okay. So did Jesse leave?" She asked and got up, ready to leave.
"Umm, no. He asked to stay the night." He said slowly.
"Fiiiinn." She whined. "What am I going to do now?" She said and pouted. Finn had the urge to kiss the pout off her lips, but didn't, because he knew they wanted to take it slow, since Rachel was in another relationship.
"Well, you could stay the night." He said, hoping maybe she would. "We wouldn't have to do anything, you just wouldn't have to drive during nightime and-" He was cut off with Rachels laugh.
"Sure, Finn. I'll stay. But no funny bussiness." She said while jokingly pointing her finger. He laughed as they both got into Finns bed.
"Goodnight Rach." He said.
"Night Finn." Rachel said sleepily. While Rachel quickly fell asleep, Finn was still awake, wondering how this would work out. He really liked Rachel, but she was seriously involved. And her boyfriend was his friend. It was a bad situation, but he knew that people sometimes just fall in love, and noone can doing anything about it. It wasn't until Rachel rolled over and layed her head on Finn's chest that he started getting sleepy. The feeling of her skin and hair over Finn was too nice, and he couldn't help but kiss the top of her head. Then he realized that she was a very light sleeper. She woke up with the slightest touch of his lips on her head. She looked up at him and smiled.
"Couldn't stay away, huh?" She said and laughed very quietly.
"Sorry, Rach. You just looked-" He said then stopped, feeling a little uncomfortable. He looked down at her, still on his chest. Her big brown eyes moved downwards to his lips, and his eyes to her plump pink lips. She slowly came closer to him, until they were kissing. They kept kissing, not even caring about anything or anyone else. They then came up for air, and with one last kiss, she brought her head back to his chest and snuggled into him. She couldn't believe that she had such strong feeling for Finn already, but she did, and she couldn't stop them from coming. She was realizing that Finns kiss was going to become her drug, and she couldn't go long without it. She brought her head up to his neck and stayed there. It wasn't long before they were both fast asleep, wrapped up in eachothers arms. They both knew that this was getting much more complicated, but they didn't care right now. Their feelings were growing fast, and as long as they made eachother happy, that's all that mattered.
"Finn!" Rachel jolted awake by the sound. It wasn't her voice, it wasn't Finn, it was Jesse's. "Finn, I'm leaving now!" Rachel shook Finn and he sleepily asked what it was that she wanted.
"Finn, Jesse's leaving and I don't know if he's going to come up here so get up!" She demanded in a whisper.
"Alright, alright." He said and sighed. He got out of bed and went downstairs. Rachel stayed upstairs, knowing that she should get up and get ready, but not wanting to leave Finns nice bed. She just sighed and layed back down, wondering how this would all work out. She then heard footsteps and looked up and saw Finn. "How long are you planning on staying over?" He asked and smiled.
She laughed and said "I don't know, I feel like I should leave, but I really want to stay." She pouted.
"Well then stay." He said quietly, then he looked over at Rachel and her lips. He sometimes felt like he could control himself, and other times he just wanted to do anything he could think of to her.
:Finn?" She asked quietly. "What is this that we have? I mean, are we like, in a relationship, or is it casual, or what?" She asked slowly, almost wanting things to become serious between her and Finn. "Cause, I mean, I'm in your bed right now and I snuck in your house just to see you." She said and laughed drily.
"Well, what do you want to do?" He wanted things to get serious, because he had strong feelings for her, but she was in another relationship.
"I... I want, to be with you. I think. I mean, I really like you but it's complicated." She said, not wanting to sound rude.
"Well, we could just, try it out." Finn said and shrugged. Rachel almost laughed because he was still so cute and child-like in this serious moment.
"Okay." She said "Okay." She smiled. They both thought that after they had tried this out, they could see if they wanted to move forward. Rachel and Finn both felt a little guilt, but pushed it aside. This just felt right. She moved forward and brought her face up to his. She smiled when he nodded, then they both went in for the kiss. Their kisses, as always, kept going for several minuted until she sighed and said she should go. She got her stuff ready, but went up to his and kissed his lips several times before she laughed and left. He could already tell that he was falling, hard. And she might've been too.
