Chapter 4
Izaku was scared. So scared that he couldn't stop the shaking in his legs as he and his mother were led to a meeting room in the QPA office.
"Well I would say congregations are in order," a young secretary said as she leads the two to the meeting room.
"Thank-you," Izaku's mother said tightly as they were lead into the meeting room.
"Your welcome," the receptionist replied before continuing, "now moving on, the handler for this case will miss Green Page or as she likes to be called Page. She will be here in just a moment."
With that said the receptionist walked out the room to retrieve the person overseeing the contract negotiations.
"It will be alright Izaku. I'm sure there aren't that many bids on your sweetpea," Inko said to her son quietly.
Izaku just nodded before turning to the door as it opened to let a pretty red-head around her early thirty's in.
"Hello there. You must be Izaku," she greeted with a smile, "Page Green or as you say in Japan Green Page."
"Hello," Inko greeted nervously, "sorry about him he gets shy when he's nervous."
Giving Izaku a smile filled with pity began quietly, "I'm sorry. I know this isn't what you want. Hell it's almost cruel the way the system is set up and I wish some way I could tell you everything is going to be okay but there isn't. The truth is you have the highest number of acceptable bids of anyone in your age range in years. What that means is that it is unlikely that you will be able to get rid of all the bidders. Now let's begin."
"Given that is a virgin and had the x chromosome treatment pills you can set the minimum asking price for fifteen million yen per year with an allowance of two hundred thousand per month. Is this acceptable?"
"That sounds about right," Inko said before looking at the defeated form of her son.
Looking at her list Page started crossing names off the list of bidders that hadn't offered enuff in the silent action before starting, "now that that's taken care of here is the list of people that make your cut for the interview part of this unpleasant business. Please look at it and tell me if there's anyone on here that you either of you thinks shouldn't be bothered with and why. Also please tell me if there is anyone you think that we should prioritise before anyone else."
Passing the sheet over to the mother-son duo Page only had to way a few seconds before hearing the hopeful cry from the young boy in front of her, "Kacchan!"
Taking pity on the other woman Inko decided to explain, "Bakugou Katsuki has been our neighbour for years and has been helping out for years. I had hoped that his name would be on the list. If it hadn't been on this one I would have asked to look at all the bids names. You haft to realise that as long as that boy had bid I would have yes even if it was only five yen. I trust no one with my little boy then Katsuki expressly now that he got that Yuuei scholarship."
"Mum, you haft to see how much Kacchan bid and for what," Izaku cried getting his mother's attention.
Looking at the proposal Inko couldn't help look at her now shying son before playfully commenting, "Katsuki always did say you'd always be his and looking at this I'm inclined to agree I only hope that once that boy makes an honest man of you."
Looking at his mother horrified Izaku simply nodded before page asked, "should I call him in?"
"Please," was Inko's only response.

Katsuki arrived at the QRA office at around 10 am knowing that his Deku's appointment was set for 9:30 am. Walking up to the front desk he greeted the receptionist, "yo."
"Can I help you," the receptionist asked.
"Probley not for a few minutes. I'm at the top of an excepted interview list and you will be asked to call me to set up an interview time. I figure better to wait for a few minutes then have my little Deku then give him time to come up with a way to say no. This is for his own good after all," Katsuki said giving her a cocky smirk, "my name is Bakugou Katsuki by the way."
"Thank-you , I'll call you when were ready," the receptionist said hoping that the cocky brat wasn't called at all. After all, what parent would be will give their child to that delinquent. He'd probably rape the poor kid.
Katsuki for his part was mildly entertained by the horrified look on the receptionists face as she looked at him, 'probably thinking about how I'm going to enjoy raping Deku. Fucking hypocrite doesn't even think about how she sells kids to be sex slaves daily. At least Deku will only haft to sell himself to one person. Some kids are bid on by a different person every year.'
The phone rang before the receptionist called him over with a scowl, "it seems you were right. The meeting is in room 178. Go down the hall and take a left."
"Thanks," Katsuki called over his shoulder as he took off all but running down the hall towards what he knew to be his greatest prize yet.
Arriving at the door Katsuki knocked twice before walking in with his evilest smirk on his face directed straight at Izaku.
"Well looky here. A sweet little Deku all mine for the taking," Katsuki said as he walked up to Izaku before picking him up and taking his seat with Izaku now on his lap.
"I'm not that small Kacchan," Izaku cried indignantly.
"Your only 150cm tall and with the X pills in you not likely to get more then another 15 cm. Your small for a boy our age and the gap is only going to grow so shut up and get used to it. Besides, in an hour, you'll be mine until you're of legal age to say otherwise. So shut up and enjoy being mine you fucking nerd," growled at Izaku.
Smiling Inko asked, "so what's your plan for my little boy Katsuki?"
Turning to her Katsuki replied, "I plan to force him to marry me."
"Oh how so," Inko asked liking the idea of Katsuki marrying her son.
"Simple really, I want him to be mine until he is of legal age so the next 5 years and 10 months. In that time, he will live with me and at some point in that time he will force to give birth to at least two of my kids but knowing you-you want at least four right? I figure that while I'm not sure if I love him or not that I sure as hell will be by the time we're 20 and by then Deku will love the kids enough to say with me if he dosesn't love me by then," Katsuki replied.
Butting in Page said, "that sweet and all but what is the offer you wish to make on Izaku. As sweet as this is we can't let you simply take him. He had 128 other offers."
Sighing a bit Katsuki replied, "Alright miss whatever your name is heard what I'm willing to pay for may Deku and this is what I want in return. I will pay one billion yen for him to stay with me for the next 6 years. This has a second condition that must be met. He must give me two children that are alive. If they have my quirk or not doesn't matter really. I will also pay him five hundred thousand yen a month while living with me. This means that he must live with me the entire time for these 6 years. A few days away with friends or school trips is okay but the majority of the time he must live with me and must sleep in my bed with me. I just bout a new three bedroom apartment near Yuuei so that we can live close to the school. He must also at least try and let me court him. Other than that he can do anything he wants except continue to try and be a professional hero."
Finishing filling out a sheet she first hands it over to Katsuki to look over. Once he nodded in existence it was handed to Inko to look over. As Inko was looking over rough contract Katsuki pulled out a check and wrote it for her. Pulling a pen Inko signed the contract once Katsuki handed her the check before signing the contract himself not bothering to look at Izuku knowing that he has no say in this and it will only hurt him if he try's to be nice about it. With that done the contract was handed back to Page.
"Well then now that that's taken care of. The last thing to take care of is the first breeding. If you will follow me I will lead you to the breeding room assigned to ," Page said with an air or professionalism as sh led a calm Katsuki who was carrying Izaku who was in shook.
Upon arriving at the room Page gave Katsuki two blue pills before saying, "these should make it a little easier."
"thanks," Katsuki said before walking into the room and dropping Izaku onto the bed.
