Skellbros:
* Sans and Pap are brother who live in a small village(Snowdin)..

- Pap is training to become a knight while Sans works at a Muffet's bakery. Both have magic, the taller brother and create weapons and shield. Sans has powerful magic that he keeps swept under the rug. Most people think he can just teleport short distances, which helps with the bakery's deliveries. (Get a Blaster Dragon form later?)

- Specters are hidden guardians to the royal family (Like the sheikian of LOZ). They have varying power but member has the ability to shape-shift (They can have preference for some form or some can only be used by certain families). And the demon has slowly been reducing their numbers over generations till it was defeated once more.

Their mother was a skeleton while the father, Gaster, was the last full blooded Specter. Who took the form of a skeleton to be with her. He also was the royal mage/wizard of the king. But he went missing and is presumed dead. Gaster kept his family's life very private so many don't know he had a wife, let alone children.

While Pap would be tall like Gaster but would take more from the mother, Sans gets more from their father.

Royal Family:
* Frisk and Chara are twin sisters adopted by the king and queen. Their son, prince Asriel really loves them and they love him. Frisk is the name the skelebros give her, her real name is...(name)

- Asriel predominantly uses plant based magic. He can send out talking flowers to spy or send messages (Flowery *wink wink*)

- Frisk and Chara are a little harder to figure out. I mean how can I let them have powers without making them op, resetting and such? Should they just not have power and be really skilled with a sword instead. Both?

Frisk has the power to freeze or slow down time for short burst. (No resets). Chara can...too?

Other:
* A lot of the other characters would just be in similar positions to their game counterparts. Like:

Undyne (General)
Alphys (New Head Mage)
Mettaton (A suit of armor given life by Alphy. Kind of like Alphonse Elrics, just without the blood seal and such)

Plot:

Chara is possessed by an ancient demon who has plans to take over the land. She did wishes to be a queen but was adopted and not first in line. The demon plans to kill the prince.

A member of the court finds out and Chara kills him. Frisk witnesses it and the demon make her a child, though it wanted to kill her but Chara's love for her got in the way. The now younger princess flees the castle. Chara makes the King and Queen think she's dead and the man tried to save her to cover it up.

Papyrus and Sans rescue her from an attacking wolf, but she does hit her head and loses her memory. Sans can sense the enchantment but doesn't know what to make of two brother bestow a name and take Frisk in as their sister.

Things are calm for awhile but then some (Bounty Hunters?) come looking for a child match Frisk's description. But the townfolks, who fell in love with Frisk warn the brothers and distract the men so the three can flee and find a place to hide until it's safe.

Sans takes the to his hidden place in the mountains, which he says was set up to stargaze.

The town decides it would be better they leave and find a place to hide Frisk since they don't know why she wanted. So after gathering supplies, along with some money and extra items donated, they head out. But before that Sans grabs a mysterious wrapped up object from his room.

Next they spend time traveling to keep from being found. They would meet many characters from (name) to . Sans is trying to figure out why the guards are being sent after a little girl.

Some time later they do meet Alpyus and Mettaon, they agree to let the three stay at their place. As Alpyus is the Head Mage and has the power to keep anyone from searching her home (and the fact some experiments may or may not explode...XD)

Asriel sneaks away, he had been secretly working on preventing his demon possessed sister from gaining too much power. Also while trying to find his other sister, Frisk. One of his flowers find her with the Head Mage and he sets out to meet her under the pretense of a hunting trip. (Yes he is a goat who should not be eating meat but I think that's the least unbelievable thing here XD)

But Chara had been waiting for such a moment to remove the prince from the picture. After Asriel arrive at Alpyus' they are attacked and all forced to flee.

After finding another safe spot, Asriel explains the situation abut Chara and who Frisk really is. Alpyus also as takes Sans aside and ask about his power as they reminded her of the previous head mage. He just denies it.

The group realizes they needed help, if there was to be a chance at stopping Chara (But the demon? No clue, though being what Sans and Pap are, they would be able to seal the creature away. But Sans is still keeping their origin under wraps.) Alpyus has the brilliant idea to get the help of the General Undyne , who was a friend of hers.

Undyne doesn't believe then right away but is soon convinced at the hidden turmoil and agrees to provide her assistance. Sans decides that's not enough and teleports back to his village to rally the others.

With Grillby and Muffet acting as decoys with a delivery of food to sneak inside the castle. Some servants catch them but don't raise the alarm after Frisk and Asriel explains situation to them. They had noticed the unusual behavior of the remaining princess. The servants and villagers create more distractions to keep the king and queen away from the coming confrontation.

Chara is waiting in the (throne room?). (lacking some ideas on the conversation) But the demon ends up recognizing magic from Sans and Paps, getting enraged that somehow a 'Specter Whelps'. (Alpyus realizing she was right before). A fight ensues, drawing the king and queen to the loud racket, they get briefly captured but are free soon after.

Sans convinces Paps and Undyne to take the royal family/others and flee. Leaving him to fight the demon head on, which doesn't work very well. While Sans' magic is strong, he also had very limited training outside of what was self taught. Papyrus returns, not one to leave his brother to fight alone.

Demon takes on a more powerful form, Chara passed out and trapped in the core. (ideas?)

The skelebros are trapped under falling debris...

Sans has a flashback to when his father was alive (Is he really dead? *wink*) about Specters power to shape shift, and that fills him with determination and his eye glows blue. Out of the rubble burst a skeletal dragon (like the ones in Skyrim but more european, four legs and such). The demon is deflated and Chara freed.

Sans recalls that his brother is still trapped and digs him out. (One of them should make a joke how Sans is now the taller one).

Finally the royal family reunited but there's also a small bit of sadness as Frisk would have to stay with the King and Queen. But Alpyus brings up an idea of a Sans and Pap being given positions at the caste as a reward, allowing them to still see Frisk. Sans becomes a royal mage while Papyrus becomes the knight he's always dreamed about being.

Frisk is brought back to her real age and slowly her memories return.

(Grillby might get a large royal investment to make his restaurant better than ever before. Same with Muffet. The villagers are also given rewards as well.)

Then the next part would begin with finding out what happened to Gaster.
