Prompt 81 Robin comes back without any memories Regina has to make him fall in love with her again

Everyone thought then it was over then his death was without any possible turning back, he was dead and this was the final answer. So after a month when he was brought back to life by Regina helping by Zelena and Emma it was a miracle, a shock to everyone but a miracle. The only problem was then this miraculous comeback wasn't without any trouble the problem was simple Robin didn't have his memories, not all at least.

He did remember to be an outlaw against the sheriff of Nottingham, he did remember his life with Marian and he did remember Roland but his memories stop here just before the curse who sent back everyone in Storybrook to the enchanted forest. He didn't have any memories of Regina or his life here in Storybrook for him the queen was just a stranger and worst only the evil queen.

Regina was devasted by this horrible situation but she did remember then she has been through worst than this, at least this time there was hope, hope for them to be together again, hope for a possible future, after all, they were both alive and she could do something for his missing memories she at least have to try to make him fall in love with her again.

Like every morning since he has been brought back Roland Little John Robin and she was eating breakfast at Granny's. It was Regina's favourite and worst moment of the day. On one side it was the best because she was with Roland and Robin but on another side, it was also the worst moment because he was just in front of her but he didn't remember her, and perhaps he didn't even understand why she has eaten breakfast with them all mornings, and why his son was so in love with her. This was such a terrible trial to endure, it was such painful. This particular situation remembers her an abominable time in her life when Henry didn't remember her too. It was like going back in time like life was mocking her again and again and again.

So this morning, when she saw them sat at their usual, places her heart like every day was beating so fast in her chest so terribly fast just the fact to see him drive her into madness she just wanted to run in his arms and never leave him again but she knows that this was impossible, so she put a courageous face and hide all the pain and desperate she was feeling at this moment and enters the restaurant showing nothing of her feelings.

"Gina!" screams Roland when he saw her

«Hello my little knight how are you today? " she said while she kissed him and put him in her arms

«I'm fine Gina and you? You miss me! Why we can't go to our house like before?" he said with tears in his eyes

"Oh sweetheart I already told you your daddy need some rest and now he doesn't even remember who I am so it's complicated. But I miss you too, and I love you okay? " Regina's answered him with tears in her eyes tears, tears that she ripped away quickly when she saw Robin comes in front of them with a strange look.

" Hello, Robin how are you? " She answered with a smile

" Great thank you. Roland come, my boy, the queen must be waiting for her breakfast with impatient don't disturb her " He said while he was taking Roland's hand in his

" Oh I'm fine don't worry," she said, even while she was letting Roland go away of her arms

She went to the famous table where little john who watched the scene gives her a little smile of encouragement

"How are you Regina ?" he said when she was sitting in front of him

" I have been better and I also have been worst so I'm alright, thank you," she told him with a grateful smile

" I'm sure you know everything would be better soon, just let him time to remember how much he loved and still love you without even knowing it "

Regina didn't have the opportunity to answers him considering robin's and Roland's arrived at the table. She only gives him a smile back.

" Roland my boy please sit. We went ordering food it will come soon"

While his father was speaking Roland sit beside his uncle only leaving a sit beside Regina. Robin notices that and with a hidden laugh of John, he sits beside Regina.

After some casual talk and ate their breakfast Roland ask his uncle to help him with something "secret", leaving Regina and Robin alone, for the first time in days.

" So everything is alright with Roland? And at your camp? «Regina finally asked after few minutes of uncomfortable silence

"Yeah, everything is good. Regina, I hope you will not take it in the wrong way…but why do you want to help me so much? " he said turning his body in her direction

"I know you don't remember any of your life here… but we were really… how to say this close… and we also have been through a lot of things since we know each other" Regina said with a shy voice

" Oh so you mean we were a couple?" He said with a little smile, smile than unfortunately, Regina didn't see.

" Yes… I would even say a family… with Roland and Henry of course, " she says with a little voice and her head down a little bit more than before.

" I had kind of understood that with Roland... you know he calls you mummy sometimes and you're both really close to each other so I kind of guess it, " He said moving his hand to reach Regina's chin for her to look at him.

"And how do you feel about that?" She said giving him a smile

"About you and me being a family?"

" Yes…you must think it's strange no? " She said laughing nervously a little bit

" Not really... you seem to be a wonderful mother after all" He answers her with a wink.

"Thank you. But I'm sure you're thinking that the evil queen has something in her mind for spending time with your son, no?"

"Honestly Regina perhaps I don't know you for a long time but I will not call you evil, bold and audacious perhaps but not evil." He said reaching her hand while he said that.

"Oh Robin, you already told me something like that"

"So why don't you trust it by the time now ?"

"Because I don't deserve it…" Regina starts but Robin cut her the moment she starts saying she didn't deserve it, just like before.

"I sure you do…Regina, I must apologise I do I did not have been really nice to you but I was so lost but you didn't deserve this treatment I'm sorry" He said looking away from her

"Oh no don't be sorry I understand your reaction you don't know me and..."

"But I did know you, Roland loves you and you bring me back to my son, so no Regina I'm sorry and never should have act like that"

"What would you think of a walk in the forest for try to know each other better ?" Robin asked after a small comfortable silence between them.

"Milady I think I have to admit that it's his idea"

"Absolutely not Regina," he said with a smile, a real one after all this time and it was a sign of hope for Regina a sign that her Robin was perhaps not that far away from each other after all.

They were in the forest for almost 3 hours talking about everything they could through at the moment, laughing, and sharing stories of their past, Robin past as a thief and Regina as the evil queen.

"Regina we have been talking about a long past for a long now but what about our recent past just before I have been killed and brought back without any memories, how was I ? how we were with each other ?" Robin finally asked what he wanted to ask her for a long time now.

"You were, you are an incredible father, amazing friend, and also an honourable man with is quite humoristic for a thief," she said with a big smile at the end of her sentence

" Thank you for that compliment milady. But I could also remember you, then no one would ever think that the "evil queen" would be so nice with children and common thief like me, " he said with a little laugh "but I can see you try to avoid my question so I will simply ask it again, how were we with each other Regina ?"

"We were I could say mad in love, really close to each other, protectors also. We were just one of the best things that I have ever had in my whole life"

"All this? Now I can see why you brought me back" He said reaching her hand and give her a kiss on her fingers.

"Why do you thought I brought you back for ?" Regina said with a smile, touching by his behaviour toward her.

"I would love to remember all the things that we lived Regina, but I know something"

"You really want to? " She said with hope in her eyes

"With this..." he said just before kissing her lips softly, at the moment they lips touch one another a powerful magical energy surrounds them and Regina knows than whatever curse could have been on Robin it was now broken and he must have his memories back, or at least she hoped so.

"I'm back Regina and I'll never leave you again," he said while he moves them a little for a look into her eyes

"Always together" Regina answer kissing him again before walking to Granny's for announcing to everyone the return of Robin's memories. Regina never feels so happy than right now with Robin, his memories were back, they confessed their love for each other and Henry and Roland were safe and would be so happy of Robin's real return everything was finally perfect, everything was like she always dreamed of.
