Chapter 4 The Spirit World

The Spirit World is a place where the mind can be stuck at if the individual has any type of stress upon their self whether it be positive or negative stress. The Spirit World can take the shape of many forms and there may be obstacles that the individual may need to overcome to come back to the real world. An individual can be in the real world in physical form but not in mental form.

Leo and Master Splinter entered the meditation room at 6 am as agreed. A very stressful situation placed a heavy dependability upon them to hopefully bring Brit back to the real world. No one said anything as everything that could have been said was said the night before. A stressful atmosphere was in the presence of the air that they are breathing in.

Both Leo and Master Splinter began their intense meditation that would lead them to the Spirit World. They cannot think about anything else except for Brit and entering the Spirit World or all could be lost. Master Splinter has never done this before as he began his meditation thinking about his daughter who has been thru so much in her short life span yet struggles so much in her life. He is thinking more deeply about being able to reach her sensitive mind that is entrapped in the Spirit World. He keeps on thinking these same thoughts as he meditates. As he is thinking these thoughts he starts to see the Spirit World, a sight that is unbelievable at first glance. Leo, on the other hand, thinks about how much his sister means to him as an individual. He also thinks about how he may need to help her to overcome the battle that she is entrapped in the Spirit World and how he will reach out to her no matter what he may need to endure as a result. Leo who has visited the Spirit World once before saw it once again and as it was before it currently is unbelievable to the naked eye.

The Spirit World an individual can see both good and bad images. Colors can vary from colors that are known to an individual to others that are not. It is a vision that an individual may or may not want to see ever again.

Leo and Master Splinter began walking side by side. "Follow me, we will have to go to the negative side as she will be trapped there with some obstacle and it may take all we have to get her out," Leo replies as he quickens his pace to reach her sooner. Master Splinter replies, "let's hurry Leonardo I sense she may not have a lot of time left."

They come upon dark figures, monsters, goblins, etc that have other individuals trapped but have not came upon Brit yet. They still hope to be able to help her overcome her obstacle that has her trapped. It seems like they come upon scene after scene after a never ending scenes but still none are who they are looking for. It takes them hours until they find her and it is not a scene they would ever wish upon her.

Brit is covered from head to toe with ragged clothes but that is not worries them the most. She has cuts, bruises, and many scars from various weapons that were used on her skin. Words are written in her flesh with fresh blood oozing down her pale skin. Around her the four turtles stand calling her all the negative names imaginable to blaming her for anything that has gone wrong in their lives. They claim to not love her and never have. They stand aside and watch as the Kudo Clang and Adam assault her mentally, physically, and verbally.

"Wow. Master Splinter any ideas?" Leo asks as they both assess this very grave situation they find Brit involved in.

"This is very troublesome and it will take more time than we could ever imagine for her to believe us over them impostors," Master Splinter replies warily. "Let me walk over and talk to her first. Don't come until I call for you. I do not wish for her to be scarred or hurt anymore than she already is." Leo nods his head.

Master Splinter walks over and kneels in front of Brit. He looks at her straight in the eyes with unwavering love from a father. When Brit raises her head up she looks upon Master Splinter.

"Daughter! I love you! Do you really believe we would leave you or treat you such as these fake threats to you?"

"But they said they didn't love me and never cared about me?" Brit replies crying with tears coming down her cheeks.

"No my daughter. No," Master Splinter replies gently. "I will show you the truth! Leonardo has came with me to get to you. You are only here in the Spirit World. In the real world you are only physically there. Now if I call Leonardo over will you listen to him? Do not listen to the fake one. Then and only then will you have your proof." Master Splinter leans in closer to her and touches her cheek only with the love a father can give to a daughter. A soft, caring touch. "I love you and I will never let you down."

"Ok," Brit replies as she is shocked to feel a caring touch.

"Leonardo come!" Master Splinter commands.

Leonardo walks quickly and looks at his sister's eyes who hold so much grief and stress and hardships.

"Do you remember when I told you I love you as a sister?" Leo asks as he gives her a hug.

"Yes," Brit stammers.

"And what did I tell you and you stated that you believed me," Leo responds as he looks at her in the eyes and keeps a hold of her shoulders.

"That you love me," Brit replies.

"And what?" Leo questions.

"That you would always be here for me," Brit whispers as if she doesn't believe it herself.

"Look at me please! Sister! Trust in your heart and your faith! We are here for you and if we were not we would not be here!" Leo exclaims.

Brit looks around and thinks things thru. There are to Leos one is touching her. She looks beyond where she has looked before and realizes that Leo is right this is a trick.

She smiles up at Leo,"I believe you brother! Can we go home now?"

"Of course! Come on," Leo replies as all three walk hand in hand.

Brit starts to stumble and is getting weaker and weaker the longer she is in the Spirit World. "Here let me carry you. You seem to be getting weaker," Leo replies as he swiftly picks Brit up bridal style. Leo carries Brit home with Master Splinter following.

What will the consequences be with Brit's mental and physical state? How will she react when her mind comes to the real world? How will everyone else react when she is back? How weak will Leo and Master Splinter be physically?
