(( Recap: Nicole woke up in the woods alone, after her and Cody got sucked into the box, into a different world. Now Cody and Nicole are spereate once more, until they either find each other, or something else as in store for their fate.))
Feeling around from truck to truck of each tree, Nicole listened to each sound the woods around her made. It was nothing like she ever heard before, until now. The sounds were either to loud, or too soft. At times Nicole could hear growling, and even howls.
"Leave it to me, to woad up in something so stupid, and lose my dog once again. This has to be a nightmare." Nicole said to herself, as she kept walking. Tripping over a tree root, Nicole hit her knee hard causing a sharp pain to start from her knee, and travel down and up her right leg. Nicole knew she sprung her knee thanks to her fall. Now she wondered how in the hell now she was going to get out of this one.
"First blind, now hurt, what next someone makes me their meal ticket?!" Nicole asked herself, and that is when she heard something growl behind her. That is when Nicole went to stand, but then lighting hit the ground next to her, and she froze hearing it. "Okay okay you win, please...I lost my dog, and I got stuck into this place..." Nicole said, as she heard the growling became weaker, and sounded scared. That is when she felt a warm light around her.
"It won't hurt you, it just is lonely, and hurt like you are." Said the warm light.
"Maybe, but I think me stopping it and making it calm with our siblings is right now the best thing for it. Poor thing it was forgotten, then it came to live here. So sad, that something so sweet and pure could turn so evil and full of hate."Said a another warm feeling which caused Nicole to breath hard.
"We are hurting her." Said another voice.
"Okay, that is it all of you shut it. I know you are not human that much is very clear. I don't got to see to know that much. What I don't get is why in the hell am I having one of those bad nightmares. At least I can see in them." Nicole stated to herself, as she felt something warm on her leg.
"Your not dreaming, nor is this a nightmare."Said a female voice.
"Well, depending on who, or what you are in this world depends. Nightmare is kind of a kind word for this hell hole." Said a another voice.
"Lights...colorful lights. I can see lights depending on how bright they are." Nicole said.
"Oh goodie she can see us a little bit. Yay maybe we have some hope after all, but not why we are attached to you now." Said a different voice.
"Alright to many voices and different kinds. May I have names please, and what of that creature?" Nicole asked, as the different color rainbow lights looked at each other, then to the creature. "We have no names,our real one never gave us names. He went crazy before he could." Said a male voice. "I'm afraid we are what is left of him, we came to you and Cody through the blood and tears of the child we were made for. Problem is you are not HIM either. But you still have his blood and tears in you." Said the same voice.
"So you have no names, and you think I am someone,but can't be since I am not a boy. Okay, that makes sense, and I would not believe all of this, if not for the fact one once day dog was back and able to speak human tongue." Nicole said. The lights went quiet for abit, until Nicole sighed softly.
"Thank you...for bring him back to me..he is my best friend..he has been my eyes since I got him...when those monsters killed my Cody...I thought...I did think...I was alone again..."Nicole stopped in the middle of her words.
"We know that pain all to well Nicole, but together I think the eight of us well nine of us can make a new start." A small light said.
"You all need names, if you plan on staying with me, so I think it is time we named you all, and as for that creature you said was alone and hurt. Is there..." Before Nicole finished.
"We can heal it and heal your leg too." Said the Indigo voice of that color light. Nicole turned her head to where she heard the voice, and tilted her head to the left. "Okay, sure." Nicole said, as the indigo color spun around her leg, causing the feeling of pain to go away. Nicole slowly started to get up, and the pain in her knee was gone.
"Thank you so very much, the pain is gone. How did you..." Nicole asked, as she smiled happily. "We are magic easy for any one of us today,but our power is limit, i'm afraid protecting you and healing you is all we can do. We used what power boost we had to bring back your Cody." the red one spoke, as Nicole felt sorry for them now. "We are weak, and have not been attach to anything for so long." Said the blue one, and Nicole gently placed her finger tips on top of the light, which ed caused the blue one to freeze.
"I am truly sorry that you seven don't have anyone. That has to be lonely, I don't know what I would do if not for my grandpa, and Aunt Dorthy...also Cody...wait Cody! Where is here anyway?!" Nicole asked now remembering that her best friend was still out there somewhere. Nicole was about to walk again, but three of the lights stopped her.
"Wait! We will guide you and together we look for Cody. Cody has us on him too, so it will be easy to find him, since he has been touched by the box too. Anything that once lived or has been touched by that box we can find with ease, just leave it to us, and together we can find him." Said the orange one. Nicole nodded to her new found friends, she owned them alot right now, at least she could do was let them help her. She knew nothing of the world she was now in, and her dog was lost. So right now the important thing was to find Cody, and figure out how to get home from there.
Cody woke up by the edge of the woods, he moved slowly only to feel like his whole body had been hit by a truck. Slowly getting to his paws, he shook his head. Once his eye sight had gained forus once again. He moved his head to left and then the right. His ears went up, and his tail went up as well. In a warning pause, Cody looked around to find his owner no where in sight. This caused fear and concern inside of Cody. He took a few steps away from the forest, as he shouted for her name.
"Nicole...where are you! Nicole!." Cody howled out loud, and his pace quicken, as he went to look for her. Looking around, then to only come back to where he was once. Cody sighed, and sat down. Staring into the woods, then around him once more. "Shit, she is gone. Where did she go." Cody said, as he got back to his paws, and sniffed the air. The air was thick with the smell of blood, and death. Also this place did not look right, nor did it seems Cody knew where he was. Which caused Cody to worry more for Nicole, knowing she was blind and not able to see on her own. Cody closed his eyes, and growled at the thought of his owner being alone in a world like this. That is when Cody heard the sound of two little small feet.
"Told you it was a dog, I know those type of howls, and it was not Smiley like you thought it was. Smiley is not that colorful or weird looking." Said a smile female child. Cody blinked then turned his head to see a female child, and a male child. The male child wore green and had pure black holes for eyes, and the small female child wore all pink, and had blood coming from the side of her head, she held a small bear close to her. Cody raised his eyebrow to both of these kids. The smell of death and blood came strongly from these put up his left paw over his nose, since it was sensitivities to the smells of this world. The small female child came closer to Cody, and Cody was not sure how to take it, he let out a warning growl to the young two.
They both just laughed at Cody's try. "We don't hurt you. Just we never seen anything so colorful before." Said the young boy, as he and the girl walk to Cody. Cody looked at them, and rose up his head, as one of the children peted his blinked a few times, then turned his head to the young boy. "What are your names, since you seems to know I can talk?" Cody asked them, as they both looked at him.
"My name is Ben."The young boy said, as the girl held her bear close. Cody walked over to the girl. "What is your name young one?" Cody asked her ina sweet tone. "My name is Sally." She stated in a shy tone. Cody chuckled a little at both of them. "My name is Cody, I am a eye seeing dog. I'm afraid I'm lost and looking for my owner." Cody stated to them in all truth. Whatever they were Cody did not feel afraid or like then would hurt him.
"You are lost, where did you come from? Did you come from the human realm?" Asked Ben. Cody heard his question, then thought for a second, so his nose was right he was in a different place, which only caused his worse fear, that Nicole was not near and not for him to watch over.
"Yes, you can say that, I come from the place of the humans. What is this world?" Cody asked Ben since Ben seem to the be the only one talking at the time now. "This is where the monsters go, or fallen angels stay. This realm is beyond the third wall of the human world."Said Ben. Cody just raised a eyebrow, he thought what could it hurt, so he told Sally and Ben of what happen to him and his owner.
"Wait you both go sucked into a box ,and landed here. Sounds like anew gate opened. Where is the box now?" Sally asked this time. "I'm afraid I don't know it must be with Nicole, who I need to find and fast. She is blind and not able to see. This world being different it is only a matter of time, before my fears are lived." Cody stated.
"Well, we don't know much about gate opening, but Slendy does, so it is best to see him. You have nothing to worry since you are like us come on." Ben said, as Sally followed him. Cody looked at them both go, then back into the woods. "What little choice do I have?" He asked himself, and followed the two small children.
Both Ben and Sally, did not think much of what would happen bring a animal from the human realm to Slendy, in their eyes, they saw Cody as one of them, since he too had the smell of death and blood on him like they did. Cody was no fool, and knew that he did die, and he came back. Nothing could change the fact he knew he even killed a human in order to feel more wake and able to return to Nicole. That is why he killed that human was to return to the only he belonged to. As Cody was lost in thought he did not hear Ben say they were here. Cody stopped and looked around the place. IN front of him was a big house that seem to have a lot of rooms, and at least be three stories high. "Damn, this is where you both live?" Cody asked him.
"Yes, we do. Daddy Slendy keeps us close to him, until he says we are ready to go out on our own. We have only hunted twice between Ben and myself." Sally said, as Cody sat down at the steps. "Come on in Cody, we will get you some food, and something to drink, and wait for Slendy to get back. I am sure Jane and Jill are somewhere inside. I am sure they both will know what to do when we go in." Ben said, as he slowly gets up, and walks in behind the two children and goes into inside the house. Once inside Cody's eyes widen at the detail, and how old the house looked, and clean yet the smell of blood once again was in the air. "Even in this place." Cody stated to himself. Cody passed a mirror, and then stopped when he looked out himself in the mirror. The fur on all four of his legs looked like stripped stockings with the same colors that where on his paws before. His own tail was stripped with black and a rainbow color. His nose was red, and the only thing that stayed the same was his eyes. Cody opened his mouth and out came a supernal tongue. He did not look like his normal self anymore, and no wonder those two thought he was of their world, he looked like a freak show of his own.
"Damn I really do belong in a side freak show." Cody said to himself, when he heard a female voice behind him. "Sally, Ben who did you bring home this time?" Said a soft female voice. Cody turned around to see Sally and Ben both run to the tall female who seemed to be the same height as Nicole. "Jane we found a dog is he not colorful." Sally said, as Ben laughed. Jane looked over to Cody, and out of all her time being here, she had never seen something as colorful as Cody. "Angelic..that would explain your colors. What creature are you?" Jane asked Cody.
Cody blinked a few times, and then looked into the mirror once more. "What creature am I..to be honest.. I don;t..even..."Before Cody could finish his words, there was a voice inside his head.
"Tell her a angelic wolf and you are looking for your owner. It is the only way to safe your Nicole, and be able to go back home." Said the voice. Cody shook his head, and could not believe he heard a another voice inside his head.
"Okay, I have gone crazy." Cody stated.
"You are not crazy..you just came back from the dead. Our other halfs are with Nicole, and she is safe for now. However Nicole was not dead when we clinged to her, and she is still human even in this world. Our other halfs can only protect her, and heal her for so long."Said the same voice, That is when Cody was not going to think twice about what the voice had said.
"I'm angelic wolf, looking for my owner who got lost in this world. She is very important to me, and she is on her own, and she is blind. I'm her eyes, and she can't see much without me." Cody stated in a deep voice, trying to make it sound real. Jane looked at him, and then nodded.
"If you are a angelic wolf, then you did come to the right place most people in our world hate angelic creatures, but I know the boss won't mind so much, and I'm sure him and his boys can find your owner." Jane said, with those words then the doors opened and in walked Jill and Hoodie carrying a worn out Jack. Jane was shocked to see out of them all the one to look worn out was Jack when he was normally the hyper one of them all.
"Jane, we need help." Jill said, as Jane went over, and called for Masky." Masky, it's Jack he looks weak." Jane said, as Masky raised an eyebrown, then put out his cig, as he went to help his him near the table, Hoodie pushes a chair near by, as Sally and Ben both look at each other, and then run over to them. Cody watched the sence unfold before him. He tilts his head, seeing these humans yet they were not human. That is when two familiar scents got Cody's nose. He knew those two scents from anyway, as he turned his head to the door, and in came Toby and Jeff. Cody made eye contect with both, as Smiley came in behind Jeff.
"What the hell is going on here? Looks like something beat the shit out of you Jack." Jeff said being a smartass to Jack like always, as he chuckled. Toby hit Jeff in the head. "Do we need to call The Observer he might know a think or two?" Toby asked. "First, we need to report to the boss." Hoodie stated in a deep cold tone. During the talk Jill looks from up the fuss and spots Cody who was glaring at Jeff and Toby.
"hmmmm." Jill thought to herself, and then shook her head when she heard the strange creature growl at Jeff and Toby. Everyone became quiet, as Jeff and Toby turned to Cody.
"You assholes are the cause of our problems." Cody said growling, and that is when Smiley stepped in front of Jeff and Toby.
"I don't know who you are,but stay down pup." Smiley stated, as he shown his teeth.
"Moved it old timer! These two assholes and I, got some unfinished business to take care of." Cody said, as the colors on his fur glew.
Jack was in pain,but even the colors that glew caught his own eyes, as he kept his eyes on Cody, and those colors looked somewhat similar to him. Jeff just pulled out his knife.
"Do you think that some glow in the dark colors will work with us dog. You got a another thing coming." Jeff stated in a laugh. "They might not, but I am willing to put my life on it." Cody said being a smartass back.
In the study in the back of his home, he heard quite a loud noise coming from his main hall that lead to the front doors. Sighing heavily, he gently gets up and walks out of his study and down the hall. Once he got to the end of the hall, he saw the actions unfold with in his home. Seeing this new colorful creature he had never soon before, but that aura yes he knew that aura it was a angelic aura,but the smell this creature gave off was of a pure demon. He moved his head to see Jeff, wanting this creature to make a move. He shook his head, and placed both of his hands on the side of his head, as he rubbed his temps.
"He is still truly a Moran, no matter what I tell that boy. They wonder why I give him the most jobs, just to keep him out of my home." He stated to himself. "however, for now that is a mater I will handle later, right now there is a more important matter in my home, that I need to get to the bottom of, and find out why, and what kind of creature those two kids have let come in my own realm and house." He said, as he heard someone call his name. "Slender! Jeff and Cody are going to fight." Sally said, as she was sad and was worried for Cody since she found him.
Cody just lost it and attacked Jeff this time around. Jeff dodged the attack, and went to strike Cody, but Cody was able to push Jeff away with his back paws. Jeff hit the mirror, and glass broke everywhere. Cody just glared at Jeff, waiting for him to make his next move. Cody panted hard, and his tongue was no longer normal, it was sharp at the end like a demon tongue. Cody just smirked, seeing Jeff bleed. "Come on tough guy you said you could handle this." Cody barked, as he chuckled at his own words. Jeff got up, and just smirked himself, as he went for Cody, and Cody wasted now time running towards Jeff. They both went passed each other, as Cody stops and jumps with his front paws, and lands next to Jeff landing on his paws with ease. Jeff smirked as he pushed his knife into Cody, but Cody this time only chuckled more. "Old tricks die hard don't they. Just like when you went to hunt my master down." Cody stated, as Jeff then realize who this mutt was. "You that mutt from the.." Cody did not let Jeff finish his owrds, as he was on top of Jeff, baring his fangs at him, and ready to snap his neck in half. That is when Smily pushed Cody off of Jeff, and send Cody sliding across the room. Cody saw he was about to hit some spikes in the wall, as he used his talk to stop himself, his tail has strecthed and it pulled Cody back to the pole of the stair case. Seeing this, Cody panted hard, and just ran after Smily and attacked him, now both dogs where fighting and in the middle of trying to kill each other. Jeff looked up to see Smily and Cody taring into each other, and causing blood to fall on the floor.
"That is quite enough of this stupidness in my house!" A voice said booming causing everyone to stop what they were doing, and too look up to see SlenderMan looking out to them. Cody saw Smiley back down quickly, as he looked to see a creature that had no mouth, no eyes, no face at all. Cody just sat down,and blinked at this sight.
"Jeff, keep your dog under control this once, and as for this dog who let him in my home." Slender said walking down the stairs. Ben and Sally both ran over to Cody, and one on each side of them. "We found me, but the lake on our way home. He seemed dead at first, but then we saw him moving and he could talk like Smiley and Grinny do. So we figured, that he might have been one of us, you know like us." Sally said happily, Ben just nodded and smiled with Sally. Slender looked at both children, and raised an eyebrow.
"Well, if he can talk, let him talk for himself." Slender said, now much more in a calmer tone, as both children nodded, and ran over to Jane, as Jane shook her head, and petted them on their heads softly. Slender then looked to Cody, and Cody just stared at him. As if waiting for Cody to do something, Cody bowed to show respect, and then rose up his head.
"You are right Sir, I can talk those two kiddos there helped me by coming here, thinking that their boss could help me find someone who I lost when her and I got pulled into this world." Cody said in a clear tone. Cody could tell this creature was not to be messed with, or talked down to. Placing a few things together he could tell this was their boss they talked of, and he knew if he wanted to see Nicole again it would best for the mean time not piss anyone off here, but that was before he saw those two assholes. Slender looked to Toby and Jeff, then sighed.
"Is there a reason why you tired to attack my proxies?" SlenderMan asked, and that is when Jeff knew he would be up dead when Slender passed out.
"Because..."Jeff was about to say when everyone looked at him, then Cody saw the fear in Jeff's face when it came to this Slender guy. Cody shook his head, and smirked. Knowing he could tell the truth, or not. Then that is when Cody thought for a moment, and spoke.
"Because those fuckers, stole something that belongs to my owner and I. I would just like it back." Cody said, as he looked to Jeff and Toby, and they both blinked.
"Did that mutt just lie for us, why do I get the feeling he is up to something?" Jeff asked himself, as Toby wanted to kill Jeff for making him part of this mess. That is when Toby quickly thought of the leash that belonged to Cody. Toby threw it to Cody, and Cody catched it when his nose, and proudly and happily throws the collar up in the air, and once it lands on his nose he shook his head to make the collar go around his neck. Slender looked at both his proxies, and he knew what was really doing on.
"Well, since you have what is return to you, Sally and Ben take him back where you found him, so his owner will be able to know where he is, can't have a female without some kind of guard around here in this world, then again not like she is human." Slender said, as he went to walk back up the stairs to go to his study, that is when Cody's eyes widen when he said about the human part.
"Oh dear god...Nicole..."Cody said. That is when Cody then looked over to Jeff, and glared. Cody walked over, and did not care if anyone heard him. "Make him help me find her, or I will tell him the fucking truth, and I got the feeling he would hate for his proxies, or whatever the hell you are to him, to know what they really did." Cody said.
"Your ass should be dead!"Jeff growled. "Next time do a better job, and make sure Im dead asshole." Cody said growling back. Toby did not feel like that the time getting into trouble, but Cody did save their asses just now for the time being, so Toby cleared his voice.
"Bos..s..c..can..we..help h..im find his owner." Toby asked Slender in his twiching voice. Slenderman stopped at the top step, and looked to Toby. Knowing Toby would not ask if not for a good reason. "Alright my boy, you can help Cody find his owner, go talk to Observer I need his reports anyway, and have him help you, since he is the eyes of all realms." Slender ordered as Sally and Ben followed Slender back into his study. Everyone looked at Cody, and then to Toby.
"We got orders, let's go." Hoodie stated, as Masky placed his mask on, and Toby nodded. Jeff walked up the stairs to report what they had got the item back, and they killed the couple. Everyone went back to doing what they normally would do.
"Hey dog." Said a voice, whiched caused Cody to turn his head to look. That is when he saw a tall looking clown creature talking to him.
"Name's Cody. Not hey dog."Cody said turning his head away from the clown. Jack smirked, and tilted his head to the side.
"Okay Code." He said.
"It's Cody clown boy, and don't make me..." Cody was about to growl, when he saw Jack stand up, and once again he found himself becoming quiet.
"That is a first, a creature like Jill and myself hating on even us,but you don't belong here, and your aura and scent can give you off a mile away. Just Jeffy and Ticky boy are human killers who just got on Slender's go side. They could not tell the different between a dog who belongs in this realm, or the human realm. However, it is easy to you, got made the same way my friend Jill and I did. So I will give it to ya straight. Learn fast on who you can trust, because creatures like us even in this world our at times looked down on, because we were friends made for children." Jack stated with a laugh in his voice.
"Even if they are nasty sick barts who can't keep their words." Jack hissed and then laughed again. Cody could tell this guy like to talk.
"Wrong, Im not like you, or your friend. I was not made for a child. I'm a eye seeing dog, I'm a dog you give to a person who is blind. The only reason I am even stuck here in this hellhole, is because of some fucking box Nicole found at a cruise game she won for a little boy, but the brat did not want it, and Nicole had no choice, but to keep it. After, a few days I get killed and then wake up to be able to talk, not to leave out the fact I ate a human vet, and you know what I loved it, their blood in my mouth was the best feeling I have had since I fucking woke up. I want to do the same to Jeff and Toby person. Just right now my only concern and worry is finding my Nicole, and making sure she is safe, after that then I will eat them" Cody said growling, and finally letting out all the stream he had build up in him.
Jack laughed more at the way Cody kept talking, until he heard the word box. Jack raised an eyebrow.
"Pretty bad lair, if you said box, means you did come from the same place, also Jill and I came from a box." Jack said feeling Cody was lying. Cody thought this clown was stupid. "I would never in my life would want a box with the name Laughing Jack on it." Cody said, that is when the laughing coming from Jack stopped, he turned his head to Cody.
"What did you say again mutt?" Jack asked.
"I told you the box at the name laughing jack on it." Cody said once again. Jack's eyes went white. " That fucking box..."Jack said, as he gets up, and walked out of the house. Cody saw that and did not like the look on Jack's face. "I don't think so." Cody said, as he ran after Jack. He rushed after Jack, just in case he was going to hunt the box down, and at the end of that road would lead Cody back to Nicole.
(( The Other side of the woods))
"Nicole this way, we see a way out, we see lights." Said the vol-it orb.
"Thank god, we see more then just green I'm going to be sick, and woods I hate woods now." Said the green orb.
"But Green, you are the color green." Said the orange orb to her friend. Green just looked to Orange.
"Faith,Hope...Envy. All three of you shh, quiet time." Nicole said, as the red orb, and yellow orb were gently pulling her by her hand, to guide her out of the woods.
"Sorry." They all three said. Nicole giggled, and petted them each gently. "It's okay." Nicole said, as she felt the red orb pull her gentle to the edge of the opening, and let her go.
"Okay, Nicole we are out of the woods now. I have no idea where we are. Might help if we get a better view from the skies." Red said.
"Thank you, Big Red."Nicole said, as she felt a tree truck, and sat down under it. Hope who was vol-it and Faith who was Orange, they both set on Nicole's shoulders. Nicole felt their warmth light, and leaned into the truck of the tree more to relax her body.
"Where is Sea and Charity at?" Nicole asked, as the blue orb was pulling his baby sister Indigo into the opening. "We are here, just Charity is acting up."Sea said who was the blue orb and Charity of course was the Indigo orb. The yellow one Nicole named Simply Baby, since yellow seemed to be the most shy and younger of the seven. Nicole shook her head abit, as Red spoke. "Charity, and Faith. Come with me, we need to see if we can find a clear route to find our other halves and Cody." Red said, as he and the other two flew up to the tree tops, and shot in different directions to see what they could fine.
"I hope they will be okay, I would hate to see them get hurt." Nicole said softly. "They will be fine big brother knows what he is doing." Baby said to Nicole, as she nestled herself on top of Nicole's head. "I'm sleepy..we walked so long." Baby said, as Nicole smiled. Baby went fast asleep, as the other colors did not leave Nicole's side.
After a bit, Nicole heard her stomach growl. "Oh my..I guess I am hungry." Nicole said.
"We can get you some food while we wait for the others to come back. Come Envy." Sea said, to his brother. "Okay, let's go." Envy said, as he floated away with Sea to find some food.
"Human food...human food?! Wait what is human food again?" Sea asked out loud. Envy stopped floating and sighed. "Anything with no blood, and no other humans baked or cooked into it, or anything that is dead."Envy stated to his brother.
"Oh okay, so they eat alive things that will be easy to find."Sea said taking off." Wait I did not mean alive things! Just find some fruit or veggies okay nothing else." Envy said,as he took the lead. Before to long both orbs came to a small garden by a house. "Are these veggies?"Sea asked. "No, their toys that grow in the ground." Envy stated. "Toys why would people grow toys?!" Sea asked confused. "Oh never mind just stay here, and I'm going to go get Nicole some food." Envy said, as he waited a moment or two to make sure no one was coming, then went under the fence to go get a few veggies. He was about to pick the first veggie when he heard someone crying hard. Envy looked after the veggie, and there was a crying little girl, but when Envy went to get a closer look the little girl looked up, and she had her mouth sewn shut, and one of her eyeballs missing.
"Holy shit...Red was right this realm is different, the things that live here, are different come humans. Wait..Nicole..if "
"Who is there? Someone in my grandmother's garden" Said the little girl cutting Envy off from his own thought. Envy went lower down into the garden to keep from being seen, he knew it would mean trouble for Nicole. "Our friend is hungry is it okay if we take a few veggies for her?" Sea said, as he flew over to the girl. Envy tired to stop his brother, but he failed at trying as he heard the girl speak.
"She is hungry? oh..you can my grandma always gives her veggies to people in less need." The little girl said,as Envy sighed glad she did not ask where Nicole was. Envy picked a few, then was about to go when he saw the little girl did look sad.
"Why are you sad?" He asked, the little girl looked up, and then pointed to high tree showing a kite made from human flesh stuck in the tree. "We will get is down for you as payment for the veggies." Envy said, as Sea laughed and then rushed up to get the kite down, once it was both orbs were now ready to go that is when they heard a voice.
"Sea, envy! Where are you both?" Nicole's voice could be heard coming closer, as Envy scent her and his siblings. "No red don't bring her.." Before he could finish he heard the door open to the house they were leaving. "I smell a human." Said a old rough deep voice. That is when a large bend over frog looking woman came out of her house, as the little girl ran to the toad woman. She wore a long dress, and a bu net on top of her head, when she sniffed the air, and saw glowing orbs and a human coming near her house.
"Is that not a colorful sight, but a human did someone bring her here!" The toad thought, as she licked her lips."Either way a human here is signing their own death warrants here. She is has good as mine." the toad chuckled, and that is when Sea and Envy rushed to Nicole. "Where have you two been?" Red asked as he was worried.
"We need to go and now, that toad wants to make Nicole her meal ticket." Envy said, as Sea rushed into Nicole's shirt to hide.
"Great!." red said as he saw the toad come closer. Nicole stopped, when she heard Envy talk, she froze a little. "I never did ask this, and it might have been because I was still stunned to be in a different place, or maybe because my mind was only on Cody and finding him,but now that I think of it, I never really did ask, are all the things, or people in this world different?" Nicole asked now thinking.
Red stopped, and then looked to his siblings. "We should have told you before, this world or realm has these creatures call it, yes is indeed different most of the creatures that live here, either kill humans by order of their bosses which is known as the Slender man, or they eat them. Humans never come into this realm, and live." Red stated to Nicole. Nicole just nodded, when she heard footsteps getting closer to them.
"Okay, well now that I know this, and it still does not make anymore sense then you all talking and being rainbow colored orbs, we can talk more about this, once we get the hell out of here, and find Cody. Because now I am starting to really really fear this world, and those things that live in it." Nicole stated, as Envy and Red both grab on to Nicole's hands, and start to pull her down a another path,but once they did the toad woman started to move faster. Faith looked back and was worried.
"That ugly toad woman is not giving up. Red what are we to do, we got to protect Nicole, we can't let her get eaten now, not after we found a gold heart." Faith said, as Red kept pulling Nicole along, and then him and Envy both push Nicole behind a few trees, and float back to the path, waiting for the toad to come. That is when Sea placed the box between them all, as they formed a circle.
"Are we really going to eat her, if we do trying to protect Nicole at the same time will make us weak, we won't be able to get her to Cody and get our other halves back." Hope said, as she looked at them all.
"We will be okay, if we eat this junk food, we will have enough power to get Nicole to Cody, and I just hope soon, because if not our lights and what power we have in this world will die out." Red said, as they all saw the toad coming. Envy started to move in a circle fast, as the other followed him, causing the box to open once more, as the orbs spanned fast making a rainbow circle go around the box, and causing the crank to spend once more playing Pop goes the weasel. The toad felt like she was being sucked in, as the wind and the pulling became to strong for even the toad. The fast the seven orbs went the more their lights got brighter and brighter until it caused their lights to shoot up into the black sky of this world. For miles the light could be seen, as creatures of different kinds looked up, one of the creatures was Cody. Cody saw seven small lights pull from his chest, as they started to shoot towards the light. "Wait up!" Cody said, as he took off after those lights, that is when Jack stopped too, since Cody has been following him, he looked up to see the same lights and then back to see Cody chasing light orbs to where the light was coming from. Slender Man and Observer were both in his study, when they looked to see the lights.
"I don't think we have to worry about finding the box or Cody's owner." Observer said, as Slender man sent his proxies out to bring back the box and the person who it was choosing to keep it.
Nicole heard the screams of the female toad, but before she could tell the seven to stop, a big boom could be heard as well, causing the box to take in the toad, and then as soon as it came the box closed tightly, as the seven orbs fell to the ground out of strength and tired. Nicole quickly got up, but had a hard time trying to get to her friends.
"Red, Evny, Charity, Hope, Faith, Sea, Baby!" Nicole called out to them, when Baby made a small noise, which caused Nicole to slowly make her way to them. Once she felt her left foot tip something, she keeled down, and felt the box. She sighed in a relieved tone, and then she heard the orbs softly trying to make their way to the box.
"Nicole, we need help, we need in our home for now, until our strength is back to us." Red said weakly. Nicole just nodded to her friends, as she placed her hands out onto the ground, and felt the orbs move their way into her hands. Once she felt the last one get into her hand, she gently felt for the top of the box, and placed them inside, then she closed the box. Nicole looked down, as she sighed now she was alone again, until her friends were okay. Getting to her feet Nicole picked up the box, and held it tightly.
"I wonder what should I do now, I don't know where to go, any place that is safe around here...cody..where are you?" Nicole asked herself. Holding the box tightly, she placed her head down on it. Trying her best to keep herself calm and making sense of this whole thing, when she heard a bark coming from her left. Nicole rose her head up slowly, and turned to where she heard the bark. At first, she shook her head not thinking it was her Cody, that is when the bark could be heard again, but this time someone called her name.
"Nicole! Nicole are you there answer me!" Cody barked, as he kept running.
"Cody! CODY IM HERE COME HERE BOY. I'm over here!" Nicole called out, and Cody barked louder and even howled, and Nicole knew that howl, as she started to try to make her way to the howling, and that is when Cody jumped out of the woods, and saw his Nicole.
"Nicole!" Cody said happily, as his tail wagged a mile a minute. Nicole then felt something large knock her down, and lick her face over and over. Nicole giggled, and laughed loudly.
"Oh my god Cody it is you, finally." Nicole said, as she dropped the box and rubbed under Cody;s chin, and behind his ears. "Such a good boy. You found me, that is my dog." Nicole said praising him, as Cody barked happily, and rubbed his head on Nicole's cheek, as tears came down his eyes, he had truly thought he would never make it to found Nicole, or something bad happen to his one true friend and owner. Nicole held him tightly, and cried into his fur her sobs could be heard, as Cody just let her cry. They both had been through hell, and now they found each other again. Cody just stayed closed to her, when he smelt a familiar scent, he looked over Nicole's shoulder to see some of Slenderman's proxies they same ones who were scent to find Nicole, then he heard Jack come from the woods as well. Cody glared at them all, and was no longer going to trust their words, since he had found what he wanted.
"So this is your owner Cody?"Said Masky, as Nicole heard the voice, and Cody walked in front of Nicole.
"Yes, this is my owner Nicole Raven." Cody answered, and Nicole held on to Cody's fur, as Cody realized he need to get Nicole to her feet. "Stand up there are no rocks or tall grass here, it is safe." Cody told Nicole, that is when Nicole got to her feet, just like Cody it was easy to see the rainbow strip in NIcole's hair now. Cody shook, when he did the small orbs that where in him, shot their way to the box, and made a leash appear on Cody's collar and then form the end of it to Nicole's hand, as the small orbs shut themselves in the box. Cody saw that, along with them all. Jack saw the box, and it was his box alright, and the felt the heat and hatred he had for that box all those years ago, and it still set there inside him. However, before he could walk to it, Nicole picks it up, and looks inside it. "I hope they will be alright." Nicole said softly.
"They?!" Cody asked, as he looked to her. "Cody, the boss wants to see you and your owner. She is human this is not good." Hoodie stated to Cody. Cody knew for now he would have to go along with what these creatures wanted until he could get Nicole and himself home safety. Without saying another word, Cody started to walk leading Nicole to walk behind Hoodie and Masky. Behind them was Jack who Cody kept looking back too make sure Jack did not do anything, as he then looked in front of him again. His ears stayed up and he walked at a even pace for Nicole to keep up. Cody looked back to see Nicole quiet and thinking. He knew it was only a matter of time, before he would have to tell her what he knew.
