Chapter 4:

John and Jesus

Jean Luc looked at Jesus, awestruck. "I wasn't expecting You, sir." Jesus answered, "It's alright, John." Jesus acknowledged Beverley and Rene, Picard's son, approached Jesus. Jesus smiled and blessed the young boy. The captain was confused, "Why would you call me, "John?"" Jesus answered and said, "I have given you a new name. You are named after my most beloved disciple who wrote Revelation." Picard looked back at the reports from Starfleet, "How is it that You can be here, when you were just at Romulus and Remus only minutes ago?" Jesus smiled and said, "I'm not limited by space and time, John. I am omnipresent. Now, I know what's been on your mind. And I'm not referring to your marriage or your child." Picard looked at Him, "What is on my mind?" "You answer Me. What has your ship been struggling with?" Picard drew a breath. "The Borg." Jesus nodded. "'The Borg' is the correct answer. Now, if you want a solution to your predicament, you must trust Me." Picard walked closer, "If you can assist us, I and my crew would be grateful." "I know of your gratitude, but I ask you this: Do you have faith in Me?" Picard admitted he had not faith. They talked for several hours before Picard came to the faith, and when he did, Jesus then made this proposition: "I will join you on your Bridge in 2 minutes. I will not give your crew orders, but I want you to take your ship to the last coordinates of the Borg." Picard got dressed and met Jesus on the Bridge. "Mr. Data, contact the USS Voyager and find the last sighting of the Borg ship." Data faced his captain, "It'll take several hours to contact the Voyager, Captain, as they are in the Delta Quandrant, with Captain Chakotay returning there for as he said, "unfinished business." Captain Picard answered, "I know of Chakotay's mission, but I want you to contact them anyway." Data acknowledged. The ship got underway. As they were finding the coordinates through communications with Chakotay, the crew found the transwarp hub. When they found the first Borg Cube, they hailed it and the Collective said, "We are the Borg. Lower your shields and surrender your ships-" Jesus interrupted them, "Silence! You will not destroy anymore worlds." The Collective asked, "Who are You?" "I am Jesus, Whom you are persecuting." "Persecution is irrelevant." Jesus appeared onto the Borg cube and the Borg Queen approached Him. "We are not afraid of You, human." Jesus faced her and said, "I'm not only human, Queen; I AM also divine. And you are nothing but a source of evil that will never again assimilate another species ever again." Jesus put His hand up, and the Borg Queen was choking and gasping for air, but she couldn't find anything. After her organic body disappeared, all the drones fell from their platforms and approached Jesus. Two of those drones were the Hansens. Jesus touched the wall directly behind Him and supernatural power flowed through the Cube. The drones became their original selves again. Many were healed and many came to faith, from all species and worlds. Jesus said unto them, "Go and make disciples, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son, and Holy Ghost." Jesus taught them the Gospel and after sometime Jesus warned them, "You must leave this contraption immediately." Jesus touched the floor of the ship, from His level and small explosions became bigger explosions until the Enterprise crew saw from the view screen the destruction of the Borg ship. Jesus reappeared on the Enterprise and signaled the transporter room, "Miles, you'll be receiving human signals on the ship. Transport all people to the shuttle bay." O'Brien acknowledged. As soon as all the former drones were safely aboard, the Enterprise left the Borg Cube to blow up. Jesus appeared before Chakotay's ship, Voyager, and ordered him to return home. "The Borg ships have been destroyed." Chakotay went through the Hub and both ships fired on the Hub, just after all Borg Cube ships were clear of former drones, which took many hours. Jesus transported all people to their respective worlds and had His glorious-bodied servants, including the prophets of old, preach to them the Good News. Jesus was in the lounge of the USS Voyager and talked to Janeway, who returned from Heaven. "Where is Seven of Nine?" Chakotay signaled her, "Chakotay to Seven of Nine." "I am here, Commander." "Seven, can you report to the lounge. We have guests who wish to see you." "I will comply." As Seven of Nine approached the doors, the Doctor, the EMH, asked, "Seven, how do you feel?" "My emotions are irrelevant." "On the contrary, Annika." Jesus approached her. "My designation is Seven of Nine. I am Borg." Jesus replied, "I am the Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and the End. I Am the Way, the Truth and the Life. He who believes in Me should never die." Seven pondered these words of Christ. "I understand that You have liberated many drones from the Collective. I am a former member of the Collective, I was freed from the Borg by Captain Janeway and the crew of the USS Voyager." "I know your story, Annika," Jesus said. "I also know two people who were "assimilated" as you were. They have been made free. "And whom the Son sets free is free indeed." "Another ancient text. You seem to be knowledgeable of many religious writings." Kathryn Janeway said, "Seven, this Man wrote all those "ancient texts" Himself, and He is proof that what the ancient Bible says is true." "Who are the two people who were assimilated as I was that You referred to?" "See for yourself, my daughter." Jesus moved aside so Seven could see two people who stood before her. "Annika." "State your identity!" "Annika, sweetheart, it's me, your mother and this is your father, Magnus." "They are dead. The Borg cube was destroyed." Chakotay interjected, "We took in many survivors, your family being among them." The EMH asked, "How are you feeling?" "I'm feeling confusion. I am still Borg." "No, Annika. The Borg are no more. You shouldn't feel anything from them. You shouldn't be hearing voices or have nightmares, or hallucinations." Jesus walked toward her and removed the implant on her brow and from under her right earlobe. Jesus then touched her head and her heart. "My peace I give unto you. Not as the world gives, give I unto you." Annika opened her eyes and seeing her parents, her eyes filled with tears. "Mother?" "Yes, Annika. Welcome home, my daughter." "Daddy!" Annika Hansen embraced her parents. Jesus then turned to Janeway, "I will return." "You are always welcome, Master." As Jesus finished His work with the Borg, He transported to Picard's ship and said to the people on the Enterprise's Ten Forward, "There is one world that I believe could use some help." He then looked at Worf. "You, My son. Your world will need to know what is truth. I could use you, Worf." Worf answered, "My people may not listen to You, sir." Jesus answered and said, "Some may, and some may not. They value honor above all else. Maybe we can teach to have faith above all else, also." Looking to Captain Picard, "John, I would like you to take this ship to the Klingon planet." Picard touched his communicator, "Picard to Bridge, set course for the first city of Klingon Imperial Empire and engage at warp 5." The con responded, "Aye, sir. We'll arrive in 9 hours."

Data and Jesus

As the Enterprise was making its way to the Klingon homeworld, Picard was asked to contact the USS Titan, with Captain Riker. Commander Data, the android, spoke to the Lord about many things, while they waited for the Titan to meet the Enterprise. "Sir, I am curious, is it possible for me to be completely human?" "A great question, Data. Since there are no machines in My Father's kingdom, I believe making your "wish" is a top priority." "How can this be accomplished?" "Captain John, Data and I will be in the Holodeck, we ask to not be disturbed." "As you wish, Sir. Mr. Data, good luck." "Thank you, sir."

Holodeck 1-

Data and the Lord entered the Holodeck. "Computer, begin Soong program 1." A holographic image of Dr. Noonien Soong appeared. "I programmed him to answer any questions I had about myself, himself, and the object known as the Crystalline Entity." Jesus nodded, "I know of it, and of your brother, Lore." "Sir," Data asked, "is my father there? In your Heaven?" "I regret that he is not; but I can still show you where he is." Jesus touched Data's shoulder and they were transported to Hell. "Keep your eyes on Me." As Jesus approached the door, a demon asked, "Who enters?" "Hello, Legion, I AM WHO I AM" The doors open and Jesus walks to the area where Satan is chained up, "Jesus, Son of God!" "Hello, Lucifer, son of the morning." "What brings you here?" "We are looking for one of your fellow prisoners, Noonien Soong." Satan, who still could issue orders, being chained, "Molor, escort these "guests" to Noonien Soong, level 3." "Yes, my Lord Satan." Jesus and Data find Noonien, as old as Data remembers before he died, and Noonien is chained to the lava, forever burning. "Noonien, come forth." The chains fell. "Ah, You!" Noonien looked at his "son." "Data, what brings you here?" "I am finally fulfilling my quest to be human." "Hmph, all the good it'll do for you. I'm afraid I cannot help you." "On the contrary, Father, you can." Jesus then transported the three of them back to the Holodeck. "I'm not in Hell?" "No, Nooien," Jesus said. "You are on the Enterprise. Your son has learned all about Me and wishes to be like you, Human." Jesus then touched Noonien's face and Noonien grew younger, to where Data recollected the dream initiated by his father 4 years before. Noonien touched his own face, "I'm young again. Astounding." "Picard to Data.." "Yes, Captain." "I know our Lord has asked that you not to be disturbed, but the Titan is holding position in front of us. We're preparing to beam Captain Riker to the Enterprise. Please have the Lord accompany you to the Transporter Room when you're finished." "Aye, sir." Data, perhaps we can do this another time, Sir." "No, My son, we can do it still today." Jesus looked up, "John, is Geordi LaForge on the Titan?" "Yes, Sir, he is." "We could use his assistance, and also have your CMO join us in Sickbay." "Yes, Lord, I'll make the appropriate arrangements. Please join us in the transporter room."

Jesus and Data freezes Noonien Soong and Jesus locks the Holodeck and commands the Computer, "Everyone is blocked from access until further notice." The computer responds, "Affirmative. Holodeck 1 is sealed and blocked by until Your Word."

Transporter Room 1-

William Thomas Riker, his wife Deanna, Wesley Crusher, and Geordi LaForge all beam aboard the Enterprise-F. Captain and Captain shake hands. Mother and son hug and Geordi LaForge meets and sees the Lord with his own eyes. "Lord Jesus," Geordi says, "Thank You for allowing me to see, through Doctor Crusher's knowledge." Jesus clasps Geordi's shoulder, "Your welcome, My child." Jesus looks to the married couple, "I honor your marriage, William and Deanna, and I pray to My Father for continued success." "Thank You." Deanna, who is still a Betazoid, said, "I can't read You at all, Sir. It seems that You're not here." Glancing at her husband, "Really fascinating and strange at the same time." Jesus chuckled, "A spirit has no flesh and bones as I do. But I was once dead and now I'm alive and live forever more." "So, Your humanity is hidden?" "In a manner of speaking, yes. Very good." Jesus glanced at LaForge, "Did you get our request?" "Yes, Sir, we did. We're here to assist." "Jesus said to the Titan crew, "I have a surprise for all of you."

Sickbay-

All the sickbay crew were called in for special surgery. Data was laying on the medbed and was taken apart piece by piece. Near the bed were jars of every organ, every bone, every artery, every vein laid out on blue hard napkins Jesus fashioned the Sickbay to look like an Earth equivalent of a Operating Room in the United States. As each piece, including the head, Jesus worked His wonders. After 24 straight hours, the surgery was complete and successful. Picard was on the Bridge, with Riker, his wife, Worf, and the other crew members waiting. Jesus entered the Bridge, "It is Finished."

Picard and crew walk toward Sickbay, only to find it locked. "Come to Me." John hears a voice, "Lord?" "Follow My Voice." Picard finds himself in front of the Holodeck. The doors open to the black squared and yellow lined set up. "Lord?" Jesus appears with Data. "This is the Data you remember. But he is no more. Now, you have a new Daniel. Daniel Soong." Looking up, "Doctor Crusher, the reveal, please." The medbed materialized inside the Holodeck. Picard, Riker, LaForge, and Wesley all look at the human. Troi gasps. "Wake him." Beverley Picard puts a hypospray to Daniel's neck. Daniel opens his eyes. "Captain?" Picard is speechless. Daniel looks at his friends, all speechless. Then he turns to Jesus, "Master." Daniel kneels before Him. "Rise, Daniel Soong, you who were once a machine and now are Human, created in My image. Present your body as a living sacrifice unto Me. And be ye not conformed to the patterns of this sin-filled world, or even this ship, (Jesus winked at the other crew mates, and they chuckled) but transformed by the renewing of your mind. Daniel, named after the prophet who survived the lion's den under Darius, I call on you to follow Me." "And I do so wish it, Master." "Look at yourself." Daniel said, "I am human." "Yes, similar in knowledge and strength as DS9's Julian Bashir, as a gift to you, I have kept your strength similar to that of Samson and your knowledge and wisdom to that of Solomon, the great and wise king." Geordi LaForge approached, "Data, I mean, Daniel, you look amazing." "Thank you, Geordi. My wish has been granted.

"Computer, show us Somalia." Geordi looks around, "I know this place, though I've never seen it." They walk to the house on the hill. "Enter." Geordi looks at Jesus, "Trust Me, son." Geordi knocks on the door. Someone opens it. "Mom?" Silva LaForge, "Hello Geordi." "How can this be?" Tears filled his eyes, as Edward LaForge, approached, along with his daughter. Geordi laughs at his excitement. "But, you're all holograms." "Holograms?" "Yes, you're on the Enterprise holodeck." "No, son." Jesus walked them and confirmed. "I brought you here Myself." Geordi hugs his Lord and Savior, "Thank You, Master." Jesus then disappears, along with the rest of the crew."

Holodeck-

"Impressive," John said. "Where is LaForge?" "He's on Earth, and he will remain to catch up with his family. Now, we go next to your home, William." Riker looked at his wfe, "My home is on the Titan, sir." "Wrong." Within a twinkling of an eye, the crew were in Valdez, Alaska. "A little chilly, here, Will." Riker looked at his former captain, "It's Alaska, it's supposed to be chilly." "Do you recognize this neighborhood?" "Yes, I do, and the lake where I fished, but couldn't keep the catch. This is where I lived, before my Academy days." Riker turned and saw the house. "This is my dad's place." "I've been with your father, Will, and I've called him to meet you here." "My dad's here?" Jesus led the way, "Go see your father." Riker and his wife enter the house, which the front door was open. He saw a couple talking. "Dad?" "Will?" Kyle stood up from the table and embraced his son. "It's good to see you, Son and you, Ms. Troi, who happens to be my daughter-in-law now." Troi smiled, "It is good to see you again…Dad." "Will, I'd like you to meet Betty." Elizabeth stood, "Hello Captain Riker." "Ma'am." "Will, this is your mother." "This can't be!" "It is, Son." Jesus entered from the living room. "I have brought you here, and also your twin, Thomas." Thomas, the accidental duplicate, in chains. "Why is he chained up?" "He's a prisoner, and he'll remain one, unless you two wish to coalesce, so that there'll be only one William T. Rker." "I'd sure would like that," Kyle said. "Not to sound hasty, of course." "Of course not, Kyle." Jesus caused a minor pain and the two Rikers were brought together and the twin absorbed into Will, so that all records of Thomas' Starfleet Academy days and his time in the Maquis are no mre.

"Thank you, Lord." Jesus nodded. "I put the Titan in orbit of Earth, when you're ready to return." Will and Jesus shook hands, "Thank You, Sir. This means a lot." "I know." Jesus disappears again.

Holodeck-

"Wesley," Jesus called the young lieutenant, "Do you remember the memory chip your mother gave you, before you're in the Academy?" Wesley nodded and said, "The one of my father's message to me when I was born, before he died on the Stargazer." "The same one." Wesley retrieved that message chip. "I can play it, if You'd like." "No need." An image of Jack Crusher appeared. "Yeah, that's how I remember him." Jesus approached Beverley and Wesley and touched them. They next stand in front of a house, on an unknown location. "Where are we?" Jesus answered, "Your home, but this is still the Holodeck." Wesley knocked on the door. No answer. "Knock again." A man approached, "Wesley?" "Dad?" The man looked at Beverley. "Hello, John." Jack Crusher looked at his small family and embraced. "You're here. Welcome." "John." Jesus said. "Yes." "Come outside." Jack followed the command and the surrounding changed. "Where are you now?" "This is the Stargazer, Picard's own ship." "You remember it well, Jack." Jack looked at his former captain. "Captain Picard." "It is good to see you, old friend." "This is where I died." "And this is where you belong, Captain Crusher." Jack smiled. "But you must know, Jack, that Beverley and John are married and have a son, named Rene." Jesus told Jack the news and the history of what happened after Jack's death.
Finally, Jack said, "If it's all the same to you, I'd like to remain here." "Of course." Jack looked at his son, the Traveler. "You can stay with your mom and step-dad, or you can stay with me." Wesley made the decision and Picard and Beverley returned to the Enterprise.

Daniel retained his position on the Enterprise as com officer, acting as Second Officer to Worf.
