Chapter 4- The answer and the Unexpected Visit

Temprance looked at Castiel as he kneeled before her, his gaze loving and caring. The ring in the box shined in the sunlight, and Temprance looked at it in wonder. "Cass…It's beautiful." She whispered in amazement. "Temprance, you are beautiful and strong. You gave me more than I could ever ask for, you gave me a life. I want to spend the rest of it with you." Castiel said taking her hand. Temprance looked at him with tears in her eyes. "What about the deal?" Castiel shook his head and stood up. "It doesn't matter, your not going anywhere. Not if I have anything to say about it."

Temprance felt tears streak her cheeks, and she pulled Castiel into a hug. "Yes! Yes I will!" Castiel held her as he smiled. "You will?" He asked excited. Temprance pulled away nodding and smiling. "Yes!" She said kissing him. Castiel kissed her back and Temprance playfully pushed him back into a snow bank. Castiel looked down at her as she snuggled into his chest as he put the ring on her ring finger. "You know I do get cold." He teased. "Really now?" Temprance smiled dumping snow on his head. Castiel looked at her shaking the snow off his head. "I give you a ring and I get snow on my head? How is that fair?" Temprance smiled playfully standing up. "Hey there are perks to giving a lady a ring…"

A couple hours later after arriving home Castiel and Temprance walked through the door and Lisa eagerly walked into the entry hall to meet them. Temprance smiled and held up her hand for the woman to see. "Oh my god! Temp! Congrats!" Lisa said hugging the Nephlim. Dean, Sam, Angelis, and Ben ran in to investigate the commotion. Dean already privy hung back. "Whats going on?" Angelis asked. Temprance showed Angelis the ring and Angelis looked at her father surprised. "Really?! You guys are getting married?!" Castiel nodded. "Yes Angelis we are." Angelis hugged her mother and then rushed to her father. "That is so cool!" Sam looked at his baby sister with tears in his eyes. "Temp, I'm happy for you guys." Temprance hugged her brother. "Thanks Sammy." She looked at Dean who was watching her but was very quiet. She walked over to him and smiled. "You okay?"

"Yeah, I just…I'm happy for you that's all." Dean said clearing his throat. Temprance took his hand gently looking up at her brother. "Dean, I'll always be your little sister. And you'll always be my big brother." Dean nodded as tears started to fall and he took his sister into a crushing embrace. "Temp…I'm so proud of you. Mom and Dad would be too." Dean whispered. Temprance held her brother gently. "Thanks Dean."

"Hey, whats going on?"

Dean stepped away from Temprance looking over at the stairs where Dani and Gabriel where standing at the foot, they looked like they had been busy. Temprance smiled at her friends. "Um guys, Cass and I have some good news." She said holding up her hand. Danielle and Gabriel smiled in glee. "Oh my God! Look at that rock!" Dani said walking over and looking at the ring. Gabriel walked over to Castiel and slugged him in the shoulder. "Good job brother, you picked a good one."

Lisa walked over to Dani and Temprance who were talking about the ring and joined in. Dean, and Sam joined in with Castiel and Gabriel. Angelis walked outside to join Ben who had disappeared. "Ben?"

"Yeah?"

"Where are you?"

"Over here!"

Angelis found Ben standing just up the street talking with a blonde woman. She was about her mothers height wearing a black suit with a purple undershirt. "Ben! What are you doing?!" Angelis snapped walking over quickly to Ben. The woman smiled at Angelis. "Hi, your friend said you knew my husband?" Angelis looked at her confused. "Husband?"

"Yes, Jimmy Novak."

"And you are?" Angelis asked her heart racing.

"Amelia Novak."

Ben looked at Angelis, then back at Amelia. "Um, can you wait just a sec?" He asked pulling out his cell phone, and quickly texting Castiel.

Castiel there is an Amelia Novak just up the street looking for Jimmy Novak. Angelis and I are here talking with her. Get here quick!

Castiel was talking with Sam when he got the text. He pulled out his phone and read the text and his heart dropped. Amelia? How had she found him? "Temp! We need to get outside! Now!" Castiel said heading for the door. "What!?" Temprance asked following him with the others on their heels. Castiel ran down the steps and down the drive way and saw Angelis and Ben and Amelia. "Oh my God!" Temprance said seeing Amelia. "Ange!"

As Castiel and the others approached Amelia Temprance grabbed Angelis and pushed her behind her. Lisa grabbed Ben and shielded him from sight. "Amelia?" Castiel asked confused. There was something off about her. He may have lost his Grace but he was picking up a power from her, a powerful one at that. "Hello Castiel, long time no see." Amelia said.

Castiel froze. He knew who that really was, and it terrified him to the core of his very being. "Seriphial…What do you want?"

"Is that any way to speak to your, I guess you could say Boss?" Seriphial asked with a smile. Temprance tensed, at the name. "Your the one who took his Grace!" Seriphial looked at her as if she was a bug on her boot. "Shut up Nephlim, your the reason why!"

"Hey! Dont't you dare talk to my fiance that way!" Castiel snapped.

Seriphial looked at him surprised. "Fiance? Really? Breaking more Enochian Laws are we? And you Gabriel decided to join him as well?" She asked looking at the arch angel. Gabriel glared at her wrapping a protective arm around Danielle. "I was breaking laws long before he was."

"Give him his Grace back!" Temprance snapped stepping towards the Garrison Leader. "Or what?" Seriphial laughed.

Temprance summoned her blade and her wings flared out behind her. "I'll make you."

Seriphial smiled. "You'll kill the wife of your fiance's vessel? An innocent woman?" Temprance faltered. She had forgotten about Jimmy, she couldn't hurt him, he and Amelia had a daughter.

"That's what I thought." Seriphial smiled.

"Your such a bitch." Dean scoffed. "Taking the meat suit of a woman who's husband is the person your after. How low is that? How did you get her to agree? Offer to take her to Jimmy?" Seriphial nodded. "Exactly."

"So you lied, your planning on killing Cass, right?" Sam asked.

Seriphial nodded. "You hit the nail on the head. But not right now, I'm giving you one month to get everything situated then you are mine Castiel. You broke enough Laws, it's time you and your Nephlim and Spawn are taken care of."

"Wait!" Dean shouted. "Your killing all three of them?!"

Seriphial nodded. "Yes, a Nephlim is an abomination and that THING is just…Blasphemous!" Seriphial said pointing to Aneglis who was crying. "And Castiel knew what Laws he was breaking when he did what he did." Seriphial finished.

" . . . ." Dean ground out trying to control his rage.

Seriphial shrugged. "One month Castiel, and then all three of your are on the chopping block…" And with that and a flutter of wings Seriphial was gone.

Temprance looked at Castiel who was now Jimmy for the moment and felt a wave of guilt as he spoke. "That is not my wife anymore, you must kill her….As much as it pains me you must." Jimmy said sadly. "How do you know that Amelia isn't there?" Temprance asked. "I know my wife, she wouldn't have agreed to killing Castiel. And as Cass has said before like with Arch Angels with as powerful as Seriphial is…If she left my wife…Amelia would never be the same."
