Chapter 4

Xana was pleased with the little yellow Minions. Their work force and unduly cooperation was much more efficient then any characters of the parks, he would give them a promotion, he wouldn't kill them and that would be pay enough. What they didn't know they figured out timelessly and didn't ask questions even though their montongue language was ridiculous to comprehend.

Xana scrunched his metallic fiber ghost knuckles. There was still a little static glittering throughout his system but Xana had a solution to that. A pair of jumper cables hooked up and every time Xana felt the jitters of his inner codings he would plug himself up and the electricity would update his filmography body, just until the minions get the DHI O.2 program running he would have to deal with it.

Suddenly the lights flashed and all the monitors turned off, then the screens came back on and they were green. Codes scrolled up the screen and Xana smiled. "Now lets see how you fight now Lyoko Warriors."

Philby was in his usual corned position, head stuck in the computer and keys making a technical musical beat. Finn couldn't fathom where the sudden urge came from but he wanted nothing more than to smack the living gigabytes out of him. Jezebel snapped her fingers in front of Finn's nose. He snapped his head up and glared at her. "Could you not? I hate it when people do that, I'm not a dog."

"Then stop drooling. You're not not going to chew his ass off. Believe me he'll reset your address to Cuba before you can lay a hand on him." Finn huffed.

"Your not helping."

"I'm not trying to." Jezebel smiled a little. Finn snickered lightly to himself. Amanda walked in then and so did everyone else on the in know group.

"About time you all got here." Finn steamed. Amanda glared at him, he realized his mistake and sat down appropriately. Amanda slammed a bucket of water on the table while the others all sat around the table. Jess didn't know what was going on, Finn just watched her. Amanda was the only one still standing. She had the look on her face say something and I'll kill you. Amanda cutthroat her head towards Philby. "Philby come over here now or that computer is history." Philby was about to streak a line of words at her when he saw the vicious face of terror. He got up and placed the computer in front of her.

"There is something all of you need to see and no one speaks," she added quickly cutting glances at Finn and Philby. She pushed a couple of buttons then turned the computer so they could see it. Terry puffed out air and leaned his head into the his palms. "These are some video camera's me Terry and Willa hacked around the schools and the covering the inside of teacher break rooms." The screen shot a black and white shot then showed three teachers, one drinking coffee and the other two looked like they were grading papers. Randomly something flickered across the coffee drinkers hand they shouted , they had their phone in their hand and now it laid on the floor buzzing. Black smoke rose and drifted unnaturally towards the teacher. The smoke filtered through his nose and eyes and the teacher gargled choking. The other teachers looked at him confused, one stepped closer they presumed trying to check on him then everything happened all at once, the smoked man clawed at the helping man and he went down screaming. The female screamed falling out her chair consequently. The smoked teacher growled at her, he lifted her up in on hand dragging her entire body off the ground several feet to where she wasn't even standing or touching the ground. The black smoke crawled out of his face and entered her body. She dropped and they both barged the door down.

The cameras switched and now they were in by the electricity room. They went in but not before they sneered at the cameras and then the screen went dark.

"I would go on but due to technical difficulties..." Amanda looked at Maybeck.

"Someone cut off our feed." He answered.

"There's something going on here and its not just at school. There's been incident reports about the same things happening at workers homes too."

"And not just regular workers homes," Willa added.

"They're all people who work at the parks. Down to the boiler man to the person who looks like a life version of Mickey Mouse makeup gone wrong. There's power failures happening everywhere yet all the power plants claim there's nothing wrong with their generators."

"And so what exactly is going on then?" Finn asked. He realized he spoke and kept his glance down.

Amanda said nothing to him. Charlie sighed annoyed and Philby was equally pissed without his computer and it being used not by him. "This isn't just happening here. There's phenomenons of things like this always happening in France but then the article is always erased the next day. Its like someone doesn't want someone else to know whats been going on."

"And now its in the States," Terry said. "I knew I should have stayed in Africa." Charlie was the only one laughing getting the joke but Jezebel too, cracked a smile.

"And also get this, I had dreams about this too. Its going to get worse soon." Jez included keeping the smirk at bay.

"Like what?" Philby and Finn both asked. They looked at each other but then swerved their heads around quickly again. Amanda was trying hard to keep her temper done but then she was about to lose it. Jezebel knew in the next few seconds would be floating in midair and left there til dawn if Amanda wasn't able to keep her cool; she pinch both guys and they squirmed in mutual pain. Her sister smiled amused.

"Like-" the power went out. Charlie screamed and grabbed the nearest person's arm tugging wildly on Willa. Everyone started taking their phones out lighting up their faces to help. "Like that."

It was a chemistry test. A test Jeromie was ready for. A test like no other. It was a test Jeromie prepared for. The test of all tests. The grand prize was like no other. A big fat A plus. Only one in each class gets this reward. Only one person could ever achieve this. Jeromie picked up the pen and rushed the first, second, and third page in a heart beat.

Then it happened.

Jeromie's pack bag beeped. It beeped a long series a high tones and everyone was staring. No! Not now! Why is it even beeping? Its completely shut off.

"Mister Belpois turn that contraption off!" The chem teacher fumed. The kids snickered but Aelita knew the extremities at large. She tried not to let the teacher seeing her. "What's going on?"

"I don't know. The computer is going hay wire. What's weird. Its saying..." The computer showed a Tower glowing red and beeped frantically. "A Tower's been activated," he whispered, Aelita was just as shocked as him.

"But that's not possible. Xana isn't on Lyoko."

"Well, maybe he's back."

"We have to check it out."

Jeromie nodded. "Belpois! Stone! We're taking a test!" Aelita snickered while Jeromie's face turned a bright red. Aelita snuck her phone out and texted Yumi and the others. They all replied immediately. We're on it. But Odd had something else to say. What?! Isn't Xana supposed to be on vacation, how'm I gonna finish this delicious cheese taco burger flavor while fighting? Aelita shook her head smiling, poor Odd.
