AND HERE'S THE FOURTH PART-THE LIFE OF RHLAGRLNDAR.
He woke up. The great light was still low on the big blue. Rhlagrlndar got up. He made water. The other males from the clan were up as well. The females were still sleeping but Rhlagrlndar knew they will wake up soon to prepare the meat the males bring back from the hunt. The males were now grabbing their woods and rocks that they brought from the last hunt. For every hunt a male would survive, he would bring the thing he used home. That way, and by the amount of blood on the thing or the number of wounds on his body, would everyone know how great a fighter he is. Rhlagrlndar had more things than he had fingers on his hands. The males went in silence but he knew that, upon the return, it won't be the same.
They found traces of a not full grown mammoth. Rhlagrlndar knew that a not full grown mammoth was sufficient to feed the clan. They found the mammoth eventually. He was drinking from a stream surrounded by some trees that would provide cover. Rhlagrlndar was in a lot of hunts and knew how to take down a mammoth. He knew that the easiest way to do it is to get on the mammoths back and throw him off balance.
Suddenly everybody ran at the mammoth, surrounding him and yelling in attempt of confusion. Only Rhlagrlndar didn't run. He chose a tree and started to climb it. He left all his things on the ground but for his wood that he sharpened using a stone. Nobody else had a sharpened wood. While he was climbing he saw somebody fly. He peered through the branches only to see a lot of people who were stabbed, or stamped by the mammoth. He continued the climb. When he reached the top, he started yelling. The others saw him and started to push the mammoth toward the tree. When the mammoth was close enough he jumped on his back. For a second he thought he will fall but he gripped on to the mammoth with his hand and his legs. The mammoth started to run in circles. Rhlagrlndar just held on waiting for the mammoth to wear out. When he did, Rhlagrlndar started to tilt the mammoth from side to side. The other males helped by yelling and running and getting closer to the mammoth poking him with their wood. The mammoth was confused. Rhlagrlndar gave the sign to the males. The strongest and the bravest males charged at the mammoths' feet and started to hit them. The mammoth raised two of his legs. Rhlagrlndar tilted the mammoth to one side with all his strength. The mammoth fell causing the ground to shake. Rhlagrlndar stood up and drove the point of his wood through the mammoths' throat. The mammoth died instantly.
Rhlagrlndar let out a tremendous shout so he would be heard back at the cave. Now everyone was yelling. The strongest man along with Rhlagrlndar started to drag the mammoth back to the cave. Along the way everyone was bragging and Rhlagrlndar was bragging the most saying he was the best hunter. He knew it wasn't true and that he might get in troble for that but he got cought up in the moment.
When they came back to the cave the great light was above them on the big blue. The females already picked berries for their meal today. When the males laid the mammoth at their feet, they started to skin him. They removed the hide to use it when the cold comes. After they were done they waited for the males to finish eating and than they would eat. Rhlagrlndar ate a lot that day. The meat was strong and the berries were sweet. After the meal was done, they all gathered at the painting that was made by their clan leader whose spirit left a long time ago. It represented some murky objects and a male who had light shining from him. There was everything on that painting. But those who could not recognize the object would say it was nothing and some would say it represented the male. Only the living elders that knew the first elder would say in their wisdom: "The picture presents everything and nothing and the male". Rhlagrlndar was often confused by the talk of the elders. Many times the elders spoke like this-in riddles. It would confuse many but everyone would find his meaning in their talks.
After thanking the painting for the meal, everyone went to rest. Rhlagrlndar took his wood and a stone. He went to a desolate place and started to sharpen the wood. Just as he was done, one male came to tell him that he was challenged because he claimed he was the best. So he came to the place the duel where his opponent awaited. He was truly strong. He saw him in the hunts sometimes. He knew this mate could wrestle animals. If things got serious Rhlagrlndar knew he wouldn't last long. Rhlagrlndar started to explain himself saying that he was caught up in the moment. The other male would not hear of it. He kept repeating that if he claims he is the best, he better prove it. The male pushed him suddenly. Rhlagrlndar staggered and almost fell. But he found his balance. Rhlagrlndar was fast but not near as strong as his opponent. He was jumping from place to place drifting from the hits his opponent was raining everywhere. They were both getting tired after some time. Rhlagrlndar knew that his jump would come too slow at one moment and than he would die. He went into the offense. With every jump he came closer.
At one moment he saw an opening for a strike and he went for it. His opponent suddenly reached and grabbed his arm twisting it. Rhlagrlndar was expecting the worst. He only got spit across his face. The laugh, on the other hand, was expected. He retreated to his sleeping place. There he stood until the end of the day and than he went to sleep.
Tomorrow he woke, took his wood and went with other males to the hunt. Everyone avoided him. The world was black and white to him. Finally they spotted a boar. It was a huge thing. Once again, he started climbing a nearby tree. But he wasn't himself that day. He was halfway up when he lost his footing and fell. He heard a snapping sound and great wave of pain went through him. He saw than that there was not one huge boar. There were seven. The hunter has become the prey. The males were surrounded poking with their wood. But their wood wasn't sharpened like his. His yesterday opponent suddenly charged at one boar. He grabbed him by the tusks and started to wrestle with the animal. Other boars just closed the circle where that boar stood. Rhlagrlndar tried to go help his clan. When he tried to stand up another wave of pain passed through him. He fell to the ground. His leg looked like a broken branch. He was close to tears when he heard a scream. He looked up to see that the males from his clan are dying before his eyes. The boars charged them and would then stab them with their tusks. One by one they fell down helplessly trying to defend from the boars. Rhlagrlndar was just watching the last stand of three against six when something grabbed him and pulled him of the ground. He looked up and saw it was his opponent from the day before. He was carrying him under his left arm and was dragging the boar with his right arm. They were heading home hoping that the boars wouldn't come after them since they were eating their prey.
The great light was almost down when they reached the cave. Everything seemed fine. It was quiet and peaceful until they came closer. The big man dropped to his knees along with Rhlagrlndar under his arm. There was blood everywhere. And than, what seemed an enormous number of males, appeared. They all had wood but, at the end of the wood stood a piece of stone. The strangest thing was the three males in the front. They hadwood with light in their hands. And that was the last thing Rhlagrlndar remembered before he fainted.
