Recovery

Brave Jedi padawans Aeris and Ahsoka Tano along with Senator Amidala of Naboo and Captain Rex have prevented the deadly Blue Shadow Virus from being released unto the peaceful planet of Naboo, now the Jedi padawans return to the temple to recover from their exposure to the Blue Shadow Virus.
Jedi Temple Coruscant, halls of healing
Aeris slowly opened her eyes and found herself looking up at the ceiling of the halls of healing, "Always hated being stuck here," Aeris muttered sleepily, she then sees her master sitting in a chair at the foot of her bed.
"I can imagine, I to always hated having to come to the halls of healing," Master Windu said having heard her whispered comment, "Now, how could you be so reckless, exposing yourself to a deadly virus the Blue Shadow Virus of all of them without protection of any kind!"
"I had to protect the others, and I knew that I could buy more time for an antidote to be found," Aeris said meekly, "Besides I didn't have any options at the time to do anything else other than block the gas, I just wanted to protect my sister."
"Do not allow you attachment to your sister cloud your judgement, a Jedi must not allow him or herself to be blinded by emotions," Windu chided.
"She's my sister, and of course I have an attachment to her we've been together our whole lives and I trust her with my life. But I wont let my emotions get in the way of what needs to be done," Aeris replies sharply.
"Emotions lead to the dark side, you know this, a Jedi must keep himself above all emotions in order to be able to not fall," Windu said, his supreme hatred and mistrust of dark side becoming visible.
"Yes master," Aeris says giving up arguing because she knew it was hopeless to argue.
"Now rest, and read the holobooks on slicing and infiltration I had brought up, if you can't train you might as well refresh your infiltration skills, you will need them eventually."
"Yes master," Aeris replies thinking, 'It might be useful, you never know when you might need to go undercover and retrieve information.'
"We'll resume training as soon as the med droid clears you, your going to need more practice with form IV and VI is you ever meet Grievous of force forbid Dooku on the battle field." Master Windy then stands up to leave.
"Master wouldn't form VII be most effective against Dooku?" Aeris asks before he could leave.
"I don't teach form VII to just anyone you must prove to me that be un-distracted and not let your emotions rule you." Master Windu replies, "But perhaps it would be best if you learn it eventually. Know get some rest."
"Yes master," Aeris says. As Windu leaves the room.
Council Chambers
Ahsoka stood before the council telling them about what happened in the bunker, "Representative Binks then tried to help destroy the Droidekas but the blaster bolt ricocheted back and compromised Senator Amidala's suit. We then continued and found my sister who had been taken prisoner by the remaining droids, I rushed them and destroyed about a third of them with a force push then the clones and Senator Amidala helped me destroy the rest. I checked on my sister but I was losing the fight against the virus so I put myself in a force trance to buy time for Master Skywalker and Master Kenobi to return with the antidote."
The council looked surprised at the extent of Ahsoka's story, "Hmm, to expose yourself to the virus, brave you were," Master Yoda says.
"I had faith that Master Kenobi and Skywalker would return with the cure, besides if I hadn't all of Naboo would have died, and I was willing to give my life to prevent that." Ahsoka stated.
"For victory give your life you would," Master Yoda asks curiously, while the other council members watch curiously wondering what point Master Yoda is getting at.
"If the situation called for it, if it would protect the people of the republic then yes, I would gladly give my life, it is a Jedi's sworn duty to protect the innocent, but I would not throw away my life needlessly however. You must know when it is needed that you give up your life and when it is not needed."
"Hmm, wise you have become, for one so young," Master Yoda replies happy that she understands.
"Technically, I think it is Lilo's wisdom, I'm more impulsive and reckless," Ahsoka replies.
"But wise of yourself you are, know your faults you do, and a great Jedi that is the mark of," Master Yoda replies proudly.
"You may go Padawan Tano, thank you for your report," Eeth Koth said.
"Little soka," Master Plo said fondly, "You're sister asked me to give you a message, she said if you or Aeris ever do something so reckless and get yourself killed she'll hunt you down in the force and kill you again." A few council members started grinning when they heard that.
"That definitely sounds like her, well you can tell her that I don't plan on being in another situation like that again," Ahsoka replied.
"Masters." Ahsoka says bowing before leaving the room.
"Wise, smart and powerful, the three together are," Master Yoda says after Ahsoka leaves the council chambers, "Stronger together they are then apart they are."
"Indeed Master Yoda, when they are together their power in the force increases exponentially," Master Plo Koon replies, proud of the three girls that he brought to the temple all those years ago.
"Important, I sense they will be, but clouded their future is, block all the dark side does," Master Yoda tells the council.
"Aeris requested to be taught Vaapad earlier when I saw her in the med bay, I think that it could be beneficial for her to learn should she encounter Dooku or some sort of dark side artifact, but I'm worried that it may overwhelm her," Master Windu tells the council.
"Connections to each other, prevent them from falling when taught more dangerous techniques, but until older they are wait we should before learn these abilities they should," Yoda stated firmly, "Until then together on missions they should often go."
"Agreed," Master Fisto says, and other council members state their agreements.
"Aeris," Ahsoka yells as she goes to see her sister after she had been let out of the med bay.
"Ahsoka," Aeris replies giving her sister a huge hug, "Thanks for saving me from those droids."
"Thanks for saving us from the virus," Ahsoka says, "I'm glad your safe."
The two sisters hugged for a while before walking to the mess hall to get some food, "Hey, almost forgot, Lilo was on the front lines with Master Plo, she told us that if we ever did something so stupid again she would find us in the afterlife and kill us again."
"Well that was predictable, I knew Lilo was going to threaten us with something along the lines of hunting, killing or dismembering." Aeris replied, knowing that threats like this were just how Lilo showed how nervous she was for them.
"Totally," Ahsoka said.
Jedi Temple Training Room
After eating Aeris and Ahsoka head to the training room to practice their lightsaber skills, "Remember Ahsoka go easy, the med droid says no hard training for at least a week, and I don't wan't to have to go back to the halls of heeling because of you. Now lets start with form VI."
"Form VI, I use form IV and Shien and master Skywalker is trying to get me to focus on form V Djem So" Ahsoka says curiously.
"Form VI relies on a heavy use of the force, which works for all of us, combine it with form IV and you'll be tough to beat. Form V Djem So relies on strong attacks, blocks and parries which will tier you out quickly when you face stronger opponents, so we should focus on your strengths which are the same for all three of us, speed agility and force. But you should keep using Shien because no one really uses it anymore and it will confuse opponents."
"Form VI requires an double bladed lightsaber right, that is why you use it right?" Ahsoka asks curiously.
"True, but is you have a lightsaber and a secondary blade or just one lightsaber it leaves your other hand open for using the force."
"When did you become so knowledgeable in lightsaber combat?"
"Master Windu and Cin Drallic, they did, like a three hour joint seminar, a few years ago. You don't remember that?"
"No."
"Probably should have expected that, anyway lets get on with it."

For anyone who is confused about all the lightsaber forms, here are the basics-
Form I Shii Cho: The oldest and most rudimentary form of lightsaber combat, and after the creation of other lightsaber forms it was used when all others had failed.
Notable practitioners: The Grand Inquisitor.
Form II Makashi: The second form of lightsaber combat developed by the Jedi order. A graceful form it became a specialized form for lightsaber duels against members of the sith order. Form II relied on careful and controlled strikes instead of power and strength.
Notable Practitioners: Count Dooku. Ki Adi Mundi, The Grand Inquisitor.
Form III Soresu: The third form of lightsaber combat developed by the Jedi order and focused more on defense then attack.
Notable practitioners: Obi Wan Kenobi, The Grand Inquisitor, Bariss Offee, and Luminara Unduli.
Form IV Ataru: The fourth lightsaber form created by the Jedi order. An acrobatic form it could also be used to deflect oncoming projectiles, and is best used in open spaces.
Notable Practitioners: The Grand Inquisitor, Aayla Secura, Yoda.
Form V Djem So: Form V also known as Djem So or Shien, was the fifth form of lightsaber Combat used by members of the Jedi order. Form V allowed a Jedi to deflect blaster fire back at an opponent, turning defensive action into offensive action. The Djem So variant was also based on defending with solid blocks and parries, then immediately countering with strong counterattacks and ripostes. It was also geared towards and created for lightsaber to lightsaber combat, but also still reasonably useful for blast deflection. The ancient style of Shien utilized an unconventional reverse grip, which Ahsoka Tano was known to prefer and use during battles.
Notable Practitioners: Ahsoka Tano, Anakin Skywalker, Mace Windu. Luke Skywalker.
Form VI Niman: The sixth form of lightsaber combat used by the Jedi order. It combined double bladed lightsaber combat with other force abilities such as pushes and pulls.
Notable Practitioners: The Grand Inquisitor.
Form VII Vaapad: Also know as Juyo or Vaapad: The seventh form of lightsaber combat, it was known as one of the most unpredictable lightsaber forms, it was also quite popular among the sith.
Notable Practitioners: Mace Windu.
