A/N: Hello I'm back, kinda. Sorry I'm always updating so late. Like, really sorry. I find it very difficult to start writing again. I lost all the inspiration I had before and I've no one to talk to about my plots and stories. Really sorry.

It has been a few days since the bombing incident in the Vongola manor. Alaude took the liberty of tracking the culprit behind the deed and repairing the mansion grounds while the others stayed in the Simon manor for the time being. Despite days passing by like nothing happened, Giotto hadn't calmed down at all and had been at the edge of his seat at all times. How could he stay calm at a time like this? He needed to protect the children and make sure nothing bad happened to them ever again! Hell, he even ditched his work and threw them all at the other guardians. The blond was glad that they were helping him and wished to return the favor once his feeling settled down.

His intuition never betrayed him, and as days passed, the alarm in his head kept ringing. As if it was giving him a warning that something far worse would happen soon enough. Because of this, Giotto's sleep schedule was totally messed up. Worry, stress, and anxiety mixed together could totally ruin someone. The other guardians and the children were starting to get worried about the blond's behavior. Even G and Cozart couldn't do anything to help him.

Giotto and the rest were currently in the dining room. Evening fell and it was time to eat, but none of them had touched their food. There weren't any discussions or any plans to make one, but the fact that the room was tense and uncomfortable made it seem like they were preparing for a battle or some sort. A cough beside him caught his attention. It was Tsunayoshi. Looking at him now, the boy's wounds had completely healed. He had experienced a nightmare where the children ended up dead in their manor. Maybe that was also one of the things eating him up at the moment.

"What's wrong? Are you sick?" Giotto asked, his voice gentle and loving. He noted that the rest of the people in the room had their full attention on them. Did he do something wrong? Why was no one eating?

Tsuna was never fond of having all eyes on him. In fact he had always been shy and preferred to stay away from the limelight. He was thinking of the voice in his head that spoke before that he wasn't aware he had coughed at all. So when Primo asked him if he was sick, confusion was evident all over his face. His head tilted a bit to the left, sweating a little as he didn't really know if answering would make Primo worry more. He didn't want the blond's condition to worsen more than it was now. Primo had been pulling a lot of all-nighters lately and Tsuna would notice how the blond would sit on their bedside table for a while, mumbling to himself before leaving the room. It was strange, but Tsuna understood...sort of.

"I-I'm not sick!" the brunet replied, fidgeting a little on his seat.

"Are you sure? If there's something wrong, don't hesitate to tell me. I'm your guardian now, okay?" Giotto said, patting the brunet's head in a gentle manner.

Then it started.

Giotto's head painfully throbbed, his other hand grabbing his golden hair forcefully while the other started clutching around Tsuna's.

It was there, again.

His hyper intuition going crazy. It rang and rang and rang, until his grip tightened and tightened and tightened. He couldn't snap out of it. It hurt. His intuition was trying to say something.

That someone was going to die.

Someone's going to get lost.

Someone's going to die a horrible death, by their hands.

Wait, what?

"O-ouch!"

"G-Giotto! Snap out of it! You're hurting Tsunayoshi!"

G slapped the blond's hand away from the brunet, who was close to tears. Giotto had started clutching his and the kid's head. At first, he thought it was due to his headache and that he was simply patting the child, but soon, Tsunayoshi started groaning and trying to get the blond's hand from his head. That was the moment he noticed that something was really wrong with his best friend.

"S-Sorry! Oh my god, I'm so sorry, Tsunayoshi. I-I...I..." Giotto certainly hadn't wanted that to happen. He didn't know how he should be apologizing, or if the brunet even forgave him. God knows what would happen if he made the child cry. "Forgive me please. I-I don't...I didn't mean for that to happen. Something came over me and the next thing I know is...I...I'm just so sorry."

G sighed, lifting Tsuna from his seat. "Giotto, I think you need some rest. Don't worry too much about the kids. We're here for a reason you know." The pink-head started. He knew the blond would be against the idea of resting without keeping an eye on the kids, so before the other could speak, he continued, "And you should rely on us more, you know? Don't think that you should keep the burden to yourself."

The others knew Giotto would reject the idea, so when the blond stated that he didn't need sleep and wasn't stressed, the guardians and Cozart started gathering around him and coaxed him that nothing bad would happen. But Giotto was being stubborn (for the first time as he actually liked taking rests and naps) and kept resisting. At this point, the guardians were starting to suspect something. They knew Giotto pretty well and he would never behave like a child if there wasn't something going on in his head. It could be something important, or perhaps it had something to do with his intuition.

"Y-You don't understand!" Giotto yelled, silencing everyone in the room. "The kids are gonna die by our hands!"

Tsuna, who was still in G's arms, was stiff as a board. Did he just hear those words from Primo's lips? He could have asked the blond to repeat what he said to make sure he didn't hear him wrong, but from the First generation guardians' reaction, he didn't need a repetition. From the other side of the table, he could see his friends looking shocked as well. Most of them had their mouths hanging open. What did Primo meant by they were gonna die by their hands? Were they going to kill them? At the thought, cold sweat covered his face and body, his face pale as a ghost. Was this what the voice meant? That they wouldn't exist in the future because they were going to die here? Then why did Reborn send them in this era? Truth was Tsuna himself wasn't even sure if they were in the right place. Reborn could have sent them in the right place, but the bazooka malfunctioned. Or they could already be in the right place and they just have to do something to prevent an occurrence from happening? Either way, Tsuna was so confused. He knew a splitting headache would come his way soon enough.

"W...What do you mean?" Asari murmured, unsure if he should even question their boss. What he said wasn't too confusing, as well. The kids would die, by their hands. Meaning the children, who they met not long ago, would die because of them. Not too hard to understand, but honestly too hard to swallow. Everyone knew that Giotto's intuition was something not to underestimate. Most of the things that it said happened for real. The only reason why most of them were alive is because of Giotto and his intuition. "There's no way we can kill, you know...the kids?" Asari wouldn't usually hesitate when he wanted to say something, but this time was different. He didn't want that to happen.

Cozart, who has been watching on the side lines, patted the blond's head and said, "Giotto, I think you really need to rest. No such thing is going to happen if all of us are watching over the kids." He reassured the blond, but it didn't seem like Giotto was too convinced, despite trusting the redhead wholeheartedly.

"I know, but...there's something. My intuition is saying something. I...someone will die, someone will get lost...someone's going to die by our hands." The thing is Giotto wasn't exactly sure who was going to die or going to get lost or going to die by their hands, but he had a strong feeling it would be one of the children and he didn't want that to happen. He didn't take them in to kill them! He took them in to take care of them, make them feel like they had a family, to make them feel happy and liberated...but not like this. Giotto had never felt so apologetic in his life. He should bare responsibilities for his actions, but how will he do that if the reason the kids will be in danger was because of him?

"What did you say?" Gokudera asked, his features exposing his anger. He didn't bother hiding his irritation and anger. How could the First boss say something like that? And right in front of them too? He wasn't sure if he should be feeling anger or confusion. Gokudera didn't hear the whole story yet, but what the blond said was more than enough to make him want to escape this mansion and find clues by himself. It wasn't like they were getting anywhere being with them, anyway. "We'll die by your hands? Is that why you've been keeping us with you all this time?"

"Hey, Gokudera, that's not what they mean-" Yamamoto interrupted, but was immediately silenced.

Throughout the conversation, Gokudera knew that the only way out was to use force, otherwise they would be stuck here. "Shut up! Didn't you hear what he just said?!" He could cause a stir right at this moment, but the problem was his boss. Tsuna was in G's arms and it would be a little difficult to throw a bomb at him without hurting Tsuna. His eyes then landed on the plate on the table. There was untouched food on it and he thought 'It might work.' Gokudera swiftly took the plate then threw it towards the first storm guardian, his food flying everywhere. It went according to plan when G dodged and Gokudera hopped on the table and sprinted towards them, grabbing Tsuna by his arm and pulling the brunet towards him.

"G-Gokudera-kun, what are you-?" Tsuna had no idea what in the world was happening. The information he heard was too much for him to bear alone and now Gokudera was acting on his own! He didn't even understand what Gokudera was trying to do! Would they run away? Stay? Fight? Help?!

The silveret dashed back to his chair and jumped down, pulling Tsuna with him. "Jyuudaime, we need to get out of here!" Gokudera yelled as he started running towards the dining room door. He didn't bother explaining his plan to the other kids, but he gave Yamamoto a quick glance and tapped his nose. The other simply smiled and dashed towards them, telling the other confused kids to follow. Chrome had Lambo in her arms by now and was running behind Yamamoto. Ryohei simply thought they were going out to jog so he followed without question. Hibari was no longer in sight, but Gokudera trusted him enough to know that their Cloud guardian had already been out of the building the whole time.

The actions they choose surprised the First generation guardians. Of course, they didn't realize the kids would try and escape after hearing Giotto's speech. Asari and Knuckles started running towards them, but Gokudera threw a bomb behind and it exploded.

"Sometimes, I wonder if what happened in the Vongola manor was an accident or not." Daemon whispered to himself, but didn't tell the rest of the guardians about his thoughts.

As they continued following the kids throughout the mansion, Gokudera would simply throw a tiny bomb behind them and wait for it to hit the ground. "Where did he get those bombs anyway!?" Lampo yelled throughout the loud explosion. "At this rate, they're going to destroy the mansion!"

"Gokudera-kun! Maybe we should hear them out first? And we're destroying the mansion!" Tsuna stated, glancing behind him momentarily to see if the others were still in pursuit, and they were. Didn't look like they were giving up anytime soon. In any case, it didn't seem like they were going to get out. The mansion was far too big and searching for that one exit had proven to be more difficult than they thought it would.

'Do you want me to help you?'

What the?

Suddenly, a voice resounded in Tsuna's head. It sounded unpleasant and toneless.

'I can help you get out of the situation you're in right now.'

Tsuna didn't respond. Not because he was trying to be rude, but because he didn't know how he should respond. He surely didn't need help as even if Primo and the others caught them, they wouldn't kill them that fast, or easily. He knows because his intuition didn't act up or anything.

'You don't need my help?'

The voice was quiet for a moment. Maybe ignoring it was a good idea, but soon, Tsuna changed his mind. As Gokudera threw another bomb behind them, Tsuna could hear a shrill inside his head. It was very loud, and high and mostly unpleasant, like the voice was trying to break his head open. The brunet fell to the ground, bringing Gokudera with him as he clutched his head tightly. Gokudera could have lifted him and escaped, but instead the silveret dropped to his knees and shook him gently.

"Jyuudaime?"

A black hole appeared below the children and sucked them all in.

Meanwhile, as the smoke disappeared from the explosion, Primo and the rest could no longer see the kids. That's...strange. The kids surely couldn't have reached the front door that fast, and they wouldn't be able to reach the exit without running into one of Cozart's guards.

"Uhm... You think they're just hiding?" G suggested, but was unsure if they kids were truly hiding. "We should split up and search one by one. And make sure someone is guarding the front door." They could have gone separated ways, but Giotto wasn't moving from his position. The blond noticed an envelope on the floor. It was a scarlet envelope and it looked like it had some powder on top of it? Should he take it?

"Guys, there's an envelope." Giotto pointed a finger towards the item and everyone's eyes landed on it. No one dared on picking it up. When did it get there? HOW did it get there? And why was it different in color?

Never ending questions led to nothing. Giotto strode towards the envelope then took it, folding it in half and putting it inside his back pockets.

"Let's check it later. Gotta find the kids first."
