After Reinhardt had reclaimed his rocket hammer and helmet, the Lieutenant and Glynda made their way towards the Professor Dorms in Beacon.

As they walked, the Lieutenant felt several eyes on him, most notably several students in the first and second year categories. A handful of them even waved at him, and Reinhardt, being Reinhardt, gladly returned their gestures, waving overenthusiastically.

"Ah, seeing all these children makes me wish I was still young… and without a cramped back," said Reinhardt with a chuckle, propping his Rocket Hammer up on his shoulder.

"Perhaps," agreed Glynda with a nod. "You were much more impressive in your youth… no offense."

"Ah, none taken," he said with a smirk under his helmet. "I must admit, I did find myself impressive back then… especially my hair. It was truly amazing."

Glynda silently agreed as she remembered how his formerly blonde hair used to flow in the wind. And for a long moment, the two of them simply walked up to the professor's dormitories. It was a rather large building, perhaps five to six stories tall. Glynda led Reinhardt up to the second floor, not willing to go up any further in case the weight of his armour broke the floor.

Reinhardt's new room was sandwiched between three others, Oobleck, Port and a lady known as Flex. the Lieutenant had met her on many occasions, though they never really spoke much.

Rather quickly, Reinhardt entered his room, though he had to crouch a tad and turn to the side just to fit through the door. Once he was in, the Crusader removed his helmet and took a deep breath in.

"Ah, I completely forgot about how it felt to be in a Beacon dorm," admitted Reinhardt as he looked around the room. It was modestly sized, with a small table (when compared to Reinhardt anyways), decently sized bed, a closet and a small window on the opposite side of the door. "Not exactly that large."

"It may be because of your size, Lieutenant," said Glynda, smiling a tad as Reinhardt gave a hearty chuckle and approached her. When he was right in front of her, the Lieutenant placed a massive hand on her shoulder.

"Perhaps," he said with a nod and a gentle smile. "Thank you, my friend, for escorting me here."

"You're most welcome, Lieutenant," said Glynda with a nod.

"Oh please, no need for honorary titles!" bellowed Reinhardt with a smirk. "Just Reinhardt or Wilhelm will do! We are all equals now, are we not?"

"I see," said Glynda with a nod. "Now, I suggest you get comfortable."

"Ah, I will!" assured Reinhardt, before he turned and stared out the window. It seemed rather early, so he got a thought. "Glynda, might I ask… where are the student dormitories?"

Glynda looked rather confused at Reinhardt's question for a moment, only to realize what he intended on doing. She simply smiled before answering.

"You have my thanks, Glynda," said Reinhardt, raising an arm to give Glynda a friendly punch on the shoulder. However, she stepped back with both hands raised, indicating that she did not want a dislocated shoulder. Reinhardt nodded in understanding and said 'goodbye' in his native tongue (German) before he closed the door, prompting Glynda to take her leave.

Though as she left, she wondered how loud the reunion between the Valkyrie, Martial Artist and Crusader would be. Silently, she hoped it would not be too loud.

JNPR's dorm

With an exhausted sigh, Lie Ren fell flat on his bed, landing backfirst and with both eyes closed, while Nora simply bounced into their dorm, as energetic as ever despite the past 'event'.

Straight after Reinhardt was carted away by Ozpin, every single person in Beacon who witnessed the arrival of the Crusader began to bombard the two JNPR members with questions regarding Reinhardt. Nora did most of the talking, speaking of Reinhardt's most bombastic stories yet, while Ren stood by the side, content with letting his best pal do most of the talking.

Of course, he had his fair share of speaking as well. The Martial Artist spoke about the softer side of their uncle, a side he only showed to a select group of people. Rather obviously, not many people were interested in the Lieutenant's softer side, prefering to listen to Nora to hear his much more glorious tales of adventure, but Ren still had to entertain a handful of people who sought out the Lieutenant's wisdom. It wasn't much, but it was enough to tire Ren out.

"That was great!" was the first thing which Nora said when she plopped down on her own bed. "I've never had that many people come up to me in such a friendly way before!"

"Yeah, I guess," agreed Ren right as Jaune and Pyrrha made their way into the dorm. Both of their teammates seemed worried for them, or at least Ren as he seemed to be the one more exhausted.

"Hey, Nora, Ren?" piped up Jaune, moving to sit beside the Chinese themed boy. "You two alright?"

"We're fine, Jaune," assured Ren as he sat up and stretched. "I just… don't know why people are taking this so… immaturely."

"Whatever do you mean, Ren?" asked Pyrrha politely, moving to sit beside Jaune. Ren simply chuckled at that.

"I mean that I don't seem what's the point in blowing this entire 'Reinhardt is our uncle' thing out of proportion," replied Ren. "I think people are overreacting to this piece of information."

"They kinda have the right to do so," said Pyrrha, smiling kindly. "Reinhardt Wilhelm is currently the oldest living Huntsman and considered a Hero to many. To even be related to him is a great honor."

"I guess, but you're arguably the most famous student in Beacon at the moment. I don't see people going nuts about that…" said Ren, and right when those words left his lips, they heard Nora slump onto her bed with a defeated groan.

"AAAAAAAAH! WHEN ARE WE GONNA SEE UNCLE WILHELM?!" she exclaimed, sounding close to whining at this point. Ren simply chuckled as he forgot about the original topic, watching as his friend rolled around in bed, looking more like a child than a would-be Huntress.

"I'm sure he'll be here soon," said Ren with a smile. "After all-"

Ren was cut off when he heard a rather girly scream coming from the corridor. Out of curiosity, Team JNPR poked their heads out of their dormitory door to see what emitted the scream, only to spot a certain man standing before a shorter in comparison boy.

The man stood almost as tall as the ceiling itself, with huge arms which showed off his impressive muscles, multiple scars and a white, sleeveless shirt with brown pants. His beard was a fabulous silver/white and the scar on his eye only served to make him look cooler.

Well, it made him look cooler to everyone but the boy whom he was currently addressing, Cardin Winchester, leader of CRDL and a first year student, much like JNPR. Reinhardt was currently towering over him, his massive shadow practically blanketing the boy, but he didn't seem to be scolding the boy. Instead, he seemed to be asking him a question.

"Schönen Tag, my friend!" proclaimed Reinhardt with a friendly, if overly loud, tone as he placed a massive hand on Cardin's shoulder. His hand seemed to weigh the First Year down a ton, as he immediately sunk to his knees as he felt its weight on his shoulder. Reinhardt noted this, however, and helped him back up to his feet.

"Ah, kids today!" he proclaimed. "Not so used to the sight of a massive man such as myself, eh? Don't worry, my friend! You'll get used to it eventually! Now, I must ask! Which one of these rooms belong to my Nephew and Niece?"

When Cardin did not respond, Reinhardt simply picked him up with one hand and shook him like a ragdoll.

"Helloooooooooo?" he called into Cardin's ear. "Is anyone in there?" No response. "Huh, strange. He must be broken. Perhaps Mercy could check up on him."

Placing Cardin down, Reinhardt moved to a door not too far from where he stood, gave it a gentle (or as gentle as he could) knock, and it creaked open, revealing none other than Team RWBY's leader, Ruby. when she saw him, her eyes immediately became stars as she fully opened the door and jumped up and down in excitement.

"OH. MY. GOSH!" she proclaimed, prompting Weiss, Blake and Yang to dash to her side. "LIEUTENANT REINHARDT WILHELM!"

"Aha! Reinhardt at your service!" greeted the Lieutenant, bowing a little as Ruby squealed in delight.

"OMIGOSHOMIGOSHOMIGOSH!" proclaimed the red scythe wielder as the rest of her team crowded beside her to get a look at the Crusader. "CAN I GET YOUR AUTOGRAPH?!"

"Hardly a problem!" said Reinhardt, and before he could even finish blinking, Ruby had went to retrieve a pen from her desk and passed it to Reinhardt. The Crusader gave her his autograph within seconds.

"Alright, now that that's dealt with," said Weiss, pushing Ruby, who was staring at her new autograph with an overly-delighted expression, to the side so that she could take center stage. "Why did you knock on our door?"

"Ah, a simple question with an equally simply answer!" proclaimed Reinhardt with a smile. "I wish to know where my Nephew and Niece's dormitory is at!"

"If you mean Nora and Ren, then their dorm is right behind you," said Blake, pointing behind Reinhardt, who sheepishly turned around to see that the door to the opposing room had been opened, and by the door stood Lie Ren and Nora Valkyrie, both looking at him expectantly.

And, with a quick thanks to RWBY, Reinhardt charged at his nephew and niece and engulfed them in a Crusader-level hug. Nora was able to withstand it and return the gesture while Ren simply laughed as he was flung around in the Lieutenant's arms, something which was rather common for him whenever he was embraced by his uncle. As for Reinhardt, he bellowed out his heartiest laughter yet, ignoring the attention he was getting from Jaune, Pyrrha and Team RWBY from behind him.

When he was done, the Lieutenant set his nephew and niece down, smirking as he chuckled heartily.

"Ah, you two have certainly grown!" proclaimed Reinhardt, his voice sounding extremely proud as he ruffled Ren and Nora's hair. Nora giggled intensely while Ren gave a nod. "And I'm not just talking about your heights!"

"I suppose so," said Ren, smiling. "Though it hasn't been too long since we've seen each other."

"Nonsense!" proclaimed Reinhardt, swatting his hand through the air. "It may have been only five months, but it felt like five decades! Have you grown taller, little Nora?"

"Aye aye!" replied Nora, her voice as loud as her uncle's as she dashed over to a wall which had the height of Ren, Nora, Jaune and Pyrrha scribbled on. Currently, Jaune was the tallest, followed by Pyrrha, Ren and Nora. "Well, at least I think I've grown!"

"Hmm… you seem to have grown at least a smidge," said Wilhelm, examining his niece closely. Narrowing his eyes, he eyed the girl from head to toe and nodded slightly. "Perhaps an inch or two…"

Nora simply beamed happily at that, chuckling heartily as she gave a fistpump.

"I told you I grew a little!" she said to Ren with a smirk, who replied with an eye roll.

"Yeah, I guess…" muttered Ren, giving a small smile.

"Ah, now, I would love to know about your time here, but first," started Reinhardt, before he finally turned to face Jaune and Pyrrha. The former seemed to shrink under the Lieutenant's stare while Pyrrha simply waved at him. "I would love to meet your fellow Huntsmen and Huntresses!"

"Hello there! I'm Pyrrha Nikos, and it is an honor and a privilege to meet someone like you!" she greeted with a warm smile. Reinhardt simply bellowed out a hearty laugh before raising a hand to wave back at the redhead.

"Greetings young Nikos!" he proclaimed, making Jaune jump while Pyrrha gave a giggle. "I've seen your name several times! Ah, you're the little lady on the cereal boxes, yes?"

"That would be true. Oh dear, you really are as enthusiastic as Ren described you," said Pyrrha with a smile. "I suppose that's where Nora's energetic nature comes from."

"Perhaps," said Reinhardt, turning to look at Nora, who jumped up and down in excitement. Ren, on the other hand, was staring out of their dormitory's door, where team RWBY was peeking in. He wanted to tell them to leave, politely, but the Lieutenant didn't seem to mind, so he turned a blind eye to it for now at least. "Hmm, you seem to carry yourself rather well! I am to assume that you are the leader of this unit?"

"Well, no," replied Pyrrha, nudging Jaune to get his attention. The sudden nudge made the boy jerk upwards. "Jaune is our leader."

"Ah, I see," said Reinhardt, turning to Jaune and examining him from head to toe. Jaune simply stood as straight as he could to make himself look, at least, presentable. Reinhardt chuckled at that. "He seems to be a bright young man! I can tell that you will lead this team to glory in the future!"

"T-Thank you sir!" proclaimed Jaune with a proud smile. Though before he could say anything else, Reinhardt stared down at Jaune's hip.

"Jaune, was it?" questioned Reinhardt, rubbing his bearded chin as the blonde before him nodded. "I must ask, why do you have a sheath, but no sword to go along with it?"

Looking down at his sheath, Jaune simply yelped when he had, apparently, finally realized that his blade was missing. How it was lost was beyond anyone's comprehension, though Team JNPR had an idea of who possibly did it. Nora was the only one whom was impulsive enough to go speak to the Team that likely stole Jaune's blade, however. And she made sure she brought Maginhild with her to make sure that they were more… cooperative.

"Nora, my Niece, where are you going?" asked Reinhardt, noticing Nora leaving the room with Maginhild in hand. Nora's response was an innocent smile which made everyone but Reinhardt shiver.

"Just going to find Jaune's sword, Uncle! Don't worry, I'll be back within the minute!" she assured, and Reinhardt nodded. What followed were several loud thumps and cracks, followed by a scream and what seemed to be Nora saying; "Do that again, and I'll make sure your legs never recover, ya got that?!". And true to her word, Nora returned within the minute with Maginhild resting on her shoulder and a sword on her other hand.

"Found it!" announced the Valkyrie as she tossed the sword at Jaune, who caught it by the flat of the blade between his hands.

"Yeah… thanks, Nora," thanked Jaune, smiling as he examined his blade. Nora's simple response was to give a smile and a thumbs up. Reinhardt, on the other hand, narrowed his eyes and examined the blade in Jaune's hand.

"Hm, a simple blade?" asked Reinhardt, rubbing his beard as Jaune looked up at him. "That is your weapon?"

"Well… yeah," replied Jaune, a little nervous as Reinhardt's tone suggested that he was not too enthusiastic about his choice of weapons. That thought, however, was washed away when Reinhardt gave his usual smile.

"Ah, and here I thought all you kids would use some high tech weaponry!" bellowed Wilhelm, smiling as he bent down to look Jaune in the eye. Extending an arm, Reinhardt then asked, "May I examine your blade, my friend?"

"Uh, sure thing," said Jaune as he handed the blade of Crocea Mors over to the Lieutenant. The sword looked cartoonishly small in Reinhardt's hand, but the Lieutenant stared at it with some form of approval.

"Hm, lightweight… the blade is strong yet sharp," said Reinhardt, examining the sword further. "The handle provides an excellent grip. I must say, for a simple sword, this weapon is phenomenally crafted! Precise German Engineering must have been used!"

"Excuse me… precise what engineering?" asked Jaune as Reinhardt returned him his sword. Ren was the one to answer him.

"German. It's the place where Uncle Wilhelm was born," he explained. "It's not a large place, but it's pretty popular thanks to several locations such as Eichenwalde…"

Trailing off as he spoke of the locations, Ren opted to not go on so he could not stir up bad memories for his uncle. Thankfully, Reinhardt didn't seem to mind as he gave a nod. Jaune, on the other hand, gave an uncertain nod as he sheathed his blade.

"Now, I must ask, what weapons do you use?" asked Reinhardt, turning to Pyrrha. He had a curious expression on his face, and Pyrrha had to chuckle at how adorable the older, much older, Huntsman looked. His expression was more reminiscent of a curious child more so than a battle hardened Lieutenant.

"Well, my weapons are right here," replied Nikos as she zipped over to retrieve her spear/rifle and shield, Miló and Akoúo̱ respectively. Reinhardt was rather impressed at how Miló was able to transform between three modes, a javelin, xiphos and hunting rifle. The rifle mode of Miló reminded Wilhelm of the rifles of old, something which went to (probably) show how much Pyrrha respected the Huntsmen/Huntresses of old.

"Uncle Wilhelm!" proclaimed Nora behind the Lieutenant as he finished examining Akoúo̱. Turning, the Lieutenant saw his niece jumping up and down happily, Maginhild in her grip. "It's my turn on the weapons check board!"

Reinhardt simply smirked as he picked up Nora's hammer. It was oversized in Nora's hands, but in Wilhelm's, it wasn't much larger than a hammer. Reinhardt examined the hammer fondly, and he smirked. "It is just as weighty as I remember, Nora! Ah, you should have taken the upgrades that Torbjorn suggested!"

"Ah shucks!" protested Nora with a smile. "Maginhild didn't need any extra armour! It just needs to do its job and blow stuff up in the process!"

As she finished her sentence, Nora transformed her weapon into its grenade launcher form. With a simply hand motion, Nora spun the launcher's circular clip, and it spun rather swiftly before coming to a stop.

While the clip of the launcher was still spinning, Ren walked up to his uncle and, with a simple flick of his wrists, his Stormflowers emerged from his long sleeves. Reinhardt had long since stopped wondering how that worked.

"Ah, your Stormflowers!" said Reinhardt as Ren smiled and handed his uncle his twin weapons. They were normally sized in Ren's hands, but in Reinhardt's… let's just say that the Lieutenant could only wrap two fingers around the handle, and his index finger just barely fit into the trigger. The Lieutenant examined the weapon closely, nearly opening fire in the process, before passing the bladed SMG/Pistol back to his nephew. "From what I can see, they are very well maintained! You do both me and Torbjorn proud!"

"You don't know how much it means to hear that, Uncle Wilhelm," replied Ren with a bow, prompting Reinhardt to chuckle and slap his nephew on his back, prompting Ren to yelp a tad.

"Of course! But enough with the trivial guff!" proclaimed Reinhardt, clapping his hands together. "I wish to know about your adventures in Beacon!"

"Of course! After we tell you, could you perhaps tell us one of your own stories?" pleaded Nora, smiling immensely. No one else but Ren knew that Nora was asking this not for Pyrrha and Jaune's sakes, but just because she wished to listen to their Uncles tales once more. He couldn't exactly blame her, however. Reinhardt's stories may not have been 100% true, something which may have been attributed to his rusty memory, but they were entertaining to say the least.

Reinhardt's response to his niece was a loud chuckle as he took a seat on Nora's bed. "Hardly a problem, my dear! Now, please, everyone, have a seat! We have much to discuss!"

Team JNPR did as they were told. Ren and Nora took the seats beside their uncle while Jaune and Pyrrha planted their behinds on Ren's bed.

Before they could start, however, Reinhardt turned to the door and gave a smirk. Turning, Pyrrha and Jaune saw that Ruby, Blake and Yang were staring in.

"Ah, my friends!" proclaimed Reinhardt, extending an arm to invite them in. "No need to eavesdrop! All students are welcomed in if they wish to partake in this!"

Looking to Ren and Nora, the two of them gave assuring nods, which was enough to make Ruby zip in while Yang and Blake moved to sit beside Pyrrha and Jaune. Ruby took a chair from seemingly nowhere and sat down beside Ren. She would've sat on the bed, but unfortunately, Yang, Blake, Jaune and Pyrrha all together took up most of the space on Ren's bed, and as for the other, Reinhardt took up practically half the bed while Ren and Nora took up the other half.

"Now, where should we begin, uncle?" asked Ren once everyone was properly situated. Reinhardt's response was him rubbing his beard for a moment before smirking.

"From the very start, why not?"

I'm back.

Hopefully this chapter satisfied you lads enough. I meant for it to come up a lot sooner, but some minor complications came up.

Anyways, regarding the story, I'll just say, the response to this story is still pretty shocking to me. It started as a one off idea from boredom and it suddenly became my most popular story ever. Kinda scary honestly. But hey, I enjoy writing this story, and it's very popular, so win-win I suppose :3

Also, if anyone's curious as to how Nora and Ren met Reinhardt, well I'm here to tell you… it's not gonna be touched on for a very long time. I'll reveal it once we're at Volume 4. Yes, it's a long wait, but… erm… QUICK, TO THE REVIEWS

Javier the WordSmith: firstly, I don't think the word kudos is getting old, even if I never really heard it that much. Secondly, I do have plans for Bastion coming up at some point. In fact, I do have plans for every character to at least be mentioned. And DAMN. 10 points for that sick burn.

Vince8121: well. I don't exactly have any smart response to that, so… erm… touche.

Gizmo Gear: shhhhh. Don't spoil it.

rafaelzan1: I do have some plans for Genji… and Hanzo. *winks*

Althea Sirius: well, I did say that Bastion would appear and that everyone would at least be name dropped up top.

CreepingZombie: firstly, yes the amount of Rein mains is surprising, but I welcome it into my life. Secondly, Reinhardt's fighting style will be different from the game. What I mean is that I'll be using how Reinhardt acts in the cinematic shorts rather than in game. Basically, he'll be a powerful, hammer wielding Crusader and not the 75 damage per second dealing tank. And yes, there shall be a joke regarding that.

Ultor: well, here ya go.

Small interlude, but what is it with everyone I get autogrouped with in competitive not wanting to stick behind the shield? The only Heroes I've seen stick behind my shield are Zenyatta and Soldier 76. No one else, unfortunately.

One last thing, but I don't exactly have anything against sharing some Play of the Games which I've gotten. If any of you so wish, I could share a few. Leave your response on if you want me to down in the review segment.

Alright I'll see you lads next time. Peace.
