˝Mind telling me why you have the King's will?˝- Shiva's voice broke the silence. Captain Kurosatchi was now circling her and mumbling strange things. Clad only in her swimsuit and frown Shiva watched him an dglared. Maybe he'd get the message.
˝Well?˝- She asked irritated.
˝Oh what? Haven't I told you brute daughter?˝- Captain Kurosatchi rolled his eyes ˝Your father, the 10th Kenpachi of course, did oyu think you came here by accident? Your reiatsu was drawn to him. Silly girl˝
Shiva stared at him with a gaping mouth. Suddenly the image of the fat 10th Kenpachi came in her mind. He was always smiling around her and he didn't push her away the first time she crawled under his robe. But they didn't look alike at all! She was the spitting image of her mother, except for the eyes. Her mother had beautiful icy blue eyes but the 10th Kenpachi has brown eyes.
Was he lying?
˝How did you come to the conclusion that he is my father?˝- Shiva asked. She felt Shiemi's hand on her back, backing her up.

˝The 10th Kenpachi always spoke of his granddaughter but never said anything about kids of his own˝- Zaraki Kenpachi commented. He was staring at Shiva in a new curious manner and even Yachiru woke up. She smiled brightly at the girls.
˝Maybe you really are born here hehehe˝- Yachiru squealed.
˝I doubt it, there's a birth certificate you know...but it says the King is my father, not oh..˝- Shiva started but then stopped midway. Her eyes went wide and she turned to Shiemi. ˝Remember how I told you about the trip my mother took to the Human world?˝

˝Well of course you stupid girl! What do you think we are! There are archives!˝- Captain Kurosatchi snapped. His arms went the air and he threw a fit almost. What was his deal?

˝Well yes, we keep track of everything.˝- Captain Kurosatchi said. Something was wrong about that statement. Shiva would bet her ass it wasn't only mission related stuff.
˝Well then you said there was the will? Let's go read it and to the archives, there's something I want to see...˝- Shiva announced. She grabbed the nearest towel and headed to the changing rooms.
˝Piss off Kurosatchi we'll see you there˝- Zaraki Kenpachi said with a yawn and got out of the water.

˝I'm the taicho, I wanna see for myself what my underlings do or are˝- Zaraki shrugged and walked to the men's changing rooms.

˝A SCI-FI lab or sorts? Yeah I get the same feeling˝- Shiva finished Shiemi's statement. The whole division was filled with various instruments, running shinigami in white robes and weird little creatures.
˝My creations, very helpfull˝- Captain Kurosatchi said. There was a small tinge of pride in his voice but then one of the small green balls with rat tails attached itself with its fangs on his shoulder and he sighed. In one motion he fished out a remote and pressed a button. Instantly the creature was enveloped in flames and burned to a crisp. ˝Very annyoing though, I'd have to redo their genetic code..˝

When you say archive and Gotei 13 in on sentence the first thing you'd think of is masses of parchment paper and scrolls. But what lie in front of the girls was a gigantic computer, vires everywhere and flashing screens.

Shiemi laughed at the bickering. A scroll hit her head and she glared in the direction it came but abruptly stopped. Captain Kurosatchi frowned and sighed.
