AN:/Sorry for the lake of updates recently, I've been busy dealing with life. Updates should be a bit more regular now. Just to clarify some things, I am writing as it goes so there is no set plot line just a general one. Right now the story is going to focus more on Harry and what aspects of Hawaii 5-0 I plan on using, so the Charmed portion is going to be in later chapters, not sure when but it will be there because it is a big portion of the entire plot. The reason this is under Charmed and Harry Potter is because when I started writing this that was all it was going to be, but my ideas changed, so this first book will not have many Charmed aspects as of my plans for right now. Hope you enjoy this chapter and like all of my changes. The time-line is a little wonky but it should be okay. I don't own Harry Potter, Charmed, or Hawaii 5-0 so don't sue me!

Chapter Three: Their new start

Ana helped Mariel become legal in this new modern world, documents were drawn up and a passport was made using her new name: Mariel Meara ó Maoilriain and the new name of the young Potter: Hadrian Seamus ó Maoilriain to keep him hidden from those who would wish to use or harm him. Once all the legal aspects were finished Ana bought three plane tickets to Honolulu International Airport that would leave the next day at five am. She then called the head of the Kapu, Kawika, to set up a meeting.

The next morning was an early one and Hadrian was not happy with his three am wakeup call. He was extremely fussy and irritable, hindering all of Mariel's attempts to feed and dress him for the day. By the time all three of them were dressed and ready to leave they were very behind schedule. Luckily for Mariel and Ana, once their plane took off little Hadrian was fast asleep and remained so for the first three hours of their fourteen and a half hour flight. By the time they landed it was about midnight in Honolulu. The three of them quickly called a taxi to take them to the hotel so they could have some rest before their meeting the next day.

Ana arranged for a wake-up service at seven the next morning so they would have plenty of time to get ready for their meeting at noon at a local café. When they arrived Kawika was already there waiting for them. When he noticed their arrival, he stood and greeted them.

"Aloha. You must be Morgana and Mariel."

"Yes, we spoke on the phone about permit ion for my family to live here among the Community."

Kawika nodded and gestured for them to sit. Ana was all regal grace while Mariel, even with her serene mask in place, showed signs of nervousness. Hadrian was just sitting on Mariel's lap content with playing with his stuffed wolf. Kawika noticed her nerves and quickly went to calm them.

"Everything is already in place for their acceptance, all we need now is the agreement to be signed."

He handed Ana all of the legal documents for her to look over. When Ana gave Mariel the go ahead she quickly signed and handed the pile back to Kawika to look over. After a few minutes of him skimming over them to makes sure everything was in order he nodded and put the papers away. The rest of their lunch was much more relaxed and it seemed like Mariel and Kawika were becoming fast friends.

After lunch, Kawika led them to Mariel's shop, which she fondly named 'The Fairy Circle Café'. Mariel was pleased with what they did with it. The walls were painted with a mural of the forests she grew up around and, she noticed surprised, the forest and its inhabitants moved. Mariel was worried about her non-magical clients noticing but Kawika reassured her that there was a small ward weaved into the paint that prevented those not knowing about magic of seeing them move. She was amazed with the detail and care put into her shop. The tables and chairs had a nature theme to go with the mural and even her shelves seamlessly blended with it as well. After their tour of her shop, Kawika directed them to their home for many years to come.

The house was just three minutes away from the shop walking and was right on the beach. It was a gorgeous single story house with a basement and was painted a lovely shade of green. When they entered the house, Mariel noted that most of the house was empty except for the essentials: beds for the master and guest bedrooms and basic food supplies.

"We didn't want you to have nothing but we also thought that you would like to set up most of the home yourself."

"No, it's perfect. Thank-you Kawika for all that you have done for us. I can't thank you enough."

Kawika merely smiled and wished for them to have a good evening and that he would check up on them every once in a while to make sure they were alright.
